It’s the only fast food I’ve eaten in 10 years. It’s family-owned, so naturally run by honorable people, unlike the reptilian, soul crushing big box syndicates.

I get their protein burger. It’s their ground beef-never frozen- between large pieces of lettuce. No bun. Deelish. Their fries are made from fresh potatoes and processed every day-no frozen chemically treated crap like all the others.
There is one about 45 minutes from me. I hear people rave about their food all the time. Now that I know their stance, I might make the drive.
Last year, there was one that opened near me in CO. I tried to give it try, but the line was 14 hours long!!!! They had cops out directing traffic. This last for several weeks. I gave up trying to go.

CC- We call that burger on lettuce a “low carb” burger. Best with bacon, cheese and red onion and a small amount of mayo/catsup/mustard. Just as good as the one with bread IMO.
Yep–had one last weekend–‘protein style’ is what you ask for. ‘Animal fries’ are good too.
