The Supreme Court has overturned Roe vs. Wade, returning the decision on whether or not abortion is legal to individual states.
“Roe was egregiously wrong from the start. Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences.,” wrote Justice Samuel Alito in the Friday decision – the May 2 leak of which led to widespread protests and an attempted murder against Justice Brett Kavanaugh – the court overturned the 1973 case which guaranteed access to abortion nationwide.
Justices Breyer, Sotomayor and Kagan unsurprisingly dissented.
The case at issue – Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization challenged a Mississippi law that banned most abortions after 15 weeks. Lower courts, citing a previous ruling in Planned Parenthood v. Casey preventing states from banning abortion within the first 24 weeks of gestation, had prevented Dobbs from being enacted – which the Supreme Court just reversed.
Clarence Thomas, writing separate in the abortion ruling, says the Supreme Court should now "reconsider" its decisions that found a right to contraception, sex between consenting adult men, and same-sex marriage — and "correct the error" it made in those cases. pic.twitter.com/8SnyCil7v8

In response to the ruling, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said that Congressional Democrats would work to “enshrine Roe v. Wade into law” – while former President Obama said the ruling attacks ‘essential freedoms.’
Chuck Schumer (D-NY) tweeted that “American women are having their rights taken by 5 unelected Justices on the extremist MAGA court.”
Today is one of the darkest days our country has ever seen
American women are having their rights taken by 5 unelected Justices on the extremist MAGA court
These justices—appointed by Republicans and presiding without accountability—have stolen the fundamental right to abortion
— Chuck Schumer (@SenSchumer) June 24, 2022
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said that the ruling is “courageous and correct.”
Within an hour of the USSC Roe decision, Missouri ended abortion in the state.

Earlier this month, President Joe Biden said that there would be a “mini revolution” in November’s midterm elections if the landmark decision was overturned – insisting that overturning the law would be “ridiculous” and would drive Democrat turnout in November’s midterm elections.
“I don’t think the country will stand for it,” he said, adding “If in fact the decision comes down the way it does, and these states impose the limitations they’re talking about, it’s going to cause a mini revolution and they’re going to vote these folks out of office.”

Earlier this year, Congressional Democrats tried and failed to codify Roe v. Wade into federal law. Meanwhile, Biden said he was exploring the use of executive orders depending on the final Supreme Court decision.
Biden also pushed voters to come out during midterms so that Congressional dems would have enough of a majority to codify abortion rights into law.
“You gotta vote to let people know exactly what the devil you think,” he told Kimmel.

The involvement of the government in medical decisions, medical licensure, drug regulation, etc. has been the worst thing that has ever befallen our species. The MARKETPLACE is the mechanism for addressing the issues of medical care, not the political backrooms, where money and influence purchase the violence and power of government.
There is something more fundamental here as it is the nexus of market ownership that allows the various “competing” factions to remain “separate” corporations yet collude to achieve domination over said same market. And the closer said nexus is to the Federal Reserve System the greater the domination over said market is. Anti-monopoly laws are a joke as all collusion is now effected through the various forms of investment funds which allows “competitors” to be coordinated at a higher level of collusion within their ownership nexus. The purpose of the corrupt .gov now is to facilitate this consolidation to its eventual end whereby a few investment houses own and control every market for every thing imaginable. That’s monopoly capital at its core and is the great scam of capitalism.
My positions on government (root of all evil, greatest evil ever created by man, etc.) aren’t hidden. Of course the evil of government extends beyond its corruption of medical freedom to everything else, and all evil flows from that.
In the same way that liberals see guns as the problem, conservatives often see government as the problem. I see the person pulling he trigger as the problem — and in the case of government, that “person” is the corporation. A government that is kept truly of/by/for the people is not something to be feared, unless you’re hoping for the “freedom” to screw your fellow citizens.
Naivete at its finest. There is no trigger to pull without government. Without government the business must EARN the money they get through voluntary exchange. Government has the LEGAL monopoly on violence in a given geographical region. Control of that violence and its “legality” is the goal of big business and others. Sorry, the root of the problem is government, and its inherently involuntary status. And sad that you can only see to the worst conclusion with the citizens and their “freedom”, while not seeing to the worst in the same citizens that run the government.
Who cares what some idiot lolberg thinks? Government is obviously a tool, and any of these individualists would lose to a handful of common, low-quality troops by numbers alone. Who controls the government is far more important than any other details about it. Just like with guns. I reckon most commenters here have never so much as been in a fight, let alone battle. They sound awfully naive about the order of operations.
If the “marketplace” were filled with humans connected to their patients at every level, I might agree. As it is now, the marketplace is made up of corporate entities who 1) are functional psychopaths (they meet the clinical definition to a T), 2) legally interested only in shareholder return, and 3) have captured all regulatory agencies who might otherwise prevent psychopathic behavior. If we’re going to have a real marketplace, we need to rid ourselves of the public corporation in healthcare and everywhere else.
I’m fine with that. Corporations are creations of government, protected by government violence and power, and only use the “regulatory” powers of government to protect themselves from the citizens and the competitive pressures the market would otherwise impose. And your naivete is showing again in presuming that any regulatory agency is in place to prevent psychopathic behavior. EVERY ONE is the creation and servant of the cartels that they “regulate.”
You hear that sound? The sound of war drums beating?
Don’t be fooled. This has NOTHING do with abortion and right to life.
Which is why SCOTUS struck down a 100 year old New York State law only this week.
The movers and shakers have decided since the Right in this country is too soft to rise up and commence wholesale slaughter…
…they’ll get the trusty Left to do it instead.
Molotov cocktails by the ten thousands are being crafted even now.
Good time to live in rural TEXAS!!!
Lock and load.
Exactly. Do me a favor, Red…stay out of churches, ok??
As in, worship with other believers in your home…on the ranch. For the time being.
Home church is better anyway…
I think so too, brian.
Na, this is where you get to kick some lefty ass.
The pastor of the church in which I attend openly speaks against homosexuality and any other abominations mentioned in the Bible ,so, those “types” are not in the pews as they probably don’t like to hear what the Bible has to say.
Occasionally we have visitors, skin head “looking” types , covered from bald head and down each exposed arm in tattoos of any number of images, “statements” I assume, and probably all the way to the feet, with strange looking holes in their ear lobes , studs in the face and nose like the Queequeg character in Moby Dick. It’s kind of freaky but if Jesus has found them, ain’t none of us without sin of some sort. Most don’t return.
Too bad the buybull is middle eastern nonsense and not White like Germanic Gods, Celtic Gods, Mediterranean Gods, and Slavic Gods.
Home church, are you saying “For the time being” , perhaps in fear of pro abortion peeps shooting up the place normally congregated?
-bucknp
Yes, religious white men with guns will be a target. Easy to kill off many of them at once sitting in church.
However, I do understand that many will put their faith in God and will not be deterred.
I do think churches should beef up their security, though. I would not go to one right now without sufficient security.
I’m carrying $10K cash to be donated to a group of Christians building a new church. I’ll have to drive through Tenaha , Texas to reach my destination. I’m more concerned about be jacked by “law enforcement” , my assets seized, placed in jail because as we know anybody with cash is dealing drugs. Could be Tenaha, could be anywhere, over zealous law enforcement.
Beef up security? When we go to Babe’s Chicken Shack does Babe’s have beefed up security or being in Texas are there quite a number of folks packing?
Now, when my step-father died there was a huge funeral and a sign on the entry to the Catholic church indicating no firearms. Just call 911 I guess, just call the pOhlice.
Babe’s Chicken Shack…LOL 😂. Yes, that place needs security! I’ve seen how crazy it can get waiting in line to get in.
Don’t you forget to report that transaction to the government, ok? Anything over $600 must be accounted for…
Interesting your observation about Babe’s. I never made it in the one and only time I tried at Babe’s in Roanoke, mentioned before, I could not wait long enough. But yes, places like that could possibly be targets. Not certain what Babe’s could do about. Have more police around? It seems even with police around deranged individuals that seek to kill don’t care as they are obviously suicidal either eventually being shot by someone or shooting themselves.
