By Refusing Security to Russia Washington Has Opened the Door to War

As readers are aware, I regard Washington’s refusal to accommodate Russia’s security concerns as totally irresponsible. By denying security guarantees to Russia, Washington essentially told the Kremlin that Washington intends to locate nuclear missiles on Russia’s borders and to use color revolutions among former Russian provinces to destabilize the Russian Federation. In other words, Washington has shown that the US represents a life-threatening hostility to Russia.

Russia is not going to sit and wait for that to happen. Ukraine most certainly will not be permitted to be a member of NATO. Russia would reincorporate Ukraine into Russia rather than permit that to happen. No US or NATO missile bases will be permitted in Ukraine. If they are there or are put there, they will be destroyed.

The existing US missile bases in Romania and Poland will be destroyed. Russia can achieve this by air or missiles and has no need to invade. It would be pointless for NATO to mobilize as its conventional forces are small compared to Russia and incapable of putting up any kind of fight against Russian armies. Russia could overrun Eastern Europe long before the US could mobilize enough forces to put up a fight.

Stratfor, which provides geopolitical intelligence information to corporate clients says that the four armies in Russia’s Eastern Military District are in the process of being moved to the Western front. I have no opinion about the reliability of Stratfor’s information or any knowledge of who might be behind the organization.

The Stratfor report perhaps is an indication that the Kremlin expected the talks with the West to be unsuccessful and is positioning Russia to roll back NATO as the Russian deputy foreign minister indicated. Unless Russia’s security problems are resolved, he said, there will be dire consequences.

Prior to using force, Russia is likely to position nuclear missiles 200 miles off the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of the US as a constraint on Washington turning a low-key conventional action into nuclear war in order to save face. Washington in its arrogance and stupidity has set itself up for a defeat that it will find difficult to accept, especially as Washington will have brought it on itself.

Putin has expressed his despair many times that Washington cannot accept the sovereignty of other countries and learn to live together in the world. To maintain peace, all Washington needed to do was to demilitarize the NATO members that border Russia and cease adding countries to NATO. Instead, an over confident Washington drowning in hubris made a bad decision.

It is possible that nuclear war will be the result. But it would require more stupid decisions in Washington. It is not Russia’s intent.

Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko told reporters on Wednesday that Russia and NATO failed to find common ground. He summed up Wednesday’s meeting: “By NATO’s decision, all practical cooperation between Russia and the alliance in areas of common interest have been suspended. Today we do not have any unifying positive agenda, none at all.” He said that the West has presented Russia with an “unacceptable threat” that Russia will have to counter.

In other words, neither Washington nor its NATO arm heard the Russians tell them that military bases on Russia’s borders are unacceptable. As the Kremlin has found reason and diplomacy to be useless in dealing with the West, the prospect of building common European security is no longer in the picture. Russia has “no choice but to implement a policy of counter-containment and counter-intimidation.”

Having refused Russia security, the idiot West can expect war.

Update
Washington’s stupidity is unbelievable. Democrat senators want sanctions placed on Putin personally. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said: “The imposition of sanctions against the head of state and against the leader of Russia . . . is a measure that is comparable to severing relations.”

Let Brandon et al take a go at it. They will have their asses handed to them. Russians seem to be pretty damned serious about not being pushed around by the thug empire that the USSA has become over the last 60 years. I find it ironic that I probably have more in common with the average Russian than the average goof ball American

Sonic

Having spent a couple of weeks in Moscow, St. Petersburgh and a small village in Belarus in 2019, I can say without hesitation that I have far more in common with the people I met there than the guy I saw walking around in a t-shirt with a the outline of the USA and the tag line: “Undefeated since 1776”. The stupid here. It burns. If we’re not careful it will burn with nuclear fire.

As I have said before the Sino/Russian team are in control of the Eurasia landmass with few exceptions; S. Korea for the time being, a few small areas being contested like Tajikistan, Thailand, Myanmar etc. On January 12 China formally signed up Syria to the BRI project and will now help them overcome the debilitating US sanctions and be a powerful friend.

China now has 40,000km of high speed rail lines crossing the country, linking with many other countries. A good example is Laos which in December opened their link line that traverses some of the most difficult terrain in the world to link China to Thailand. Built in just a few years across mountainous country over 100 bridges and tunnels were constructed. The momentum is unstoppable short of a nuclear war. America is running out of friends in my neck of the woods. The Russians/Chinese offer zero interference in domestic politics and a chance to improve economies and the standard of living for all. America waves the big stick. No contest.

Chinese offer zero interference in domestic politics and a chance to improve economies and the standard of living for all.

If you believe this then you have been asleep. China improve economies… lol. If debt traps are improving other countries economies then I suppose so. Plus all the ‘infrastructure’ work done to improve the target countries is done by chinese workers, not the local native populations.

As for improved standard of living or raising people out of poverty. China, like in its own borders merely lowered their definition of what poor was. So changing income from making two dollars a day to 1 dollar a day, the CCP, lifted millions out of poverty. Pretty certain those being raised from poverty would agree that anything significant has changed.

