There is NOTHING that the politicians EVER say that is the truth. Hiring 87,000 new IRS agents is NOT to go after billionaires as they claim. There are ONLY 614 billionaires in the United States. Clearly, you do not need 87,000 new agents to hunt down billionaires – they are coming after you!
There is no loose change in taxes the higher you go up in income. You then need professionals to handle the taxes and they cross every “t” and dot all the “i”s. They are targeting anyone with an LLC and will challenge all expenses. Don’t forget, if you go to dinner with a client, you can only write off 50% of the expense. Of course with COVID, we have a whole new crisis in taxes. The commuting costs evaporated working from home. What about writing off a portion of the home now if you no longer go to the office?
Suddenly, COVID really complicated things over the past two years. Even if your house burns down, the IRS denies a tax deduction for the loss. Protesters against the IRS are just coincidentally targeted for audits – purely coincidental. Obama used the IRS to target the Tea Party. The DOJ waited two years and then quietly dismissed any criminal charges against IRS agents. This is what we will expect for now they will target also protesters in climate change.
They do not need 87,000 new agents, armed to the teeth, to hunt down just 614 billionaires. It made good press, the same as when they introduced the income tax back in 1913 as SWORE on the soul of the dead mother and all their relatives, it would not apply to the rich. Small business and climate protesters will be the people targeted by the IRS.
Remember the cops raided the wrong house, killed the guy, and then they claimed he was an UNDOCUMENTED alien who had no Constitutional Rights, and thus it was OK to kill him. How about the wrong house raid where they kill the man and his dog but then kill a cop responding to a break-in – remember that one? There are so many where the cops storm the wrong house, the resident this it’s a break-in and defends himself only to be shot dead. I’m sure we will all sleep well knowing 87,000 IRS agents, armed to the teeth, are being trained to storm houses and released on society after 3 months worth of training.
In Canada, Trudeau is arming climate change police to do the same thing. Let’s face the facts. We the people are now the enemy – not Putin! This is the consequence of Marxism. We are nothing more than economic slaves.

I’m guessing the late Congressman James A. Traficant, Jr.(D-Ohio) is rolling over in his grave tight now as he personally did battle with what he called the IRS (Internal Rectum Service). He introduced and had legislation passed to shift the burden of proof and immediately afterwards, the IRS and the Feds painted a target on Congressman Traficant’s back. In their eyes he was Public Enemy #1. He’s no longer with us now as I’m sure he’d be declaring war on those institutions, giving 1 minute speeches on the House Floor like he did previously. May he rest in peace.

The target of IRS shall be the 133,000 Federal Firearms License dealers (FFL’s) and the 64,000 gun shops. The IRS and their new army will attend every gun show in the nation and audit each and every business. The objective is not to claim the missing revenue from the millions of cash transactions but to ultimately shut down these small businesses by costly audits, fines, prison or worse.

When you allow Private Banks to create deposits out of thin air, it is only a matter of time before Those Bankers create enough deposits to buy the entire world.
Thus, They have now created enough deposits and now own everything.

It makes me nauseous that we can hire 87k new tax collectors, arm them, teach them to use lethal force but, we can’t find the resources to protect our children in schools. Instead we make our schools targets by making them weapon free zones protected by law enforcement that are dressed up in military gear and no balls to put their life on the line for our kids. What the hell is wrong with society?

These 87,000 IRS employees are not for the purpose of auditing you and seizing your property.
Soon there will be tax on all guns and ammo. When you don’t pay that (you won’t because it will be too expensive. 1000% tax has been suggested) these armed agents with the ability to kill will be at your door.
You either pay the tax, give up the firearm or if they are nice they will just put a lien on your house and you will eventually have no where to live
Not good to back good God fearing folks into a corner such as this. Just say-in. It will only bring on bad ju-ju for those who choose to be thugs and terrorists against the people.
Repatriate and never worry about paying federal income tax again. I repatriated months ago. It is the only solution to protect yourself and take away power from the government at the same time. Of course, it won’t protect you from the crazed federal agents and police who “mistakenly” storm your house but, it will un-enslave you from government’s bull shine laws, rules, regulations, requirements. It’s quick, easy, legal and cost free. I did it months ago.
Dorothy, can you educate me a bit on this concept please. I have done a quick search but, it seems to apply to native Americans, or specific ethnic groups or their artifacts.
The irony of 87,000 new IRS agents is that there is no law that imposes an income tax on sovereign citizens. Taxation is a matter of sovereignty. That over which the taxing authority is not sovereign is not a suitable object for taxation.

THE INCOME TAX SCAM
If a tax upon the labors of a Sovereign Citizen properly existed it would authorize the subordinate government to seize 100% of his earnings. ‘Reasonable’ is not a justification for a tax. It is not a matter of concern to the court if the tax destroys the object being taxed. Such a law would authorize slavery. No such law exists.
LIBERTY, enshrined in the 5th and 14th Amendments, include the Citizen’s opportunity to Pursue a Livelihood as a fundamental Right. Such Rights, including your Right to a trial by jury, are not suitable objects for taxation or fee.
26 USC #1 authorizes an income tax on the “taxable income” of an individual. ‘Taxable income’ is not defined. If you wish to donate to the government, they will take your money—and demand more. [87,000 new IRS agents are getting hired to harass ‘terrorists’] This statute is never alleged to be violated in an indictment.
26 USC #871 imposes an excise tax upon “non-resident aliens” for the privilege of being permitted into the USA.
Violations of 26 USC ##7201-7215 are frequently alleged in indictments. The Supreme Court, relying upon the Congressional Record, has identified those penalty statutes as applying to all taxes in Title 26. They cannot allege violation of a “known legal duty” required for a valid indictment.
The IRS relies upon a citizen signing a tax form, under oath, over the caveat of “taxpayer’s name” to identify you as legal responsible for a tax. You have just sworn that you legally owe a tax. The court accepts your affidavit. The income tax is a scam.
Lawyers who aggressively make this claim face lose of license and HAVE been sent to jail on bogus charges.
State courts have repeatedly covered up similar challenges to state income taxes, earnings taxes, and occupational licenses, to avoid an exempt precedent from becoming established.
IRS Exempt Tax form #4852 has been claimed by Pete Hendrickson as successfully recovering prior years’ income taxes erroneously paid to the IRS.
Former IRS special agent Joe Banister, after repeated unsuccessful efforts to find a statutory income tax with the help of his supervisor, separated from the IRS.
WARNING: The location of the “burden of proof” is critical. Due Process requires the Petitioner to prove the validity of any claimed authority. If the BOP can be shifted by the court to the citizen to prove the tax authority does not exist, they will require proof that there is no possible way the tax might be valid. Such a proof is impossible. This shift doomed the Springer case. circa 1870’s.