$600, sure thing. But the church being 501(c)3, like most, they are in the clear. Question, where did I get the cash? Maybe I saved it through the years? Nah, got to be a drug deal. Perhaps NSA/DEA will give me a call as I did actually have $60K cash saved and in a safe, a Liberty safe with a decent fire rating, still , probably would have burned in a house fire anyway. The house did not burn but I burned the cash building one. 🙂
P.S. I use to be one that naturally was paid the corporate way by automatic deposit. Hearing all about not being able to get to one’s cash in a bank, I would visit my bank soon after pay day and draw as much cash as I could. Weird, I think they had a “limit” how much cash I could draw in one day. My money? But I would not stop there. Wall Mart is sort a love/hate thing with me. I don’t do this now, one could buy the least little thing, for me if it was not groceries it might be a six pack, and then draw $100 on the debit card and no “fees” for the cash. I guess everyone knows this. ATMs erk me and I cannot understand why people use them, the fees. I thought it was a very good way to get all the cash and put it in the safe plus have the cash on hand to pay cash for things along the way. Of course I had to keep enough in the bank for the then house payment and car payments with a check.
Disagree AA. I know pastors who pack who are deadly. Plenty of retired LEO’s in our pews-the good kind. Agree about somebody with some real firepower doing overwatch these days.
Chuck Baldwin understands the 2nd Amendment. He has several handguns including a .45 often on his person preaching from the pulpit. And people that attend Liberty Church in Kalispell, Montana, I don’t think that would be a good place to go with intent of shooting a bunch of people.
Harrington and bucknp…
They’ll be coming with bombs soon.
They know damn well we’re better armed and better trained than they are.
As a Catholic I’m obliged to go to Mass to receive the body and blood of Christ but I will be carrying an extra mag with me.
Do what you need to do. Just wondering though…did you still go to Mass during the lockdowns when churches closed down?
Don’t know about him. The church I attend never shutdown. “We was” in attendance each Sunday except one. The pastor and his wife were “diagnosed” with covid. It was decided all stay home that day. The following week they were still out so someone else preached. All we did was “fan out” in the pews. Bible studies were cancelled for a while but church service was not except for one and no one “told” us we had to or did not have to do anything. I recall the first couple of weeks lots of churches were “closed” in the area and in Louisiana it was pathetic how long before churches resumed. One Sunday morning I arrived at church and a local pOhliceman was sitting in his squad car across the street. Nothing came of it. He was either taking a break, filling out reports or counting heads as the congregation gathered. I think the city had some kind of “counting” thing in place for businesses or any number of places people gather. No one bothered us.
Almost the entire congregation was “diagnosed” with covid over a period of time. Where I got it, I cannot say, the hardware store I worked part time was exempt from Governor Abbott’s “lockdowns” as it was deemed an “essential” business. People in that store became ill too.
IMO, definitely stay away from mega and prosperity churches like those of Joel Osteen and others. If that is what clicks one’s trigger, go for it. Amendment I, COTUS.
Also IMO, I would stay away from churches whose pastors are among a religious advisor group of the previous president and currently of the same. TV church pastors and a particular pastoress in this case , pastors of prosperity churches, pastors of stand with Israel churches etc. , and any church that hangs a banner welcoming any political figure. Church is for worshiping God , not ANY man. SMH
As far as “home” church, Amendment I again. And like any other “church”, beware of false teachers, they don’t simply appear only in the congregation that meets in a building outside the home.
That being said, IMO placing a blanket statement on churches, hinting that “home” churches are the only viable church is rather silly. It’s what is inside the church regardless where it meets.
Don’t forget to add…to stay away from churches who closed during the lockdown…as they don’t have a spine!
I think Paula White was still preying for people’s $$ on TV church. Unless former pres told her not to.
some church members “pack”.
That’s a hot take, Red.
Remember to aim for the Molotov bottle.
I will fire on anyone I see lighting anything. When they fall over on top of it and burn to death will be an introduction to eternity.
Had to give you an upvote, HR. I also know not to light up a smoke near your church. 😉
what about a votive candle, in memory of a loved one lost?
they do that in some churches.
Absolutely. Plus the info about one of the judges raising the possibility to reexamine contraception and same sex marriage rights? This reeks of an ulterior motive designed to wreak havoc and raise fury. Looks like they’re trying to speed up the final push to the endgame.
It sure as hell wasn’t Roberts. Justice Thomas is doing a pretty good imitation of Justice Scalia. Too darn bad Shrub gave Roberts the Chief Justice slot instead of making him put in the years and if lucky enough get a chance to earn it in a decade or two.
On another note, anyone read the individual opinions from the assenting Justices? A lot of well reasoned thinking and a lot more understanding of SCOTUS principles than most of us here have.
Then, and not surprisingly, there is the dissenting opinion jointly written by the gang of three liberal whiners. Talk about warped thinking-they take the cake.
Which metropolitan areas will suffer the most damage? Blue cities with large minority resident populations will be ballistic readings for the upcoming midterms. So sad that our PTB discard the urban areas. The suburbs are about to become very spicy. Washington DC is gone, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Chicago, New Orleans, Minneapolis, Chicago are kindling for the breakdown of civil order. If you don’t have firearms, too bad, if you do, know how to use them. The Democrat Party is the largest crime syndicate ever created. So sad☹️
LOL! This needs to go on both threads near the top. Not cities, rural areal. But read the reply at the bottom. Hilarious.
go for it…………..try a red state rural area, preferably one that has a few backhoes in the community.
Backhoes aren’t needed here….we got lots of hungry hogs….
Send them in my direction. I guarantee I’m good for 100 of them.
Guadalupe County, Texas, bitches.
They’d never come to my place. TOO rural. Too spread out.
But if they come within 20 miles of where I am…
…I’ll come to wherever they are.
And fuck the backhoe.
Buzzards gotta eat…
I may be coming down there to lend a hand. It’s just neighbourly to help spread the chore load thru a few good hands…
Hogs eat everything
As I said, Look !!! over there 5 squirrels mating and they are all male.
I hate being played, when I know I am
Thank you, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, for your selfishness.
And, credit where credit is due, thank you to Trump and the GOP Senators who confirmed the deciding votes.
Why, thanks even to Mitch McTurtle for stuffing Gorsuch in when Garland was ‘supposed’ to get the assassinated justice’s seat.
The sad fact is that my duly elected Congressman can make a law and according to the make up of an unelected activist SCOTUS , the law can be struck down regardless of the will of We The People. This decision, hinged on 2 fags in drag, could have very well went to the left if the Bolsheviks had managed to stuff two more leftard pension whores on the court. It’s on the Bolsheviks agenda. Bet on it.
You seem to consider the judges the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges … and their power [are] the more dangerous as they are in office for life, and are not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots. It has more wisely made all the departments co-equal and co-sovereign within themselves … . When the legislative or executive functionaries act unconstitutionally, they are responsible to the people in their elective capacity. The exemption of the judges from that is quite dangerous enough. I know of no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society, but the people themselves. …. — Thomas Jefferson Letter to Mr. Jarvis, Sept, 1820
The are the wiser than We The People unelected fags in drag who decided that it was a woman’s right to murder her baby in the womb.
How long before the current fags in drag decision on momma baby murder right is again restored to psycho slut women? …as soon as the Bolsheviks can recapture the court.
Flash, that was quite a rant, so what is your solution. Do you have one? or are you just venting you frustrations.
Yes, SCOTUS should be mere advisers to Congress and not final arbiters of what is or isn’t Constitutional. Nobody elected these asswipes and they should be treated like what they are . Appointees. Representative government means just that.
BTW . It’s not just my “frustration” with judicial tyranny. Thomas Jefferson was pissed at SCOTUMS usurpation of Congressional authority too. Look it up.
I see, so what if congress passes a law that is unconstitutional without a 3/4 majority in the house and senate? Who defends the peoples rights under the constitution? The Dems preach about democracy all the time, they would love a true democracy. Without the court they could remove every right we have with a simple majority vote and a willing president.. They could effectively rewrite or simply abolish the constitution with a 51% vote.
‘
I agree with your premise, not the solution.
By the way, the government that Thomas Jefferson and his peers wanted has been dead for 155 years now.
SCROTUM has always been a bunch of backstabbing fags.