Then there is the china doesn’t interfere in local politics… wowsers…

Nitpicking. If you don’t think living standards in China have risen considerably in recent decades you’re out to lunch. And who is more likely to butt in to a country like Myanmar, China or the US? The people running this country have delusions of adequacy and they might get us all killed – over fucking Ukraine, which 95% of Americans couldn’t find on a map.

The bulk of their populace is still in poverty. The cities and industrial areas have risen, for sure. This was a result of US manufacturing being outsourced to china and is what happens, ie Singapore, Taiwan etc. When its no longer cheap enough companies will uproot and go to another dirt poor nation. The CCP controls all the information in’n out of the country and anything not favourable or can’t be spun if censored, heavily. The bulk of their citizens are poor, MSM will never show it or criticize china for it.

And who is more likely to butt in to a country like Myanmar, China or the US?

Equally both. There is no difference between them.

LOL… sure… poor china getting blamed for loaning money to ‘build’ infrastructure. Ask Sri Lanka how that worked… or the latin american countries that took china money… Look at the nice things happening in the US from wonderful ‘leaders’ on the china payroll… Poor china… set up and falsely accused by the IMF and the US of A…

Reading “Confessions of an Economic Hit Man” reveals Uncle Sam’s historically unrivaled role as a global shyster, stripping resources and $$$$$ from one politically coopted country after another. Those that didn’t play ball got a mostly peaceful MIC demolition of their country. Even those that danced to every U$ tune were never really safe. How quickly and easily did we release Panama from indentured servitude?

You’d need to wake up next Noriega to find a reason to read it.

The actions of the US and NATO are designed to push Russia to the brink. The Western “diplomats” are not stupid, they are drunk with hubris and they are deliberately provoking Russia calling Putin’s bluff almost daring him to take decisive action to protect its sovereignty. This is not theater or show, Putin unlike US Presidents like Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, Bush the senior and Bush the lesser, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and Dementia Joe (Trump wanted to get along with Putin and have mutual trade relations) is not joking nor is he willing to back down and whimper away. Biden is in a fog but the US put these actions in play decades ago and recently spent billions to incite a “color revolution” in Ukraine. The chickens are coming home to roost.
I was watching PBS Friday evening and the host kept talking about Russian aggression, how Russia annexed Crimea etc in addition to promoting the need to forcibly inject everyone with COVID jabs! We are being set up for war, whether it will be a global conflagration or a regional one is unclear but unless saner heads prevail, war is coming.

Crimea was Russian for a long time. Ukrainian Nikita Kruschev “gave” Crimea to the Ukrainian SSR around 1961 or’62. Since they are no longer the same country Russia is simply reclaiming this vital port. No one outside of DC grifter filth like Bidens, Romneys, Kerry’s etc. care about anything beyond gritting in Ukraine. There’s nothing there except energy importing and arms import commissions.

Russia recognized Crimea as part of Ukraine twice under Putin. Russia is doing the pushing around. Quit swallowing Putin’s agitprop uncritically.

I will NEVER bow down to these useless bags of shit. I will fight against their agenda no matter what. Death you say? No one wants to die, but if that happens you will only be going through a transition. My ultimate goal is to take out (but not for lunch) as many of these SOBS as humanly possible before my last breath. That’s all I want. Never be afraid of these Bastards, because if you do, you will lose. We all need to get mentally prepared for what is coming…and soon. I had rather die standing up fighting, than on my knees. I have said this a few times before: Keep on training, with your weapon and backpack (loaded) and don’t stop. Stash or bury supplies/ammo/med kits/MREs, in different locations. Familiarize yourself with the lay of the land around you, choose a location to meet up in case your team members get separated etc. A weapon will not do any good if you don’t train with it. Practice disassembling and reassemble it in complete darkness. Don’t leave it in your closet collecting dust and forget about it. It’s the one of the most important survival tools you could ever have. The window of opportunity is closing fast.

So you can be pro America and take your vaccines, put up with homosexuals attacking your children and end up in divorce court because women have rights, or you can be pro Russia and end up with a Russian communist dictator ruling your life instead. Take your pick. Either way, both are going to be destroyed.

My being ruled by a Russian dictator is about as likely as my being elected Emperor of Mars. American globalists are a lot bigger worry.

I don’t understand this. Shouldn’t Russia (being communist) have a buffer zone? Or is this to FORCE Poop’n to get into the NWO?

And why does Poop’n want to keep Russia under communism – a known enslavement system that fails everywhere thought by a lazy lunatic with nothing else better to do than not work and watch his family starve?

Roberts is an idiot. Putin has created a situation that he intends to take advantage of, if he can. Putin has no intention of living peaceably with Ukraine until it is back under Moscow’s thumb. Putin is playing the same game the USSR regime played before its apparent collapse. Remember, always, there is no such thing as former KGB.

Ukraine, on the other hand, has no plans of easily going back under Moscow’s thumb. It will not be anything close to the cake walk the Russian General Staff and Putin thinks it will be.
