Everyone has the means, motive, and opportunity to take control of their own health. A well lived life is far better than one kept together by endless treatments and medical interventions used to mitigate endless self-abuse.
The charlatans have clearly and definitively demonstrated their ignorance and inability to fix the problems caused by a debased culture. Their overreaction to natural phenomenon while simultaneously ignoring easily solved issues should be obvious to everyone. They can’t stop viruses, they can’t understand why people are getting sick, they can’t make the connections between experimental interventions and the subsequent side effects experienced by those who submitted to their mandates. Whatever purpose they claim to serve has been undermined by the outcomes and they owe the public- at the very least- some deep reflection on their actions, lo these past three years.

Saw my new doctor Tuesday, for the second time (old doctor retired in Dec. 2021). The new one is with the same practice as the old, and I didn’t look for a new doctor. I’m diabetic and the new doctor wanted me to take another med, along with my current one. I tried to explain (again, as we had this discussion the 1st time I saw her) that I wanted to get OFF the meds and get healthier, more in shape, so I wouldn’t NEED to take pills. She responded that “it was my job to getting healthier and her job, as a Doctor, was about the meds”. At that point, I decided it was time for a new doctor.

I have to have a hip replacement Oct 4. There is no way out of it. Without it I will live in constant pain and become crippled. So I am caught between a rock and a hard place.

Hey MC, are you getting the posterior or anterior procedure? The reason I ask is because I just had both hips done, on last August and the other mid January using the ANTERIOR procedure (front). With this they cut about 3.5 inch incision through the front without cutting any muscles or nerves. In august I was walking upstairs without support in 7 days and back on the farm doing tomato maintenance and harvest after 8 days. No s**t!! Next Monday I start my regular hockey season ( Iām 62). There are no restrictions with driving ( I heard 6 weeks no driving with the posterior) or anything else and your recovery is much faster. Just thought Iād mention it for your consideration. Depends on the break I guess. My mom is 89+ and she just spent 10 weeks in bed for a broken “hip”. The break was actually on top of the femur at the ball joint. Life is a crap shoot. She just got cleared to bear weight on it yesterday, so life gets really interesting going forward.

Find out absolutely if there might even be a need for a blood transfusion. If even a chance, bank your own. The blood supply is no longer safe.. But I fully agree with exploring all options. I had a coworker convince me that the pain I was feeling was just like what he felt before getting his hip replaced. I saw a chiropractor who did some adjusting and then gave me specific exercises and now no more pain for over 8 years. Not minimizing what you are feeling. I found her an orthopedic hospital that specializes in knee and hip replacements. They do hundreds every week. Number one predictor of outcome is the number of cases that the surgeon and the hospital does. Experience trumps young and recently trained surgeon every time.
She is very pleased with the outcome. No more pain, and she can go for walks and bike rides again at 80 years old.
