It is very curious that Cassidy Hutchinson is testifying to what would be considered inadmissible evidence in a court of law. She has said that President Donald Trump was so irate that his Secret Service detail wouldn’t take him to the Capitol on Jan. 6 that he tried to grab the wheel of the armored limousine, then attacked one of the agents, according to testimony from a top former White House aide. This is HEARSAY and this political agenda of January 6th is a kangaroo court in its grand sense.
The entire object here is to claim January 6th was an armed insurrection so they can constitutionally prevent Trump from running again. This so-called “evidence” from Cassidy Hutchinson would NEVER be allowed in any court of law. The only person who could give such evidence would be the Secret Service agent. It must be someone with personal knowledge. Hutchinson has ruined her career for who would hire her fearing she could testify against her boss and makes up anything.
A proper constitutional investigation would be to take Hutchinson’s statement, identify the Secret Service agent, and then subpoena him to the stand. The fact that they never contacted the Secret Service raises a HUGE Red Flag that they are simply trying to poison the minds of everyone knowing that this is NOT acceptable evidence in a court of law.
This is like a disgruntled neighbor calling the cops saying they “think” you killed your spouse because they have not seen them for a week when they are merely out of town. I have deep concerns that now Hutchinson may have been offered something in return for this testimony and here we have Liz Cheney, whose father created the Iraq Way on fake information killing millions of people, and was responsible for the rise of ISIS, claiming falsely that “the case for prosecuting Donald Trump just got much stronger.” She is NOT stupid. She is an is an American attorney and therefore knows that HEARSAY is not acceptable in any court in the world. She is DELIBERATELY lying to the public to prevent Trump from ever running for President.
I hope Wyoming just moves West and joins California for hopefully they will secede from the Union and I will cheer – good riddance! This is not about the rule of law. This is about oppression. The Justice Department is trying to give people who were just there taking a selfie 5 years in prison.

Just an observation but I suspect we may be dealing with a recently detoxed, or temporarily detoxed doper.
Not to repeat myself (I’ve commented on this before) – but the entire point of this sham “committee” is to give some justification – however ridiculous and tenuous – for a criminal referral to the DOJ, which will then empanel a grand jury in DC and obtain an indictment against Trump.
It doesn’t take much to obtain an indictment, in general, much less one against Public Enemy #1 amongst the DC crowd…
I do not understand how or why anything can be heard in a welfare state that isn’t a state with 95% Democrat populace and everything is political. For a lot of this they arrest someone hundreds of miles away and drag them to DC. Why not just have a revolving system where cases are assigned to various federal court around the country? I know, that might be more fair to people they want to hose. This committee is going to live in infamy. I know Kinzinger will never be able to show his ass around here again. He’ll probably not enjoy his exile at MSNBC for very long.

That they are using hearsay just underlines desperation of the committee members, and the weakness of their case. So far, they’ve demonstrated that Donald Trump was pissed about losing, that he thought the election was stolen, and that he made a lot of angry phone calls which changed nothing. Which we already knew.
What they don’t want officially known and acknowledged is the extent of Uniparty election theft and fraud which Trump would relentlessly root out if returned to office. There is an article today over on Revolver about the Jovan Pulitzer investigation in Arizona. They followed every ballot from manufacture to counting. The biggest discovery besides staggering fraud and huge percentages of votes stolen from Trump is the discovery that the Post Office was involved up to their eyebrows in participating in the fraud nationwide.

The J6 committee is getting scary. Don’t have any evidence, just make some up. Someone challenges your made up evidence, ignore them. Ignore all exculpatory evidence. Facts have no merit. These people are evil and at this point it looks like they are winning.

I don’t think that that is the case. The half of the population that has TDS cannot have their minds poisoned any further when it comes to Trump. They are already certain that Trump is evil incarnate and is guilty of every crime imaginable. And anyone who still supports Trump at this late date is not going to be persuaded to stop supporting Trump for any reason whatsoever. They are the Kool-Aid drinkers. And it is obvious to any person capable of critical thought that her testimony is false. Trump never had any intention of going to the Capitol. He was simply aggrandizing himself to his cult followers, which is what he does best. (You would have to be a cult follower to still be a Trump supporter in January 2021, and additionally you would have to be a complete idiot to think that anything productive would come out of travelling all the way to Washington D.C. to listen to Trump whine about how the election was stolen.) And even if Trump had had intentions of going to the Capitol, he wouldn’t have had to resort to (or had the nerve to do) anything as crude as trying to hijack his own limousine (aside from the fact that the barriers between him and the driver would have prevented him from doing that anyway).
The January 6 episode was a setup, but I still haven’t figured out what the exact purposes were, and whether or not Trump was aware that his was setting up his cult followers. I think one of the purposes for January 6 (although probably not the main purpose) was to achieve exactly what has been achieved – a continuation of the Trump divisiveness beyond the end of his presidency. If it hadn’t been for January 6, Trump would have been largely forgotten after Biden took office (at least until he announces his candidacy for 2024). But Trump has a unique ability to divide the public – half of them hate him beyond all reason, and most of the other half worship him. In fact that ability is one of the reasons that he was selected to win in 2016. That divisiveness was useful for many reasons, especially for ensuring the success of the scamdemic that the NWO knew would be coming in 2020.
Jan 6 was a setup to trap the right and convince the American public that the right is deranged and trying to overthrow the government. It also gives them the opportunity to throw the book at some unauthorized visitors as a reminder to everyone else that they play hardball and you will end up in prison for questioning them.
Its divide and conquer to keep Demos in power or keep the presidency anyway. Keep the Orange man bad going for two more years, never Trumper Republicans nominate someone else for Pres. Trump runs as independent, repub, conservative, independent split between the two and whatever Demo from the clown car is the Demo nominee wins the Presidency. Including our current Bozo the clown POTUS.