“[T]he contest is really for empire on the side of the North, and for independence on that of the South, and in this respect we recognize an exact analogy between the North and the Government of George III, and the South and the Thirteen Revolted Provinces. These opinions…are the general opinions of the English nation.”
London Times, November 7, 1861
‘has always been a bunch of backstabbing fags.”
Well, not just anybody qualified for the original (and ongoing) cast of ACLU.
I could care less what you agree with.
The truth is SCROTUM provided no protection or authority for We The People when Lincoln was rampaging over states and civil rights, nor when Roosevelt, Johnson , Kennedy , Bush and Obama were placing the building blocks for the Empire of Lie’s police state. The absolute authority of SCROTUM is a tool of the Beast System used to divide, debase and destroy We the People and replace us with filth mongers and cowards.
The same people that gave US five decades of infanticide now turn around and say the mass murder of babies is not wrong, just not a woman’s right. Put that in your dick whistle and blow it.
SCROTUM did this . Never forget
Well, loony tune, people a lot smarter than you pointed out the US was a court dictatorship many years ago, but, based on your username, you never cared until you got your feeling hurt, ergo you should be an expert on law and run the country, right? RIGHT? Screw running the country unless it’s about WAHMEN AMIRITE?
Not happening this time around…that would destroy the Federal courts, since the States would refuse to accept such a decision…
All they did was overturn an earlier overstep of SCOTUS authority.
Bingo. Sometimes the simplest analysis is the most correct. Let the states decide.
I do not care much for McTurtle (he voted to restrict our gun rights), but he did a marvelous job getting scotus nominees approved, esp. Gorsuch and Barrett. Without him, Garland would be trampling our rights from the court rather than from the Dept. of Just Us.
Actually, Trump’s predecessor could have nominated Garland — but he wanted more of that diversity on the Supreme Court — so we’ve been shackled with this nothing of a ‘wise latina’ ever since … instead of another non-gentile …
That was huge…give the Turtle credit…
Thanks to Barack Obama for stealing the 2012 election otherwise we would have had three Mitt Romney appointees
In other news. Missouri is providing mRNA injections for children under 5 years old. So parents don’t need to use abortion to kill their children.
Yes, still lots of work to do.
If the progressives and lefties can’t convince Mom to snuff out their kid via abortion, they come after them with mRNA shots and all of the other vaccines, drag queens, CRT, Marxism and trans insanity. They are bound and determined to foul up as many kids and people as they possibly can.
Evil is like water. Seeps in through every damned crack.
Only fire can fix this mess.
Its coming…
The demonic crazy protesters are coming.
More than a Freudian slip that Biden said ” we need to let them know what the DEVIL we think”
Thats just it. The death cult does not cede to the sacred scrolls nor any other rule of law unless it is one that furthers their own ends. They would have the court in chains over this decision while lecturing us about “democracy” and “rights” conjured from the ether of their wicked magical thinking that happen to be codified in myriad of “laws” on the books across the land.
Not to mention the de facto law of the institutions and vast administrative/managerial apparatus that has been pressing its satanic tendrils further into our lives with every passing year – regardless of black robes or donkeys or elephants.
The sooner people realize that the war long afoot is not over which 50%+1 of some party politk theater production gets to control the institutions, but rather the need to call out evil when we see it and be prepared to give up the spoils of progress we might enjoy in order to cast of that wicked yoke. This is a spiritual war, for the soul of a people.
If anyone goes off on a rant about this today, I’m going to answer “there’s going to be a lot more black babies”.
“Now you don’t know what to say, do you?”
And ??!!
Nobody needs more niggers. I just want common sense nigger control.
They keep their numbers down with drugs and crime, well enough.
They abort around 400,000 babies a year. That will continue in Dem states, but the black population in Repub states will boom. Bank on it.
Mississippi could be “blue” in 20 years.
>they can get bussed in but not bussed out
Incorrect.
Are you saying there is no taming of Da Shitz Malt Lickher Bull?
Not really. Abortion will still be legal in all of the big Blue states and lefties will provide transportation to those who want to get one in a blue state. If we are lucky, these women will stay in the blue states so they can suck on the teat of their government, rather than ours.
Bad week for Democrats.
Twitter for the next few weeks:
HOES MAD
Another point for butthurt lefties:
Abortion is legal throughout Europe. How did that come about without a Supreme Court decision like Roe v Wade? Ahhh… their legislatures decided it.
The only thing better than the ruling on the 2nd Amendment yesterday being followed by overturning Roe today would be if they outlawed gay marriage this afternoon. What? There’s no case on that, you say? We don’t need no stinking case. All you fags are divorced!
Yep, Supremes should push it back to the states.
“push it in” the states.
Blue wave in November. Calling it. Great job, orange man bad
Only if whores get to vote twice.
Only twice?
Next, they’ll each be demanding an additional vote for every baby they’ve aborted.
LOVE IT
GRATE!!! Now can we get back to more important issues at hand , like freeing the democratically elected government of Ukraine from the evil communist Russian invasion and preparing for the next major pandemic guaranteed to strike us all down in the fall.
Demorats problem with the Demented One and Harris continue to drag them down the gurgle.
Democrats MAJOR problem. How to get rid of Biden without getting Kamala.
While this corrects a great moral and legal injustice, I suspect it is a bone thrown to give legitimacy to an illigitimate court that should be overturning things that will impact all Americans and not just the ignorant and immoral.
Up next, Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell !
This is the text and meme I just sent to my entire family (Noone talks to me anymore so…)…
“Oh no!! I’m sorry to hear that women can no longer kill their babies in any state they want anymore. Maybe if they pray to Baal or Moloch, this terrible injustice will be reversed.”
When Jesus speak about the fires of Gehenna, this is what he is talking about.
Screw what a bunch of middle eastern foreigners believed. That’s the root of all White people’s problems, right there.
We’re your family now, GNL. 😉
🙂
Auntie had a similar impression: the Temple of Baal together with the Sanctuary of Moloch will buckle down, become legitimate Section 501 (c) (3) of the Tax Code entities, then sue under the First Amendment of freedom of religion, to be able to perform their “religious rites” without state interference.
Glock- You can’t worry about what people think, family or otherwise. I’ve been called toxic, narrow minded (go down the list) for warning about food shortages, poison shit shots, NOT taking poison shit shots, Bitcoin is a ponzi and they will lose their money etc.etc. Soon they will see the error of their ways.
They= Family, friends, neighbors named Karen, business assoc. etc.
I am glad to be who I am. If I cared more about social status and whether or not I was “liked”, I’d never be able to think for myself.
GNL, you nailed an important point!
Got to avoid the hive mind virus.
I could see this happening.
OK – something momentous and unnoticed and inexorable is likely about to drop. This is cover. Is Safe and Effective about to really kick in?
Cover for lower fertility rates has been something discussed here and elsewhere.
Cover for mass vaccine die off. Give ’em all guns and set them at each other’s throats. Who’s to say who died of what? “What difference, at this point, does it make?” Remember that old chestnut? You’ll be seeing a lot more of that in the near future.
Bingo. We have winner!
In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.
Franklin D. Roosevelt
The timing of these rulings should make that abundantly apparent to everyone with a pulse.
Flash- Like I done told ya, the death rates of the 6mos. through 6 year olds from the shit shots will make up for body parts and tissue for the elite vampires.
Does anyone know how much an abortion is? I’m sure it’s expensive, so who can afford abortions in a hyper inflation period when even food will be out of reach? One would think the Chinese could supply all the body parts they need. As far as reducing population goes, starvation is a much better tool in their toolbox over abortions.
Did baby momma ever pay for baby murder via government program ? I’m axing…I don’t know
I don’t know Flash. I have over the decades know of many women getting an abortion and they paid out of their pocket. About 45 years ago one gal told us it cost $800. What it costs now and if kneegrows are free IDK. That’s why I axed you.
Flash- I looked into it, the Hyde Amendment bars the Federal.gov from paying for abortions UNLESS it it to save the life of the mother and she is unable to pay.
Ok, you made me look.
Supply and demand , bruh. Muh free market works.
