You may not be one of the public health officials instituting ineffectual and deleterious mask guidelines and lockdowns based on fraudulent PCR tests; testing wastewater to justify iron-fisted measures; or falsifying the numbers to magnify a fabricated threat and conceal the deadly factual consequences and statistically astronomical number of adverse reactions to the injection.
You may not be one of the psychologists devising the mass persuasion campaign that has hypnotized the obedient, the gullible, and the ignorant around the globe.
You may not be one of the scientists too frightened of losing your career, credibility, grant funding, and future to denounce the fraud being perpetrated under the cloak of Science™.
You may not be one of the physicians violating the Hippocratic Oath and Nuremberg Code as you deny potentially life-saving medications, deploy murderous injections, administer lethal drugs such as Remdesivir, inflict ventilator-associated lung injuries, apply high-risk interventions like intubation, gang-inject patients, coerce pregnant mothers into risking miscarriage, refuse to treat non-GMO humans, and contemplate prioritizing ICU beds for the injected.
You may not be one of the nurses flouting the nursing code of ethics while pinning down screaming children as you plunge in the poison death jab.
You may not be one of the daycare employees torturing toddlers into wearing a mask.
You may not be one of the fascist institutions complying with the merciless edicts to fire the rational dissidents in your organization.
You may not be one of the censors suppressing evidence of all of the above atrocities while simultaneously silencing and smearing the honorable scientists, medical experts, whistleblowers, and other truth-tellers valiant enough to refute the preposterous narrative you have swindled so many into believing.
You may not be one of the propagandists blaring the Biggest Lie talking points over the loudspeakers through every conceivable mechanism 24/7/365 until the feeble-minded succumb to your relentless coercion from exhaustion, peer pressure, menticide, and Orwellian doublethink.
You don’t have to be any of those abominable scoundrels to be an enabler of tyranny.
You simply need to hold your tongue. You simply need to look the other way. You simply need to turn a deaf ear. You simply need to stifle your gut feeling that something is profoundly, irrevocably wrong about every venomous lie, absurd policy, and malignant mandate that has bombarded the public since spring 2020.

