I’d put money on the possibility they now what the long term affects are but simply aren’t sharing.
How can anyone know the long term effects until long term has happened?
How? When Fauci started working on this a decade or two ago and his owners had to wait until the Mark of the Beast jabs and boosters were ready so they could pull the trigger on their Plannedemic/Economic Disruption/Agenda 2030 sequence of events. Reference the decades of 1000’s of patents leading to the vials of what was supposedly created out of thin air in months after the 2020 ’emergency’.
Each iteration of the jab’s poisons is intended to target a slightly different human vulnerablity. A lot like peeling an onion.

“They” have a pretty good idea. Been testing these types of “vaccines” on animals for several years. People are not animals is often said to dispel any negative results on the test animals. That is true but there are plenty of known substances that are lethal to both man and animal. Now people are the test subjects so time will tell.