Also , illegal or not the Fed. Gov pays, unless Medicaid is counted as Federal funded, even though it is.Sheeeeet!
An abortion can cost up to $750, but it’s often less.
Some government health insurance plans (like Medicaid) in certain states cover abortion, while others don’t. Some plans only cover abortion in certain cases.
https://www.plannedparenthood.org/learn/ask-experts/how-much-does-an-abortion-cost
are some of the finest Republicans one will ever meet.
When asked about abortion in 2000, (Laura) Bush said she did not believe Roe v. Wade should be overturned. She did not comment on whether women had the right to an abortion. She did say, however, that the country should do “what we can to limit the number of abortions, to try to reduce the number of abortions in a lot of ways, and that is, by talking about responsibility with girls and boys, by teaching abstinence, having abstinence classes everywhere in schools and in churches and in Sunday school.
-wiki
Cost is prolly assessed on a sliding income scale with zero cost likely having a pretty high income ceiling, like maybe 2X the FPL.
Landis- The woman I referred to above was butt broke and had to borrow the 800 bucks to get the abortion. If I remember she was unemployed.
Court packing is the end game for the left. That’s been the goal all along. It’s the ends justifying the means
Or will Israel bomb Iran’s nuclear reactors. Also keeping my eye on that Russian anthrax case in Stavropol.
Poor white democrat CUCK boyz !
How will they get a butthole abortion from all the faggot/pedophile jizz they took up the ass ?
Ask Mayor Pete, will ‘ya?
The red states will get redder and the blue states will get bluer. The “United” states are on the way out and I say good riddance.
Here in Connecticut already talk of being abortion & transgender sanctuary state. Was once a great state. Still good people but institutions infiltrated beyond repair.
I couldn’t agree more. I grew up in Avon. It was an idyllic childhood with dairy and tobacco farms. The people were honorable and tolerant and had their share of WW2 ass-kicking soldiers. Now it’s filled with ShitLibs. I hate going back there to visit what’s left of my family and friends.
I’ve seen it in the South too with the rise of government/corporate employment replacing small family business, especially farming. The more available wealth/credit people have access too, the sorrier and stupider they get. No worries though. The bloom is about off that rose.
It’s pretty universal, the employment thing. Look up any town/city/county/state on wiki and go to the section that lists the largest employers: school districts, hospital systems, universities, military bases, government functions. Few real, productive businesses are to be found anymore.
The largest employer in Iowa is Iowa State University, whose president is a white Christian hating jew.
Don’t discount all of those folks from NYState and such that have moved to the South once they smelled the money there … going back to the ’80s, at least …

This says a lot –
Thankfully the DOD is also one of the largest polluters on the planet, but why point that out while our government is destroying our economy to make things “green?”
Not a fan of abortion.
That said, seeing what most of the not-aborted become when they grow up, I am not entirely against it either.
Sick as it is, it may have been the one thing keeping us from being overrun by social-aid sucking, worthless feral crotch-spawn faster than it is currently happening.
There has been a claim that without abortion the black population would be twice what it is today. Scary to think about. But then what would the numbers be for all, if there were NO welfare state, meaning no free health care, no schools paid for with stolen tax dollars, no rent subsidies, no food subsidies, ONLY voluntary aid provided by voluntarily-funded charities. At the root of EVERY problem is government, either creating the problem or making it worse.
40% of the federal workforce last time i checked, probably 8-10 yrs ago. Don’t know what the touted total is 13-14%?
B.S.
Affirmative action at work! Put the dumbest, least capable, and poorest educated cohort into govt jobs. That will really make for good results.
No worries, a voodoo witch doctor will carry on their birth control rituals.
Abortion upon demand for liberals, progressives, left-wingers, and democrats isn’t such a bad idea, is it?
For the record; Auntie detests and loathes abortion and infanticide, is sure that it is Baal and Moloch worship, with great approval from Demoncrats and their Lord, Satan.
However, Auntie fears, with this ruling, “my body, my choice” becomes “my body, the government’s choice”. Problematic indeed with the potential for truly compulsory shots for epidemics; pandemics; plandemics and scamdemics, IFYWAM.
The real two-edged sword.
Just the way the Evil Fuckers and their tools like it: Damned if you do and damned if you don’t.
Not to mention that pro-abortion states will probably go full infanticide including post-birth abortion rights
Covered by Obamacare for an abortion until they are 27 years old
At least I am not damned for eternity like they are.
Matthew 12:31
Bible verses related to The Unpardonable Sin from the King James Version (KJV) by Book Order – Sort By Relevance Matthew 12:31 – Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
It really has nothing to do with the goverment forcing something on you. The ruling does not outlaw abortion. It simply gives the states the right to decide if its permissible. There will be only a very few to outlaw abortion completely. Women will still have a choice but they may be inconvenienced by having to drive across state lines like their pregnancy is an inconvenience. In the end it will be the man who selfishly and haphazardly threw his seed around that will answer to God. If men did not abuse, use, neglect, abandon the women after pregnancy, the abortion issue would mostly be illuminated. Men -the blood is on your hands.
Nonsense. My fault, your fault, nobody’s fault…. It is the third decade of the 21st century. If one cannot figure out how to use modern prophylaxis in the pursuit of sex, then Auntie suggests that one should just get sterilized (spay or neuter) and be done with it.
The Malthusian problem: there are just way too many fucking stupid ignorant people in the world; it’s true.
Which illustrates why “women’s reproductive rights” is a bogus concept. Contraception has been widely available at nominal or no cost. The abortion issue is designed for ulterior motives, just like everything TPTB do. No different than letting millions of illegals into the country to create a faithful voter base. LBJ crowed about having “them” beholden to the democrat party for the next two centuries after the Civil Rights bill became law. The only thing different now in the design is to destroy the country with unsustainable population explosion from illegal immigration.
Fuck the so-called rights of a bunch of creatures literally below whores on the hierarchy of sentient life.
Aunt Acid says:
“Damned if you do and damned if you don’t.”
You may have opened a fresh can of worms there Auntie.
A new category for TBPers to disagree about.
QOTD: Are you a DOer or a DON’Ter?
– Roe v Wade overturned
– Leftist moron voters get so angry that Democrats end up with even bigger majorities in Congress after this fall’s elections
– Democrat Congress passes law enshrining Roe v Wade and allowing abortion on demand
– Republican losers accept “the law” as a settled fact of life – muh democracy and all that.
I hope this is not the coming scenario. But since each year in this country during my lifetime has been worse than the last…well.
And Cornyn will help them with that law too
He has already said immigration reform is next on his agenda. 20 years ago, we had the “Gang of 8” who stopped Senate rule changes on filibuster of appointees under the republican leadership and one of the first thing Chuckie did as majority leader was to abolish the 60 vote threshhold for appointees. Republicans be like Charlie Brown.
A couple years ago there was a pregnant Lucy circulating the interweb. Kind of appropriate for today’s decision.
Doesn’t this dumb motherfucker and those two other dumb motherfuckers (((Schumer))) and Pelosi realize that if they pass a law “codifying” Roe v. Wade into Federal Law that the law would be immediately challenged in court as unconstitutional, based upon this SCOTUS decision handed down today?
I know these three dumb motherfuckers and the other cretinous, retarded, moronic Democrat motherfuckers know this, but they have to show their imbecilic, debased, demonically-defiled base of dumbfucks that they’re “trying,” so when they cheat on a massive scale in the November elections, they can point and say, “See? This abortion decision really mobilized people into voting Democrat!”, while gas is $6.50/gal and food and essentials are unaffordable. Because who would care about those immediate hardships when the “right” for a feckless slutty cunt to kill her unborn baby is being curtailed?
Fuck these motherfuckers!
Na, we will have bigger fish to fry by November.
That’s the spirit! VOTE HARDER!
If there are any fish left.
Holding out for $8 gas by then.
Actually, Congress & potus can pass a law regarding abortion and it would be Constitutional. This decision merely overturned the law “created” by scotus in ’73.
Actually, no. This decision overturned the concept that there is a US Constitutional 1st Amendedment right to an abortion and returned the decision-making regarding the legality and specifics of abortion back to the state legislatures to decide.
