America is permanently divided in a way that can only be resolved with the victory of one political party over the other, which in today’s parlance means the victory of traditional Americans or the victory of their woke Democrat opponents, most of whom are white but are ashamed of it. With the founding whites split, the power of immigrant-invaders is multiplied.
These thoughts were brought to me by the latest Rasmussen Poll. The poll tested the US population on its response to President Biden’s assertion that
“Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”
The poll results are:
48% of likely U.S. voters agree with Biden including 36% who Strongly Agree. Forty-seven percent (47%) disagree with Biden including 39% who Strongly Disagree.
One would have thought that extremism resides in a president who writes off half of the population, but the Democrats’ revolution against traditional white Americans now has as many supporters as opponents. But the supporters of overthrowing the 14th Amendment, a merit-based system, white people, and Christian morality in favor of racial preferences and the normalization of sexual perversity currently control the government, media, and the movies from which most Americans imbibe their worldview.
Today the Disunited States are more divided than in 1861 when Lincoln invaded the seceded Confederate States of America. With law weaponized and Constitutional protections eroded, power rises to the fore.
It is my sincere desire to provide readers of this site with the best unbiased information available, and a forum where it can be discussed openly, as our Founders intended. It is called Pollaganda – using polls to drive public opinion and has been used as a political weapon for a long, long time.
The irony of 87,000 new IRS agents is that there is no law that imposes an income tax on sovereign citizens. Taxation is a matter of sovereignty. That over which the taxing authority is not sovereign is not a suitable object for taxation.

THE INCOME TAX SCAM

If a tax upon the labors of a Sovereign Citizen properly existed it would authorize the subordinate government to seize 100% of a Citizen’s earnings. ‘Reasonable’ is not a justification for a tax. It is not a matter of concern to the court if the tax destroys the object being taxed. Such a law would authorize slavery. No such law exists.
LIBERTY, enshrined in the 5th and 14th Amendments, include the Citizen’s opportunity to Pursue a Livelihood as a fundamental Right. Such Rights, including your Right to a trial by jury, are not suitable objects for taxation or fee. If it were otherwise, the Rights could be priced out of existence.
26 USC #1 authorizes an income tax on the “taxable income” of an individual. ‘Taxable income’ is not defined. If you wish to donate to the government, they will take your money—and demand more. [87,000 new IRS agents are getting hired to harass ‘terrorists’] This statute is never alleged to be violated in an indictment.
26 USC #871 imposes an excise tax upon “non-resident aliens” for the privilege of being permitted into the USA.
Violations of 26 USC ##7201-7215 are frequently alleged in indictments. The Supreme Court, relying upon the Congressional Record, has identified those penalty statutes as applying to all taxes in Title 26. They cannot allege violation of a “known legal duty” required for a valid indictment.
The IRS relies upon a citizen signing a tax form, under oath, over the caveat of “taxpayer’s name” to identify you as legal responsible for a tax. You have just sworn that you legally owe a tax. The court accepts your affidavit. The income tax is a scam.
Lawyers who aggressively make this claim face lose of license and HAVE been sent to jail on bogus charges.
State courts have repeatedly covered up similar challenges to state income taxes, earnings taxes, and occupational licenses, to avoid an exempt precedent from becoming established.
IRS Exempt Tax form #4852 has been claimed by Pete Hendrickson as successfully recovering prior years’ income taxes erroneously paid to the IRS.
Former IRS special agent Joe Banister, after repeated unsuccessful efforts to find a statutory income tax with the help of his supervisor, separated from the IRS.
WARNING: The location of the “burden of proof” (BOP) is critical. Due Process requires the Petitioner to prove the validity of any claimed authority. If the BOP can be shifted by the court to the citizen to prove the tax authority does not exist, they will require proof that there is no possible way the tax might be valid. Such a proof is impossible. This shift doomed the Springer case. Springer v US, 102 US 586, (1881).
The Supreme Court declared Springer’s claim the income tax was an unapportioned Direct Tax and therefore Springer’s claim was not valid. The court added that the only alternate Constitutional tax was an indirect tax of either an impost, a duty, or an excise tax. Since a duty or impost relates to merchandise crossing a territorial boundary, by deduction, an income tax must be an excise tax.
An excise tax is based upon a privilege being received. This writer does not see any privilege being received by a Sovereign Citizen upon which the government of the United States can properly base an income tax.
Tax denier Sherry Peel Jackson was convicted of tax charges in 2008. A government website declares several tax protester theories by Jackson were denied by the court. There is no claim the court declared the income tax did not improperly infringe on Constitutional Rights. The court’s shift of the BOP doomed her case.
The 16th Amendment attempts to expand the definition of income; it does not expand, nor restrict, the Constitutional taxing authority. A claim that the Amendment authorizes unrestricted taxing authority would stand the Constitution on its head. The courts do not have jurisdiction to impose a coup.

The Oligarchs are coming out with lying polls and articles that say the election will be close so that when they steal it, stupid sheep will say “well, it was going to be close you know”. Hopefully the voting won’t be close at all on 8Nov2022 and even a 5th Grader will intuitively know the democrats lost Big Time in fact. Post election, The Oligarchs will immediately have agents turn election protests into riots and have police arrest people on insurrection charges (esp likely in Blue Areas with “Blue Laws and Courts”). Georgia is a rats nest in Atlanta of Vote Fraud and the screwed & abused White population is a potential powder keg that could set off a chain reaction in other commie run Vote Fraud cesspools. In 2020 it was obvious that Trump had won, then they stopped counting for the night and we went to sleep. the next morning when counting resumed, the Creepy, Old, Corrupt, Senile Pedophile had taken the lead everywhere that vote counting had stopped. There is even video evidence of it from Fulton County.
Liberty is freedom within moral limits. License is morals be damned – we will do what we want. Vast majority of democrats, it seems, will support their demonic party all the way to Hell, immoral people will always support the immoral ss they have no moral compass. Very simple really.
John Adams knew this when he said the Constitution is made for a moral and religious people and is inadequate for the government of any other. Well, that’s where we are.
The only hope is a tenuous balkanization of America where sane people have their region, and insane people have theirs.
