As for Biden’s “vaccine mandate,” no such mandate exists. The US president is not a dictator and cannot issue laws or edicts. Any such laws or edicts originating in the White House would be struck down by federal courts. Congress is the source of law. Even if Congress passed a vaccine mandate and Biden signed it, if the courts follow the Constitution the law would be struck down.
Even more importantly, any mandate or law that violates informed consent is a violation of the Nuremberg Laws used to execute German National Socialists after World War II for violating informed consent in their medical experiments.
Biden’s “mandate” was nothing but a press release statement encouraging private employers to do what the President of the US cannot do and issue vaccine mandates to employees. But, of course, private employers have no legislative power. They certainly have no legal authority to violate the Nuremberg laws.
The Biden “mandate” is just another hoax relying on the whore media to make it a fact.
When your employer tells you, whether you are a nurse or a software engineer or Walmart cashier, that you must accept what is without doubt a dangerous injection or be fired, sue him when he fires you.
All fired employees can join a master civil lawsuit that has the possibility of bankrupting the corrupt employers who collaborate in breaking US and international laws.
Here is the chance for a real revolution. The establishment is on the wrong side of the law. Once the morons fire massive numbers of people, the morons will be in the dock. If the federal courts also abandon the Constitution, US law, international law, and the people, the only recourse is violent revolution. As the people vastly outnumber the criminal establishment, the employers could end up hanging off of lamp posts where the people increasingly think they belong.

Anyone who thinks a lawsuit against the vaccine mandates is the way to go to resolve the issue had best think twice.

But you’re absolutely right that the courts aren’t going to help anyone seeking to keep his job, but avoid the vax.
Since this will become an OSHA-backed scheme, I wonder how Judge Lynn N. Hughes would feel if someone were fired for refusing to do something in an entirely unsafe manner, if OSHA had workplace guidelines for the proper (safe) manner. Firing the employee for refusing to do the unsafe act if there were OSHA rules for doing it safely, would be a wrongful termination suit that Judge Lynn N. Hughes would no doubt find in favor of.
Still, doing the task in the unsafe manner requested by the employer would not be a criminal act on the part of the employee.
In other words, Judge Lynn N. Hughes is a numb cunt. Either that, or — Under Texas Law — no employer needs to pay any damned attention to workplace safety laws (I mean why bother? As long as you’re not asking your employee to commit a crime, it’s all good … right?)

I appreciate PCR for supplying links / documentation. But their is a heavy preaching-to-the-choir element here.
Perhaps PCR’s efforts will reach a few ‘reasonable’ members of the Jab Booster Club; as time passes, and the fraudulent ‘safe and effective’ mantra fades, I imagine that becomes more likely.
The problem is, of course that the courts are on board with all this. SO here in New York, you’ll spend your last $15,000 on a lawsuit where you are guaranteed to lose. Then you’ll probably have CPS try to take your kids away from you and lose any professional license you have.
Sorry folks but the courts are going to side with the gooberment. You might win at teh loal/state level but not in Federal Court.
The only way the mandates will stop is when the people shut down the system from walk outs etc.

Second, when some small percentage of them become vaxx cripples and realize they were suckered and their time in the world has been shortened, remind them of the sociopaths who actually did this to them. Next, patriotically teach them how to safely but effectively handle a simple rifle for national and personal self-defense. Finally, justice will inspire enough 100s of thousands of them, before they drop dead, to rebalance the tyrant-slave power equation.

The writer behind this nonsense is grossly naive. He assumes that the criminals now in power actually care about or pays attention to laws or the Constitution. They don’t. And there is NOBODY in a legal position of authority who will
do a damn thing about it. Unilateral edicts are treated as if they were immutable law because nobody can now prevent that from happening. The “eviction moratorium”was an edict with zero basis in law that blatantly violated the Constitution. So what. It was enforced at the point of a gun. The mask mandates are not legal….but violators frequently get curb stomped by the badgemonkeys for ignoring this illegal demand. The true reality is the law is IRRELEVANT. There are no laws anymore. Just arbitrary rules the criminals in power impose on us and ignore when inconvenient for them.