Since SCOTUS determined there isn’t a US Constitutional right to abortion under the 1st Amendment (“right to privacy”), it is thus a 10th Amendment issue to be determined by the individual states. Thus the Federal govt cannot get involved, as it is not an issue the Federal govt is empowered to pass legislation about.
I agree that is it not an issue the federal government is empowered to enter. While there is no Constitutional right to an abortion, there also is not a prohibition against passing a law legalizing them. I believe if Congress passes and Old Joe signs such legislation, scotus will state that the representatives of the people have spoken and let it stand. Roberts would jump on it in a heartbeat and I believe he would drag Gorsuch with him.
If it’s not an issue the Federal govt is empowered to decide, then any law passed by the Federal govt on the issue isn’t valid.
And while you may be correct that Roberts might cave in the event of the Democrat congress and Democrat “president” (I don’t acknowledge him as being the president) attempting to enact into law a statute codifying Roe v. Wade, I’m not as certain as you; I see Roberts as a “protect the institution” guy, albeit a weasely one. This would be a direct affront to the authority of the Court’s decision.
It’s either a 10th Amendment issue delegated to the individual States to decide, or it’s a 1st Amendment-protected “right to privacy” issue protected by the US Constitution.
SCOTUS today decided that it’s the former, overturning SCOTUS’s 1973 decision that it was the latter.
Roberts did not vote to overturn Roe and wrote a separate decision affirming Dobbs. He would relish the idea of becoming a “king maker” in satiating the left and trying to make peace with them.
In case you missed it, the federal government is into a whole lot of things that are not enumerated in the Constitution, so approving a law legalizing abortion would not even phase them one iota.
A new law would not rely on the 1st amendment, as there is no right to an abortion in there. It would be a completely new law and stand on its own merits.
BTW – I don’t think they can do it, but Chuckie and SanFranNan are slimy enough to get their way around things. Murkowski and Collins are fully on board with abortion and would jump at the chance to stick it to the guys in the senate.
I’m not saying they can’t pass a law codifying Roe v. Wade into federal law. I definitely think the Democrats are going to try.
I’m saying that it won’t survive a court challenge with current SCOTUS.
And hopefully Alaska can figure out a way to get rid of that pig Murkowski while keeping the seat red.
Congress passing legislation and potus signing it into law does not always pass Constitutional muster. The courts and the courts alone deal with the constitutionality of a law if a legal challenge of that law is made and the courts agree to hear the challenge. Called Balance of Powers.
I like others while hate abortion also hate the govt. getting involved with our bodies with drug laws/abortion/shots ect.,keep the govt. out of our bodies!
I would also say feel that 99% of abortions could easily be avoided by use of the condom/pill/tubal ligation/vasectomy(I did that!)ect.,stop being hormone driven lazy asses folks,ALL actions have consequences!
I feel this weekend is going to be 3 feet on the accelerator protests, wonder if when it happens will be called “insurrection”?
I was under the impression that murder was illegal nationwide.
James, all the cameras will mysteriously be down.
To answer your last question – NO. It will be billed as a mostly peaceful protests over the loss of a Constitutional Right.
“hormone driven lazy asses folks”-that clearly explains the motive of the nanny state: gain power and wealth from catering to useful idiots.
Bad news for those of you who think voting will turn this country(Used loosely). It’s going to fill the already left of center Repukelican party with even more spineless moderate Republican voters. Back in the mid to late 90’s and into the first decade of 2000 the republican movers and shakers would frequently lament being saddled with the pro life plank. Plenty of women who aren’t super liberal would not vote republican because they want to be able to get an abortion just in case. In case of what varies with the person.
There is statistically no difference in the number of abortions done on non-Christian woman and woman who say they are Christians. I’ve seen women who had an abortion because the pastor of the church was the father.🙄
How come all of the “educated” people need a definition of murder?
They don’t want or need a definition of murder — they know what it is — they just want to be able to do it when and where and to whom they please without consequences …
That’s why, for example, they will hound you to hell and back if you try to execute a vicious criminal for his/her heinous acts …
It’s that simple …
IOW, “sancity of life” has two different meanings for some.
What the left needs right now is a George Floyd meets Rodney King moment. Mix that together with universal Constitutional carry, Roe Vs. Wade, and midterm elections and I bet it will be even more peaceful than 2020.
Having personally lived through the Rodney King riots and my brother, a fire fighter responding to a call, being shot in the head and permanently blinded, I sincerely hope that does not happen.
Me too, but it unfortunately is the logical false flag.
I lived in Long Beach at the time.
The DMV was burnt to the ground, the building right next to it, the state unemployment, welfare, food stamp, section 8 dept. didn’t even have a broken widow.
Good times….moved to the Oregon coast the next year.
Long Beach is a real gem these days. You made a good move.
Yes I did……Brookings O
Plus Kyle Rittenhouse provided a textbook example of what might happen if you fuck with the wrong person. I’ll bet that even the stupidest of LARPers’ got that message loud and clear.
But, money from Soros will change most of their minds.
I’m pro-life. But look around me and hope many people don’t reproduce especially the pro-murder babies folk.
They won’t. They believed Safe and Effective.
I was wrong.
Looks like crow is back on the menu boys.
Well, the good news is that you don’t think like a psychopath. You got that going for you.
So, you saying that those who can accurately and dispassionately view these things and make accurate predictions are psychopaths? That using logic and looking around and seeing the real state of the world when forecasting outcomes makes you a psychopath?
Sociopaths know it’s wrong but do it anyway.
Psychopaths don’ think it’s wrong.
Which reminds me of Slick’s favorite Sunday photo-op: bounding down the church steps with a bible tucked under his arm.
I was throwing him a bone, Llpoh. Instead of saying, “I told ya so.” What kind of asshole would say that??
Edit: Oh, sorry, I should have read down further.
People who make predictions that are contrary to the reality of the situation deserve to be told “I told you so”. It is one way they learn from mistakes. Being thrown a bone when they think something that is not supported by the evidence and by the reality of what is going on is counter productive. I admire HSF, but for whatever reason he chose to ignore all the signs that R v W was going to be overturned and instead chose a view that, in my opinion, simply didn’t make sense. His response to me was “We will see” by memory. He had a chance to revise his views based on what I posted, but chose to hold fast to his viewpoint. There were others that did the same. It was illogical that it would not be overturned. It is beyond me to understand how they didn’t see that.
Me, I tend to look at this stuff dispassionately, and my predictions are generally correct. I do not let my personal views cloud the reality of what I see happening.
And I do so love to be right. You should try it.
I really don’t want to say it. Well, yes I do. I told ya so.
I tried to get a few bets on this outcome, but those saying it wouldn’t happen just wouldn’t put their money on the table.
My track record is impressive, no?
Just put some Tabasco on it. You will never notice the taste.
Sounds like a trick Kamala used to use.
I have a story about abortion, which just happened to me last month. Let me first say I am completely against abortions unless for extenuating circumstances — like the one I’m about to describe — so this was a real soul-searching moment. (I’ll further submit that I felt like I was being convicted by a higher authority when this occurred, because just the week before I had commented that but for special considerations I was no baby-killer, and then this happened.)
Living in East Texas is sort of like the farthest west the South ever got. The people here are still laid-back, with their blue collars hiding their red necks. They are mainly good Christians who rarely fight, except on Saturday nights because you gotta let that devil out before you go to church the next morning. But also mainly because it’s just too damn hot for all that other nonsense.
Anyway, the point is morality is still enforced here (as is evidenced by the fact there are churches like 7-11’s, for Christ’s sake — literally) and people are expected to be decent. Decency, according to the church, includes things like not stealing, or lying, the usual sorts of things, and, of course, abortions.
None of this was on my mind when the phone rang that day last month. I saw on the called ID who it was, and my immediate thought is, why would she be calling me? I answered it.
“Uncle ___?”
“Hey, Lizzie, what’s up?” I asked my niece, as cheerfully guarded as I could. She is my older brother’s youngest, at 15, and I probably hadn’t talked to her since she was 12 or so.
“Not a whole lot — well, okay, that’s a lie — I’m sorry to call you about this, but I nobody else will help me and I can’t tell Dad…” She started to cry, so I said soothing things to her until she could talk again. “I’m pregnant.”
