No, No, Melty – In England, Fauci is a WOP – an extremely disparaging and offensive term used to refer to an Italian or a person of Italian descent. Dagos are primarily Spaniards but second derivative Italians.. The name Fauci is primarily a gender-neutral name of Italian origin that means Sickle Maker an Italian occupational surname. I think they misspelt that – should read Sick Maker – that’s better.
