What gives them their success. I would venture to say that their ability to stand against a common enemy came from some form of communication channel that already existed among them and they used it to gain strength in numbers. The truckers should be a ‘case study’ in how it’s done. They’re eating our lunch and they deserve it. Very well done Canada.

I’m building a list of the “motives and means” for an effective movement…. you hit a big one on the list – would welcome contributions of the many other attributes that I know I’m missing
motive:
a common cause/enemy
an uncompromising belief/position
a full realization of the necessity to act – backs against the wall
means:
existing or developing communication/network
something of value that is needed by the opposition
a camaraderie/bond that exits independent of personal acquaintance
supportive secondary groups that also feel disenfranchised
support by enough of the general population (which could be small minority) to keep the action visible and viable
a rudimentary (at least) organizational structure
organized or organic logistics support (food and supplies)
Truckers have an strong communication network that starts with the CB radio. It is amazing how fast a message can travel up and down the interstate with these short range radios. It is much like the smoke signals used by the Indians in the old west, but easier and faster. Truck stops are another key cog in the organization/communication structure. Every one of them is a meeting ground and has a bulletin board that is checked thousands of times a day.
Organizational structure/leadership is an area that would be highly suspect. We know the FIB loves to infiltrate organizations that have power and many times insert themselves into leadership positions.
thought about the truck stops too. Like inns on the old merchants highways. I still think leadership or more properly ‘representation’ is necessary… but agreed how to keep it from becoming compromised is a huge issue and deserving of it’s own study.

It can be a tough choice for many to have to choose between your job and being compelled to do something that you know to be not right. No job is worth the risk to your life from the jab. You’re making the right decision, when one door closes… another opens.
Make sure you reject in writing all demands to be jabbed. Note that it is experimental and that any demand to take an experimental drug is illegal. Make them fire you and state that it is because you reject an experimental drug being forced on you under duress.
Keep all documentation and communications. Sue for all back wages and damages.

It’s been almost a week.
Are there long lines for fuel? Did mail and package delivery services stop? Banks out of cash? Cities and suburbs flooded with trash?
If that were happening would the media ignore it or make it into a capital case?
I have no first hand knowledge about what’s going on there, but something doesn’t add up. Or, maybe truckers aren’t as crucial as they are portrayed, or maybe there are more than enough truckers who aren’t participating, or maybe, just maybe this thing was co-opted in the early stages and this is some kind of orchestrated event with some occult purpose we haven’t fully grasped.
We need to stop reacting viscerally to it as if it were the big battle in Braveheart.
There are people who were wanting to go to ottawa for the protest but gas stations are out of fuel. Trash… truckers are cleaning up, feeding people on the streets with the abundant food people are bringing in.
So why the silence on this??? Because if the media were to report this it would fly in the face of their white supremist narratives. That these truckers are wingnuts promoting hatred. More is spoken by their silence than by the medias reporting.

as I’ve stated, I think that you folks may very well have put the crack in the dam. However, at some point ‘fence riding’ just won’t cut it. At that point, I think that we’ll all be in the soup.