Yep, just what every uncle wants to hear, right (hey, sometimes fathers aren’t too happy to hear those words either, let’s be honest)? “Liz… why can’t you tell your Dad? I don’t think he’d be mad at you. So what’s the deal?”
“I went to a party when I was supposed to have been on a church trip; I got drunk and passed out, and one of my girl friends put me on a bed, alone, in a back bedroom; sometime while I was passed out, I was raped. And now I’m pregnant, and I don’t have the money for an abortion, and I have to fix this before Mom and Dad find out! Please help me — and don’t tell my Dad!”
I really wish this was fiction, because sometimes non-fiction makes you wish it were otherwise. Talk about being between a rock and a hard place — what would you do in this situation?
This is where the soul-searching came in: is this something I can do? Do I even have the right to do it, regardless of who’s asking, if it’s the right thing? What if I’m wrong, and this is an unforgivable sin? And most importantly, can this decision be left to a 15-year old girl, whose parents (and I) love very much, and to those parents I would irreparably damage our relationships if I left them out of this?
Suddenly a drink sounded good. I rejected the impulse. Instead, I told Lizzie, “Sweetie, I can’t do this without telling your Dad. I just can’t. What I can do is, I can talk to him first and we will all come to a decision, and nobody will be mad at you, I promise. And I will help you however I can. But we need to tell him.”
“No!” she cried. “He’ll never trust me again, neither of them will, and they’ll ground me for life and all my friends will know, and I couldn’t go back to school, and no man would ever want me… I might as well just die!”
Well I couldn’t have her talking like that, so I did what I could to get her mind diverted, and said, “Hey, look — just hang on, OK? I’m gonna call your Dad right now, and everything will be OK, and you’ll see, nobody will blame anybody. Just hang on for me, will you do that?”
“Okaaaaay….” she said in her miserable teenage way, and hung up.
So I did call my brother, and I told him what happened, and we all immediately did a FaceTime, just my brother, Lizzie and I, and once my sister-in-law got there (after being summoned from her job) we had a life-changing family chat: no one was angry — though there was a lot of crying, on all sides I’m not ashamed to admit — everyone was supportive, and a decision was made that we all agreed upon; unfortunately, abortion was the choice.
I was the one who drove her to Shreveport, Louisiana, to get her to a clinic wherein she was given two pills, one on the day she was attended and the other the next day. I was the one who stayed out in the parking lot for three hours in the blazing sun (thank God for air conditioning), three hours because Lizzie’s blood pressure was elevated and they had to hold her until it came down. I was the one who took her to McDonalds afterward, and fed her and made her laugh. I was the one who bought her a hotel room so she could recover, and stayed with her all night, snoozing in a chair by her bedside, until my brother came the next morning to take over. I did all this, and I hope to never have to do it again, even though I got to spend quality time with my beautiful little niece who has her whole life ahead. I feel like I did the right thing… but I still feel like I didn’t. This is going to be with me for the rest of my days: Did I do the right thing?
What would you have done?
Not sure, don’t let it eat You up. One of the 2 on the cross will be in Heaven when the dead in Christ are resurrected.
Sometimes a mistake is more valuable than perfection.
Ya know, Niels Bohr has been proven correct in that we live in a Universe not of stuff but one of Information. Hawkins proved that the Universe can never lose information even if that information is thrown into a Black Hole. Information is eternal and we are also information and that means that the Eternity we get is the one we create for ourselves right here, right now.
The Universe will never forget what you’ve done. Now, I do not know if that comes with any kind of consequences but it exists for all of eternity now and for what??? to avoid some embarrassment?
Everyone deserves a turn at the controls – everyone.
I don’t know.
I do remember my unwed 22 year old daughter coming over to make a great dinner for the family one night. Unbeknownst to me, I was the only one that did not know she was pregnant. She handed me my dinner plate and then, without saying a word, unrolled a series of photos taken with an ultrasound. I cried all throughout dinner. I was terrified of the decision she might make. She ended up getting married to the father. I now have an amazing 4 year old granddaughter that I am totally head over heels about. I also have a 2 year old grandson as well.
What about the rape part, going to just let that slide?
Is that part even true? Perhaps she just made that up to get the outcome she wanted. You have to question everything now…
Not at all, Ginger. The little bastard’s friends won’t rat him out right now (because they know the consequences), but we’ll find out who it was, eventually. If she’s telling the truth. Which will all come out in the wash.
We filed a report with the cops, but since the incident occurred months before, of course they couldn’t do a rape kit or anything on Lizzie, and she didn’t give a blood/DNA sample, so not much else they can do. But I made it clear to them that when we do find out who did it, we won’t be needing their help. FOR SURE.
C_O What a heart wrenching story. All I can say is to get on your knees and beg forgiveness from the Lord. He is merciful and knows your heart and surely His grace will be enough to see you through.
I just prayed for you and your family and hope it helps to bring about peace in your lives.
15 years old. Lied about church trip and went to drunken party. Says passed out and raped. Is captain/father buying that, given she is not trustworthy? If so, are the cops involved? Bad situation for sure, and a lot of bad signs for the future. What would I have done? Hard to know. I have seen this before. It is impossibly hard. But I wouldn’t let that girl out of my sight, and I wouldn’t trust her at all. Those kind of bad decisions don’t come out of no where.
I love her, but you’re right, trust was shattered between her and her parents. They are having a very hard time dealing with how they could have allowed this to happen, because it does come down to parenting, and somewhere along the line they failed her. That is brutal honesty. If they had been more careful, this whole ordeal doesn’t happen. That girl will never be the same (and now, neither will I).
I am sorry that you have gone through this. I am glad that her parents are awake to their failings. Often parents in these situations blame anything and anyone other than themselves and their child. It almost always ends badly. This happened in my extended family, and ended in the death of a child, and the severe addiction of another child. And the parents, to this day, do not consider that had any part in those outcomes.
NO. It will haunt her for the rest of her life. Sorry but you should have been the adult instead of the uncle/friend. Plus it will haunt you for the rest of your life. Forever you will KNOW you did the wrong thing.
There is forgiveness but you have to be truly sorry you were an accomplice.
So you pussied out instead of borrowing someones man pants and suiting up and do what’s right. Then spin a clever story looking for approval when in fact you’ve fukkked up that girs mind for life.
You need a name change.
CAPTAIN OBLIVIOUS
I didn’t pussy out at all, and I don’t care about anyone’s approval. This was not my child. I couldn’t stop them from getting this thing done, it was going to happen, no matter what I thought. TBH, my brother’s the one who pussied out, grabbing the Maker’s Mark and drowning in “woe-is-me” while the female heads prevailed. So he was useless, and it was on me to take the bull by the horns and make sure the girl was as safe as she could be during the whole process, OK?
So you can look down on me all you want to, but it was not up to me to man-up in that situation, other than do what he did not do, and that’s watch his women until he sobered up (for a while). I accept my part in this whole drama, and that’s something I’ll get right with God someday.
I have 14 nieces and nephews and helped raise half of them and changed the diapers on the other half and have about 40 great nieces and nephews. I know what kind of power a strong willed uncle can wield if he picks his battles. This was yours to stand firm and even pitch a fit if need be. Waiting a few more days for everyone to calm down may have carried the day. In any case you were looking for approval for wimping out or you would never have told the story in such detail and then asked our opinions.
Myself, I’m in doubt that the whole thing is even true. Sounds like a story a liberal 20 year old woman would write as fiction.
The original plaintiff in RvW lied about being raped. Came out with the truth many years later after she was Saved. She said she was also using drugs and hoaring around.
Maybe the ‘my body, my choice’ crowd — which, strangely, avoids that issue when it comes to mandating deadly jabs even for children — will put on their big girl panties and finally take charge of their bodies — and assume full responsibility prior to engaging in sex … and prevent conception ‘by any means necessary’ (as Nancy Lugosi says it) …
My lady and I lived together in the early-to-mid ’70s … both attending college … not in any way equipped for parenthood. So we took all means necessary to prevent pregnancy … and she was a serious feminist — but also a woman of great integrity and personal responsibility.