Every act of collusion, every stain on your conscience, every bureaucratic compromise of your values etches an ineradicable scar into your soul.
As a philologist colleague of Milton Mayer’s explains in They Thought They Were Free: The Germans, 1933–45:
“‘And one day, too late, your principles, if you were ever sensible of them, all rush in upon you. The burden of self-deception has grown too heavy, and some minor incident, in my case my little boy, hardly more than a baby, saying “Jew swine,” collapses it all at once, and you see that everything, everything, has changed and changed completely under your nose. The world you live in—your nation, your people—is not the world you were born in at all. The forms are all there, all untouched, all reassuring, the houses, the shops, the jobs, the mealtimes, the visits, the concerts, the cinema, the holidays. But the spirit, which you never noticed because you made the lifelong mistake of identifying it with the forms, is changed. Now you live in a world of hate and fear, and the people who hate and fear do not even know it themselves; when everyone is transformed, no one is transformed. Now you live in a system which rules without responsibility even to God. The system itself could not have intended this in the beginning, but in order to sustain itself it was compelled to go all the way.
“‘You have gone almost all the way yourself. Life is a continuing process, a flow, not a succession of acts and events at all. It has flowed to a new level, carrying you with it, without any effort on your part. On this new level you live, you have been living more comfortably every day, with new morals, new principles.
“‘You have accepted things you would not have accepted five years ago, a year ago, things that your father, even in Germany, could not have imagined.
“‘Suddenly it all comes down, all at once. You see what you are, what you have done, or, more accurately, what you haven’t done (for that was all that was required of most of us: that we do nothing). You remember those early meetings of your department in the university when, if one had stood, others would have stood, perhaps, but no one stood. A small matter, a matter of hiring this man or that, and you hired this one rather than that. You remember everything now, and your heart breaks. Too late. You are compromised beyond repair.’”
In Ordinary Men: Reserve Police Battalion 101 and the Final Solution in Poland1 (paperback, Kindle, audiobook), Christopher R. Browning ponders why only twelve men out of a battalion of nearly 500 kindled the courage to decline participation in the Józefów massacre of Polish Jews when Major Wilhelm Trapp (who himself “wept bitterly” at the command but ultimately complied, saying, “But orders are orders”)—offered to excuse anyone who asked.
Browning lists such factors as “the pressure for conformity”; Himmler’s “exalting obedience as one of the key virtues of all SS men”; “wartime brutalization, racism, segmentation and routinization of the task, special selection of the perpetrators, careerism, obedience to orders, deference to authority, ideological indoctrination”; and fear of “isolation, rejection, and ostracism.”
Thanks to the “growing callousness” that comes from habituation, the soldiers discovered “killing was something one could get used to.”
Browning found Zygmunt Bauman’s explanation especially compelling, noting:
“For Bauman ‘cruelty is social in its origin much more than it is characterological.’ Bauman argues that most people ‘slip’ into the roles society provides them, and he is very critical of any implication that ‘faulty personalities’ are the cause of human cruelty.”
What set those twelve brave men apart? Browning summarizes Bauman’s observation:
“The exception—the real ‘sleeper’—is the rare individual who has the capacity to resist authority and assert moral autonomy but who is seldom aware of this hidden strength until put to the test.”
Browning goes on to cite the conclusion Philip Zimbardo drew from his notorious Stanford Prison Experiment:
“‘Most dramatic and distressing to us was the observation of the ease with which sadistic behavior could be elicited in individuals who were not “sadistic types.”’ The prison situation alone, Zimbardo concluded, was ‘a sufficient condition to produce aberrant, anti-social behavior.’”
He then recaps the findings of another famous experiment, Obedience to Authority conducted by Stanley Milgram:
“Milgram adduced a number of factors to account for such an unexpectedly high degree of potentially murderous obedience to a noncoercive authority.… Socialization through family, school, and military service, as well as a whole array of rewards and punishments within society generally, reinforces and internalizes a tendency toward obedience. A seemingly voluntary entry into an authority system ‘perceived’ as legitimate creates a strong sense of obligation. Those within the hierarchy adopt the authority’s perspective or ‘definition of the situation’ (in this case, as an important scientific experiment rather than the infliction of physical torture). The notions of ‘loyalty, duty, discipline,’ requiring competent performance in the eyes of authority, become moral imperatives overriding any identification with the victim. Normal individuals enter an ‘agentic state’ in which they are the instrument of another’s will. In such a state, they no longer feel personally responsible for the content of their actions but only for how well they perform.
“Once entangled, people encounter a series of ‘binding factors’ or ‘cementing mechanisms’ that make disobedience or refusal even more difficult. The momentum of the process discourages any new or contrary initiative. The ‘situational obligation’ or etiquette makes refusal appear improper, rude, or even an immoral breach of obligation. And a socialized anxiety over potential punishment for disobedience acts as a further deterrent.”

But Browning doesn’t solely focus on those who pulled the triggers. He also addresses the “desk murderers,” for whom homicidal acts were almost mundane thanks to “the desensitizing effects of division of labor.” He describes Raul Hilberg’s emphasis on “the bureaucratic and administrative aspects of the destruction process”:
“This approach emphasizes the degree to which modern bureaucratic life fosters a functional and physical distancing in the same way that war and negative racial stereotyping promote a psychological distancing between perpetrator and victim. Indeed, many of the perpetrators of the Holocaust were so-called desk murderers whose role in the mass extermination was greatly facilitated by the bureaucratic nature of their participation. Their jobs frequently consisted of tiny steps in the overall killing process, and they performed them in a routine manner, never seeing the victims their actions affected. Segmented, routinized, and depersonalized, the job of the bureaucrat or specialist—whether it involved confiscating property, scheduling trains, drafting legislation, sending telegrams, or compiling lists—could be performed without confronting the reality of mass murder. Such a luxury, of course, was not enjoyed by the men of Reserve Police Battalion 101, who were quite literally saturated in the blood of victims shot at point-blank range.”
Soldiers and bureaucrats weren’t the only ones responsible for executing enemies of the Third Reich. Medical personnel were also enlisted, as revealed in the REMI Platinum Award–winning documentary Caring Corrupted: The Killing Nurses of the Third Reich:
Few of the individuals who slaughtered their fellow human beings were psychopaths initially. They were average folks just like you. They were simply doing their jobs, which required increasing levels of savagery over time. That is the process by which well-meaning individuals metamorphose into barbarous sociopaths.

