I’m thinking while Agenda 21 lunacy was quite prevalent in California around 2010, lunacy about gathering rain water was popping up in Colorado as well. And part of the water issue presented in Agenda 21 was the idea individuals don’t even “own” the water in their ponds. Plus, water in bar ditches after a rain actually was off limits to individuals.
Another part of the ‘stack ’em and pack ’em’ mentality is well known from the studies done in the ’30s and ’40s where rats were packed into small spaces: they eat each other … and TPTB know this full well.

Article from Nov. 2, ’21. I’m uncertain where Texas stands with it’s abundance of control freaks on the subject. I see the “smoke shops” and others around that have signs saying Delta 8. I don’t smoke but guess I’ll stop by one sometime and see if they know the LAW.
As doctors go I like mine ok. He knows I don’t like chemicals. I have prescriptions for Meloxicam and Indomethacin. Indo primarily as emergency for gout flare up in the right big toe. No issues with that for several years. Meloxicam for Arthuritis, inflammatory control but of course nothing I know of that “cures” Osteoarthritis. People get knee replacements. Thankfully my knees are good so for. I’m uncertain there is a “replacement” for knuckles and fingers, my older age parts wearing out. Don’t care to go before the knife on anything however.
While my doc has not mentioned CBD and I’ve not discussed the subject, I’m thinking something stronger that would assist in at least “forgetting” about the pain. 🙂

This is no BS. I read something about Musk developing a space station launch pad in that part of the world, Terlingua, Texas. That would suck. Who knows what Musk will do.
SERIOUSLY, getting “away from it all”, people are surviving in Terlingua. Texas heat and dryness beyond comprehension , yet, the place to be IMO. Once a year , or last I checked, there is a chili “cook-off” in November, cooler temps. Lots of motor cycle enthusiasts go there for the event from all over the country.
Texas will dry up and blow away…Terlingua? Please. All that desert and too many people don’t work. I love Big Bend area and I almost died out there many moons ago. Long story.
It’s a wonderful place. Be prepared. Granted, beautiful spring time temps , upper 70’s, low 80’s during the day. Maybe one is lucky enough to see cactus bloom. Come nightfall, I was there when temps dropped to 18. 70’s to 18. 😀 The night temps don’t sound impressive to northerners. Sleeping in a cheap tent from Academy, it was bearable. Done it several times. I guess a person could die there. Enchantment of it all should make it worthwhile IMO.
