Notice that the top 5 or 6 states with highest infection rates also happen to be states where it’s already changing toward freezing temps–Alaska, Wyoming, N Dakota, Montana, Idaho and West Virginia… makes you go hmmm, or utoh depending your outlook.
And those with the least, Sunny enough to get out in the fresh air and get some Vitamin D3, drink some Fruit Juice for Vitamin C and generally enjoy an open air life without being stuck inside with sick and depressed people (viruses hate Ultra violet light).
More about vitamin d and sunlight than Temps. Alaska would certainly be most impacted.

The story will be that the top states with covid “problems” are all those crazy red states. The chart shows Idaho up there in the top five. We don’t see too many sick people in North Idaho. Maybe the Boise area is overwhelmed, but I doubt it.