Where are there more like she was? And why do they seem to be so scarce?
so, the real issue was never abortion, but whether the federal govt has any business, constitutionally, getting its nose into such business. And, of course, it does not. It is a matter for the states. Now, the tricky part is that almost everything the fed gov tries to control anymore, falls in the same category. way out of their jurisdiction.. lets see how much more can be rolled back.
It was the court circumventing the legislative process that was found to be Unconstitutional. Roe was written like a piece of legislation, not a Constitutional decision.
right, and that made it even more odious. if the congress has passed a law to the same effect of roe-v-wade, it still would have been unconstitutional, because that is now a power ever granted to the congress in the first place.
How about the most recent Biden executive order that pushes the trans agenda and forbids any kind of counseling that gets to the heart of the mental illness instead of enabling said mental illness with hormones and irreversible surgery.
Incredibly based, the man is almost capable of single-handedly redeem every black shithole.
A couple of Affirmative Action cases on the docket for next fall. Expect him to stand on the side of Equal Protection for All.
Wow, is it possible? I’ll be dreaming about AA being thrown out.
This.

Roe was a judicial disgrace…there wasn’t even a case or controversy, as required by the Constitution,, since Roe already gave birth….The opinion was idiotic as well, but that didn’t matter at the time
Yarp
The whole point is to cause division. Now people are even angrier at each other. The tricks are working. One side is gun shit, the other side abortion shit. Since the right didn’t start the violence, they’re going to go with the lefties to kick it off. No one budges on those beliefs.
Another fine move to accelerate the Great Reset. Buckle up!
Matthew 10:34
Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 25:32
And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
Luke 12:52
For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.
Luke 11:17
But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.
On one side we have death on the other we have life. Choose life! I think its the Lord doing the dividing. It’s all in fulfillment of prophecy. This house is falling.
Incorporation Doctrine will be the death of The Republic. While I’m very happy with rulings today and yesterday, I believe yesterday should have also let the states decide the outcome.
The real reason for howling and gnashing of teeth today is that a very small piece of power was taken from DC. The Beast cannot tolerate that.
You have to understand how the kikes operate. Until they get what they want, the issue remains undecided. Once they get what they want, it’s set in stone for all time.
They got told to go fuck themselves, and that is why they are losing their minds.
^Most based comment of the year award^
You might want to sit down for this, because I have some bad news: The Republic has been dead for a long time.
What? Nobody is going to call Gus a nigger?
Deuteronomy 30:19
“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed (Your Babies) may live:” Perfect.
God is separating the sheep from the goats, the wheat from the tares, searching the hearts and minds of men creating a dividing line; on one side we have death and on the other we have life. Choose life in Jesus Christ.
If men did not abuse, use, neglect, or abandon the women after pregnancy, the abortion issue would mostly be illuminated. Men -the blood is on your hands.
BS. Women are at least 50% guilty also. Let us not forget that Big Daddy Government kicked the whole problem off with welfare. And WTF ever happened to Shotgun Weddings? We should bring those back y’all.
What a christcuck LOL. No one will “answer” to your stupid semitic god for anything. Everyone who got one over on you in life and screwed up society got away with it scot-free. Wake up and deal with reality. The most ruthless assholes always win, right up until you personally have their head on a spike. Odin demands that you grow the fuck up and act like an adult and embrace Pagan heroism and take action, not “pray” to jewsus, which was literally the blue hair “transitioning” of 2000 years ago. I am tired of you homos and your weird religious BS that you spout in lieu of dealing with fucking reality. You’re the reason a handful of bankers run the whole planet and do whatever they want. And no, I don’t support casual sex. Your take on it is just retarded and needing to thump a book for opinions is pathetic and lacks spine and masculine character.
Michael Moore: “90% of Americans support the right to choose”.
Should be pretty easy for you to amend the constitution, then. Last time was in 1992. You could add a “Right to Abortion” amendment. You have the White House and both houses of Congress. Go for it, bro.
Bwahahahaha! To amend the Constitution it takes a 75% majority of all the states. That ain’t never gonna happen. Same goes for the Second.
Squirrel!!!!
Hate to pour cold water on what should be a momentous day and decision, but I believe there is more going on here than immediately meets the eye. Why this decision now? A fundamental reasoning for the Roe v Wade decision was the bodily integrity of a woman. ” MY body, My choice” right? They have now done away with the bodily integrity argument. No bodily integrity, no right to refuse mandated vaccinations. Roe was an impediment to a federal vaccine mandate.
My two cents on this. I don’t trust the bastards. At all. This smells of an alterior motive.
I don’t trust them either but this has nothing to do with bodily integrity and everthing to do with killing a living human being.
A fundamental reasoning for the Roe v Wade decision was the bodily integrity of a woman. ” MY body, My choice” right?
No, Bob. The fundamental reasoning was the woman’s right to privacy.
How to fail at logic 101: the post.
I’m concerned there is a C-clamp large enough to keep Donald Trump’s bloated head from reaching all time bloats. I checked Northern Tools, even Harbor Freight. Neither have a C-clamp that large.
Need to check with some of the oil field supply houses. They are used to supplying tools used to stop slimy substances from escaping.
Try hose clamps made for stove pipes. Several connected end to end should do it.
OH! look over there, 5 squirrels mating and they are all Male.
I am not a woman but if I was Hunter Biden I would be ashamed that I had neither the courage or the Breeding to let my dick take control of my out Cum.
President Joe is Offended, Good you have a Grand child that will require your brain to be re organized because your coked up son could not keep it in his pants.
Damn that means another split of the loot from the World bribery
In the Animal Kingdom, seems there was a TV series as such, Marvin someone. Noticing dogs all my life, they seem to like bunghole. Not sure why that is. A bitch in heat drives a male dog nuts. Bunghole with a male dog? Probably most folks that were ever around dogs can recall some dog coming up and trying to hunch your leg. Don’t ask me why, they are dogs. Humans are only flesh but they do have minds that “think”. Anyway, when I was a young man I liked pussy. Not an obsession, just natural. Natural may have gone by the wayside of dogs. The only reasoning to weirdness , Deliverance, oink , oink.
Do you mean Marlin Perkins?
I loved that show.
Yeah, Marlin. lol
Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Wild West.
Or perhaps Marty Stouffer’s Wild America…a much better product than old Perkins.
(A) “I am not a woman but if I was Hunter Biden I would be ashamed that I had neither the courage or the Breeding to let…” Combined with (below)…(B) ” Not an obsession, just natural.”
(A) must be at least one gender i was never aware of.
(B) Reason most of us have nicknames* for our primary thinking organ at a previous time of life. ’bout the time i discovered the immutable fact…Hotter they look on the outside, the more insecure inside.
Even ‘specialized’ for a brief interim…The Misandrist. Particularly satisfying. For the both of us.
*’you little Pri** was my self descriptor, All the rest were ‘bestowed’ by various partners. A play on “You, Me, and Dupree”…”Me, you, and Mr. Perdue”…The Boss suggested immediately after viewing, (She had been casting about for a suitable name. Brimming with magnanimity, told her that there is NO substitute for experience.)
She can be a giggler, but You would never know it. Had no choice. First TRULY ‘Good’ one (for me) i caught, so i married her. Swore i would never make THAT ‘mistake’ again. Will have to save the vignette about mounting her on the wall, seems like a lotta perverts hang out here.
Planned on sleeping in, but the phone started ringing an hour ago. Storm here last night, power outages/fallen trees. Not only do i no longer get hollered at for putting stickers on things, get paid pretty well to do so. Can be VERY difficult to peel the backing off in high humidity though.
Whoops! There it is…First contractor ready.
😊 Have a Nice Day!
Surely we all understand, this is about money in the end. The Supreme Court has sided on the states rights side of this issue. Abortion has not been criminalized except on the state level. Long live the republic! What this really means is the money just dried up for states that sponsor abortion. This is a wonderful thing for states that have been forced to fund abortion by the fed. Now it is at the state level as it should be.
Democrats haven’t been this mad since we took away their slaves.
You mean jews.
Just commenting, listening to Alex Jones today from yesterdays live radio head talking thing, Alex says blacks are people too. Probably talked about before, Alex says in 1850 the Supreme Court “ruled” blacks are only 2/3 people. Just the reporter…✌️
Voting was never the same as “people,” you historical illiterate. They are separate issues unless you are some sort of freak that thinks strangers should control your life.