Take courage from the letter written by Police Constable Adrienne Gilvesy, in which she denies her consent to the illegal Mandatory Vaccination Requirement for Toronto Police Service Members.
Draw inspiration from Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, who has chosen to protect the rights of his employees rather than comply with the vaccine mandate.
Look to the Massachusetts State Troopers Union, which filed a lawsuit requesting that a hold be put on Governor Baker’s spike mandate.
Listen to Irish physician Dr. Anne McCloskey, who was suspended for bearing witness to the perils associated with the injection.
Take a lesson from Dr. Julie Ponesse, who was terminated from her position as professor of ethics at the University of Western Ontario for not consenting to a coercive and unethical decree:
Consider the example of the nineteen United States governors refusing to comply with the mandate—or Oregon State Senators Kim Thatcher and Dennis Linthicum, who have filed a formal petition for a federal grand jury investigation into the CDC and FDA for willful misconduct.

Follow in the footsteps of the Niagara Police Department, whose members formed the Niagara Regional Police United for Human Rights group, issuing the following statement in response to vaccine mandates:
“Niagara: We stand behind you. We stand beside you. And if you need us to, we will stand in front of you. Discrimination has no place in Niagara, Ontario, or Canada. Mygirl…maybe, I am indeed! One of my favorite things about the summers of childhood was getting to read whatever books I like, and I remember the Narnia series held the honor of my first summer read one year. Tolkien, too, was a favorite, although I never managed to get through the trilogy before summer ended, so I just wound up rereading The Hobbit every attempt and only making a dent in the rest. Shameful considering my mom is an avid Tolkien fan and used to exchange letters written in one of the languages (possibly the Gondolinic Runes?) with her best friend. I have not yet read Twain’s “Letters from the Earth,” so thank you for the rec! (Incidentally, when I told my husband the name of my fairy tale (“The Vapor, the Hot Hat, & the Witches’ Potion”), he assumed I was intentionally echoing the pattern of The Lion, the Witch, & the Wardrobe, but I hadn’t even realized the similarity until he mentioned it! Must have been influencing me on a subconscious level.)
I would have loved to buy Tolkien and Lewis some pictures of beer while they were both at Cambridge( I believe)and just sat at table and listened in to their conversations.
They were both survivors of The Battle Of The Somme in WW1,one of sophistries most death count battles and believed they both got a lot of ideas of courage/bravery ect. in their characters from this experience along with their thoughts on evil ect.f

Great essay.
The piece began with a very, very long list of all the folks who directly acted to harm and kill. Let’s get rid of all of them and see where that leaves us. I’ll admit to wearing a mask in order to purchase food….but that’s it. The mask said “Not about safety, all about xontrol” so I felt I was doing what I could and it resulted in many conversations that led people to great sites like this and others. Enabling? Sure. Passively versus actively, and I’ve spent my time in the penalty box for speaking out online every chance I could. I’ve walked out of stores that demanded mask wearing after the CDC changed their guidance, and I’ve never worn a mask since.
Sometimes it’s best to keep your powder dry, so you can fight later
The Milgram Experiment outcome has very little to do with ‘Obedience to Authority.’
It was to study how far people would obey to authority despite the horror of the given order.
That’s just the dumbed-down, easily digestible P.R. version.
I went through 3 more phases, in getting my understanding of the real reasons:

–Nope, still doesn’t explain why any variants where another actor was put alongside as second ‘teacher’, and at some point started voicing doubts about the course of actions, didn’t make a dent.

