Real disposable income (after inflation) has been down or flat for 15 months in a row. It’s amazing how stimmies made millions feel rich for about a year. The Fed printing fiat and the government dispensing it as fast as it was printed created the illusion of wealth. Now we sit down to a banquet of consequences.
The raging inflation has wiped out any temporary income gains and will continue to do so as we enjoy Biden’s stagflationary depression. And what do the Democrats do? They pass a $750 billion Inflation Reduction Plan that increases inflation and will require the Fed to keep printing. As a cherry on top, the chart uses the government manipulated inflation rate. In reality, the current 9% inflation rate is actually 18% when measured as it was in 1980 when Volker boosted the Fed Funds rate to 20%.
If the Dems think people will be voting in November on the issues of abortion, gun control and climate change, they are fucking delusional. The average American is getting screwed harder than a monkeypox spreader at a San Francisco orgy. They will vote their pocketbook, as if the limp RINOs will do anything to reverse course.
Conclusion: you’re screwed either way.

At a cost of $80 billion that is nearly $1 million FDRs per new agent. Each of those agents need to grab back over $17,000 per week from the hard working middle class people to break even. I don’t think that dog will hunt.
We track our expenses almost to the T for our household costs. So far in just 7 months we have spent almost as much on gas as we did in 2020 total, and we drive less. Our food costs went up 38% so far from 2021 and we have cut out luxury items (no more steaks for us, purely ground beef) and started growing more of our own. In 2020 our power bill averaged $60 a month, now it averages $90. Our total overall spending, which includes everything from bills to candy bars, has increased close to 20% from 2020, and we have made cuts in almost all departments (hardly eat out anymore, not buying toys, not vacationing, etc). I could go on with the comparables, but I think I have proven how FUCKED things have gotten and just how much worse it is going to get.
The Dems don’t care what issues people are voting on. They plan to cheat by mail again and steal another election.