Just mentioning Jones comments. I know what Dred Scott was about, stranger.
In 2015 Mike Huckabee could not have possibly said what Jones mentioned.
https://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/253292-huckabee-says-dred-scott-still-law-of-land/
Isn’t that the very definition of Government? Strangers controlling your life?
Obviously there are a few circumstances where abortions are justified but in most cases the need for an abortion is pretty much avoidable.
“Fuck Responsibly” has been replaced with “Fuck Responsibility”.
Da Bull, no doubt.
It would be interesting to know what was the basis of their dissent. It would have to be some form of twisted legal logic. I have not had time to read the dissenting opinion. What has been trumpeted in the press is that the Abortion is a Constitutional right. Well, sorry but no it is not. Abortion was not an issue on the radar screen when the Constitution was written and, to the best of my knowledge, no Constitutional amendment has ever been written that supports the right to an Abortion. Actually this opinion has another important impact that should not be lost on any of us. It returns power to the states. The United States are the states and not the corporate entity residing in Washington DC which always tries to butt in and rule our lives. The divide between red and blue states could not be more clear now and states are now reminded to exercise these new rights in ways that they [the states] deem appropriate to their populations. Abortion is a magnet issue that will send many blue state sympathizers fleeing from the red states and going to the blue states which will be a very good thing. Life in the Red states is pretty good. It is where lawful residents tend to gather. It is where people still have respect for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I wonder if some blue state thinking folks who live in red states will really want to leave those generally low tax states for states that have a heavy tax burden with increasing crime and are steeped in fear porn about every germ that lurks in the environment all because they want to live in a state that allows abortion? I wish they would but they secretly prefer the better deal that the red states are offering.
My state constitution recognizes a right to liberty for all persons.
That’s a very general right, but it’s not unlimited, because also in general, you have no right to injure other persons or their property.
As I believe Justice Thomas thinks, our general right to liberty (or right to general liberty) does include such things as making our own decisions about what we eat or drink or smoke, who we marry, where we live, what legal occupation we choose, whether or not we chose to be vaccinated etc.
The entire abortion issue turns on the question of whether or not a fetus is a living human person, and when, if ever, the fetus becomes a living human person if it is not already such at it’s implantation in the uterus.
People have varying ideas about this. I know of at least one human culture that considered life to begin 30 says after birth. This belief probably arose from the fact that so many of their children died soon after birth. Perhaps it comforted the parents to believe that what died wasn’t really a child?
Anyway, it’s a question that only God can answer, leaving the question for us mortals of, do we want to ere on the side of caution and act as though a fetus is a human being worthy of the protection of the laws, or not?
At least some states make it a capital crime to kill an unborn child by assaulting or murdering it’s mother.
Moloch was displeased
Is this really a win ? People who want my first and second amendments rights, people many of whom want me dead, people who have been using the government to steal my money and give it to them, are having their ability to kill their off spring restricted, kids who THEY will be raising ? Are right leaning women killing their children ? So more leftist loonies ? Hell’s bells !
Yes, “right leaning women” are killing their children and have killed their children.
An example in a small town in Texas. Joe is a reputable small business man. Joe is on the city council. Joe and wife are members of First Baptist Small Town. They are members all their lives. In fact Joe and wife grew up in small town and graduated the high school there. Joe and wife have three children , two boys and a girl. Joe and wife vote Republican and in fact Joe is considering throwing his hat in the ring for a run at his districts state legislator with one of his platforms being, end abortion in Texas. Joe and wife have attended the state GOP convention eight years.
One morning Joe’s 17 year old high school senior daughter goes to mom and says , “I’m six weeks pregnant.” Mom begins to freak out thinking, what will the church members say? What will the town say? Will this ruin our”reputation”. Mom asks, “have you told anyone”. Daughter answers, “No, Billy is the only one that knows.” Mom asks, “So, you are sure it’s Billy’s? Don’t lie to me.” Daughter , “Yes, mom, it’s Billy’s. It was accident.”
Mom tells Joe who is about ready to go looking for Billy with a shotgun. Mom says , “No Joe, we must make an appointment with the clinic in Louisiana.” Joe cools off and says, “Ok, we cannot allow our daughter to have a child out of wedlock. We would be ruined in this town, our business. What will people think?”
Actually a true story. Names are changed to protect the innocent.
Same as it ever was since forever.
Killing one’s unborn child has ALAYS been a viable option everywhere for a price,
it just isn’t sanctified by a shitty SCOTUS opinion now.
A YUUUGE win.
People will still be able to murder their unborn offspring
as their always have, but the Constitution can’t be used to justify it anymore.
The constitution is a document saying what government CAN’T do, and how they can’t do it.
There are NO positive government rights, only restraints.
Figered some down votes which I could care less. My point is about hypocrisy. Yes, I’m one. Living peacefully in Texas since 1953 , I cannot help but notice this hypocrisy thing amongst the politically inclined in Texas. It’s that way everywhere. And , have you ever felt like the Lone Ranger? Posting some 20,000 opinions in a Texas duffus political forum between 2008 and 2016…can anyone imagine I said Trump was a dumbass on a Texas Trump biased forum for whatever those dumbasses thought that mattered? Ah, the past. 😊 I loved it though. Names, yes. Forget it. Dumbasses.
In every case like that, they should abort the whore in training instead of the innocent child.
We might see a migration of shitlibs back to California and New York, so it may turn out to be a win in that regard.
It’s difficult for me personally to realize how large the US is population wise. In the 60’s I thought California was cool, The Beach Boys, their songs etc. California was cool then. I visited the state several times as a kid. The Dodgers had moved from Brooklyn and Sandy Koufax was an outstanding leftie pitcher, his short carrier. Baseball was Americas game.
Those people in California had it too good I guess. Now they come to Texas , and not just them. Corporations have moved to Texas from all over, why, “we” even have Rick Perry’s Chinese peeps corporations here. Oil corporations moving to Las Colinas area of Dallas/Irving …saw it all develop, fuck ‘em, ain’t nothing special about Texas unless one wants to live in the dessert , and now, it’s hotter than hell in Texas period. Yes, “natural” global warming. Grin and bear it, maybe , go away.
The people that ruined California left 25-30 years ago – they mainly went to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Texas. They have since ruined Washington, Oregon, and Colorado – and Texas doesn’t have long to go.
Actually they will probably double jab and boost their children into oblivion.
The left/right dichotomy is meaningless. It’s Aryan versus jew, and christcucks are invariably against the White side.
Now it becomes a states rights thing with each state deciding. Abortion is not going away.
There are no states’ right as long as the supreme fags in drag lord over America.
“yes, indeed, Pennsylvania required its public officials to be Christians and to profess the divine inspiration of the Old and New Testaments. But, he notes, clauses like that in State Constitutions were struck down by the United States Supreme Court “almost 50 years ago” and the Pennsylvania State Constitution was amended to remove it in 1968. Weird! What a coincidence that you can almost trace the decline of the country to that very period!”

“What a coincidence that you can almost trace the decline of the country to that very period!”
That was our temple of Molech to pass our children through his fire.
There are no state’s rights period.
States, like the national government, have powers, and, as the 10th Amendment says, the powers not granted to the national government are reserved to the states or the people.
Does your state government have the power to make abortion illegal? Yes, and unless your state government is convinced that an unborn child is not a person and therefore not entitled to the equal protection of the law, they will make abortion illegal.
“the powers not usurped by the national government are reserved to the states or the people.”
There. Makes more sense now.
Commerce clause, anyone?
Christ insanity should be completely wiped off the face of the Earth and replaced with mandatory, race-conscious European Paganism.
And you should have been aborted. We don’t always get what we want…or need…or deserve.
I’ve no objection to the “ruling”. Of course abortion will take place in any number of states. I’m thinking it may still be acceptable in Mexico, not certain. If that is the case all women in Texas need is a passport and visit the tanning salons ahead of time so as to blend in with the populous. Just don’t let that salon make them orange. Orange women in Mexico may not blend in so well. Orange, how stupid.