The final, and I believe correct, explanation I only found after (for other reasons) I started to learn how to ‘think like a psychopath’:
4. “The test subject ‘teacher’ had the rug pulled out from under him/her completely. It found itself in a world seemingly without rules, or laws, or limits. And that didn’t just apply to the electro-shocked ‘learner’, but to him-/herself as well. Within an instant the test subject had to decide what is their highest value/morality, to ultimately defend. Most decided on themselves to be their highest value. So they did everything the instructor told them, to get out of the situation alive, as fast as they could.”
–Yep, so the Milgram Experiment actually tested what the test subject’s highest value/morality was. For most it was themselves (a/k/a truest Individualism), only a minority had other values higher than themselves.
It is easy to see now why a Milgram Experiment today would come to even worse results.
And it also made me realize that Augusto Del Noce was entirely correct when he declared:
“For the first time in history worldly survival is entrusted to religious conversion.”
(Oh, and I think it is now also clear why they [psychopaths] never let Milgram become a professor: there the danger would have been too great that he’d discover the real reason as well.)
I understand the sentiment but unless you’re 100% independent from the system you’re colluding in some way.
Even cavemen were not 100% independent, but they were still free. Independence includes a sense of responsibility.
Yeah, the article is a bit reminiscent of the Left’s “silence is violence” proposition. No, silence is silence. Violence is violence.
So. I live in a metropolis with a population of 1 million souls. To enter any establishment without a mask will result in myself being fined $1,000. So if I do that … what has society gained? I lose ! Period. $1,000 per episode. I lose. Does anyone think that little old me defying ‘the authorities’ is going to change hearts and minds? T o believe so is on another level of naivete. I see no escape from our future except to embrace the creed displayed in the movie … 300. Is there a John Connor out there?
Lets say that you were up to resisting. There are ways. Three percent of the population. That’s all. America exists today because three percent made it so. If each did their part. Down tools, protest, become a tax burden, withdraw consent, disconnect, learn your area of operations, it is time for “sand in the gears”. Death by a thousand cuts. Many of us are already hard at it. If you turn a wrench, remember it’s counter clockwise. “wink” A forgotten order, a sick day, Job over runs, phantom equipment problems, delays, a little here, a little there. Weaken, weaken, dead. I am doing all of the above, all nice and legal. Grind it all to dust. Make them cry. Let them beg. No mercy. (Besides hitting back even in small ways feels, oh, so awesome. )

Reminds me of the saying …. we have met the enemy, and he is us.
Collude? Nope.
In order to survive I make concessions out of necessity. Colluding isn’t the right word choice here. Collusion implies agreement and cooperation. I don’t agree, I only cooperate as a result of threat of harm. I comply as minimally as I can and do whatever I can to circumvent the system as much as possible.

to cooperate in a secret or unlawful way in order to deceive or gain an advantage over others.:

This is one reason I have a problem with stoicism. It has its place, but now is not the time. It KILLS me to see people do NOTHING, but focus on their own self-interests.
There is a quote, I forgot the exact words or who said it, but the gist is…the worst evil a man can do is to stay silent. I agree wholeheartedly.
That said, we are all on our own journey and are led in different ways. I personally feel like I was made for this time in history…with every ounce of my being. I’ve always gone against the grain and have had a lot of practice doing so…so the idea of resisting is not all that difficult for me to grasp. My comfort, material desires, and popularity do not take precedence.
Still, we all collude in some way or another whether we like it or not. I still pay taxes, I still buy *some* products that I need (even though it hurts to do so), I still watch some movies that support Hollywood, I still associate with people who are not fully awake, and a lot of other things I could list.
One question that does burn in my mind is…if we are indeed in end times, (and no one truly knows) then does it even matter how much we resist? That’s where I struggle.

You are more than welcome, I studied Burke a lot, and although I do not always agree with him, I found him a great source of enlightenment. And I agree that Stoicism being a great motivational source in time of hardship, it’s not a good one in time of war.

I recently had another “Was It Worth It” moment recently.
Last Saturday. Go out to get the paper and I see my neighbor, Joe, putting out a bunch of tables. He tells me there’s a neighborhood garage sale. Oh!! So, I put out a bunch of great stuff. OK, crap stuff. BUT, I have good stuff, really, in the garage. I put out a sign —“Good stuff in the garage”.
It worked. Sadly. For example, I was able to sell the gorgeous dining room table, plus 6 chairs. It was made in Italy. Ms. Freud paid about $2500 for it. I sold it for $100.
You work your ass off. You save some money. You buy things, sometimes very nice things. And for what?? In the end it goes to someone else for pennies on the dollar. Or the junk yard. The shit you own is never ever permanently yours. I spoke to Ms Freud as they drove off. I really truly did, and with a tear in my eye. Really. I asked her if it was worth it, really worth it, all the stuff she wanted and usually got. She didn’t answer. She never does. She must be real busy in heaven. But, I think the answer is “no”.
Some of the money I made that day? I went to Joe’s and bought three items from him. Not kidding. I got rid of my shit, only to buy HIS shit. It’s a sickness. There is no cure. Except death. Then somebody else can ask me, “Was it worth it, Stucky?”
Was it worth it? I sometimes wonder the point of living since we all are going to die. I used to get all philosophical and shit about the meaning of life, is that all there is, why is there air, etc. and then one day, an epiphany smacked me upside the head.
We are here to live the life we have. Life is the meaning of life. When I savor a sunset or sea breeze I am savoring life, living life. When I get hurt I am also savoring life except in a way I really don’t want to repeat.

