I think it means the total number of blacks killed BY white people is 2%.

Can’t be that. For instance, it says whites killing whites 16%. Fact is, the major percentage of whites killed are killed by whites. See the above FBI stats.

Blacks killing whites = 81%
Police killing whites = 3%
Add all that together = 100%
But blacks do not kill 81% of whites that are killed. It is more like 20%. The FBI data on this is linked above.

There are about 46 million blacks in the USA. 2% of that is 980,000.
Therefore, whites have killed 980,000 blacks.

I provided the link above to FBI stats. Some of the stats are somewhat correct, and others not. But blacks do not kill 81% of the whites that are killed, and it isn’t even close. It is more like 20%. More whites are killed simply owing to shear numbers of whites out there compared to blacks. Around 3000 whites a year are murdered, and about 500 of those are killed by blacks. A somewhat similar number of blacks are killed a year, and under 200 of them are killed by whites. Whites include Hispanics in the FBI stats.

NH has no gun laws- open carry, concealed carry, as long as you are an adult who isn’t a convicted felon, you’re free to walk around carrying whatever kind of firearm you like.
Illinois has some of the strictest gun laws in the US.
The demographics are also very different, as you might imagine.
In a time of universal deceit telling the truth is a revolutionary act. Sensible people who care about the safety and well being of their families and themselves take these data sets into account. For instance, in 2013, 3,000 whites were , 400 of whom are killed by blacks. Whites include Hispanics, btw. 2500 blacks were killed, under 200 by whites (again, which include Hispanics). Those percentages above make no sense, and they do not include a data source or any context.
Here is the general situation: blacks commit murder and violent crime at a rate approx. 6 times higher than whites. They kill whites at about 10 times the rate that whites kill blacks. Hispanics commit violence around 2.5 times the rate of whites, by memory. Blacks as a group are many times more violent than any other demographic. If there were no black crime, the US would be one of the safer nations on earth.
Why are blacks as a group so violent? My belief is it is in their general nature, and is related to average intelligence of the cohort, their inability to impulse control, and their inability to correlate their current actions with future outcomes. But what do I know.
That would be my take. They don’t seem to connect a criminal act with consequences to come. Kill a convenience store clerk, and they think because he is dead, nobody will ever know they did it. Never mind the six or seven CC cameras.

I stayed in a hotel in Princeton, NJ two nights ago. Not cheap either, at $250 per night. I took the kids to the indoor pool to find that it was already being used by a mother and 8 children (presumably hers) aged 4-16. They were loud, rambunctious, had taken the lifesaving devices off of the walls to play with, jumped into the pool within inches of us and generally made enjoyment of the pool area impossible. Now, I am not a racist, but let’s just say that they did not appear to be Japanese in heritage. Having said that, if they had been any other skin color, I would not have liked their behavior any more either.
When we first moved to this small town, one of the reasons were the supposedly good schools and the generally safe and friendly community. It is affluent with mostly doctors, lawyers and other professionals living here, and I would say it is 80% white, 20% Asian and <1% black. I know one black family across the street and the parents are married and lawyers.
I remember when we attended a party with just these white affluent people, one woman said to me that it was a nice town but that the only downside was its "lack of diversity". I said to her, surprised, that I thought that that was EXACTLY why we all moved here, because there were all people just like us.
Apparently, I had said something politically incorrect, judging from the look on her face.