I bought 10 items of clothing which I really like, in my size, with tags still attached, at a tag sale for $20 today. Made me really happy, in part because of the money saved, but at least as much for the chat with the sellers about their daughter who now lives in Colorado and will get married in December. At the end, we shook hands, which not everyone does any more nowadays. I also liked that there was no tax revenue generated from the transaction. Those clothes will likely stay in my possession until they get holes, and then they get downgraded to gardening attire or will be turned into cleaning rags.
Living life does not mean not buying or owning stuff, as long as you do not elevate it above other things, like living life itself.

Funny you wrote that. I’m packing the entire content of my house to put it on the market and yet today, I will go to a town where there is going to be a “Vide-grenier”, where an entire town will have a yard sale.
You have nothing until you exchange your labor for some money or some stuff. You hang onto the money or stuff until you find something you want or need more than the money. You hang onto that until you desire some money or something else more than you want the item in question. Its the perfect lesson regarding subjective value, how it changes over time, and something everyone can learn from. You don’t buy things so that they end up going to someone for pennies on the dollar. You buy them because they give you joy at the time, feed you, or some other reason (not always great). Sometimes you buy something because it is beautiful to look at, or is an example of someone else’s craftsmanship (we own quite a few things like that from very creative artists). Sometimes the stuff you buy allows YOU to be creative. Sometimes the stuff you buy you sell to others for hundreds of dollars on the dollar from what you paid. Those expectations are sometimes part of the value judgement you make when making the purchase. Its not a sickness to not want to live in an empty cave with nothing. Hopefully what you bought from Joe was something you actually needed, and not just something to fill some empty “hole” left behind by the sale of your other stuff (that might be a sickness). But in the end, you die, and your stuff goes to someone else (so make sure not to load up on porn….because someone will eventually find it).

4) A short sleeve shirt, also XXL. Looks very much like military fatigues. I only have about 30 short-sleeve shirts. HAD to have it! $2
5) Two reclining lawn chairs. The ones they used to make with hollow aluminum and nylon straps. Joe said they’ve been in his basement for over 20 years. Look brand spanking new. “Stock up on lawn chairs, son!” was my dad’s financial advice. $10 for both.

I do see clearly. I fully understand the consequences of my choices and will take responsibility for them. I feel very strongly led to certain actions and a certain way of being, and it’s very frustrating to have someone try to get you to “see a better way”.
I have never felt as much purpose in my life as I have had in the past two years. I’m grateful for all the shit that has happened because I finally feel like I am living with purpose and am able to use my skills and abilities to make a difference for someone…even if it’s just one person. THAT is how I’d prefer to die. THAT is living the good life…to me, at least.

I am not a colluder. I call them the powers that WANT to be and suggest that everyone here do the same. Do not acknowledge their perceived power. When all is said and done, they need to eat, drink, and shit, just like we do. Their hearts and brains will cease to function when they die. This probably terrifies them.

Why?
I’ve told everyone who would listen what I think about it. They made their choices by now. Pureblood or Tainted. I know a few who regret the shot. I didn’t get it. I exploited the loopholes. I did the research, figured out how to beat the game, got around the requirements, and now I’m just keeping my eyes open and watching for the next hurdle.
I warned my loved ones before this ever started. I took what appeared to be the best precautions at the time, re-assessed as time passed, and warned friends and family about the threats as they developed. Then, when I figured out my loophole, I explained that to the people I care about so they could use it. My bro has kept his job as a result, despite being pureblood, too. My cousin failed to act and lost their job. They refused to play the game. A lot of people refused to play the game and just assumed they would quit or lose their jobs. I know what I did seems dishonest or crooked by some metrics, but when the people in charge are liars and freely lie to you, why should you be honest to them? We live in a broken, evil, rigged system, so why not treat it like a game and figure out how to play it to win?
Everyone has already pretty much made up their minds where they fall at this point and the fedgov mandates are about to lock it all into place, so there’s little left to do. Either you took the jab, or you won’t. Nothing left to argue about or discuss. No reason to stand up and martyr yourself, either. I’m watching folks do that where I live and it’s pointless. Play the game.
