There’s constant media talk of a housing shortage to explain the US homelessness crisis, but according to the lawsuit against RealPage, one of its tactics is also keeping units off the market in order to drive up prices.

By tightening its grip on the American rental market, Wall Street has helped cement the idea of a home as a commodity, spurred the assetization of housing, and embedded these assets in the international financial system. And an growing number of smaller landlords have learned to function like the big dogs on Wall Street. According to SAJE:
An increasing share of landlords – even smaller family run operations – now resemble a miniature REIT, managing their investments through professionalized, platformized property management companies, remotely contracting for labor and maintenance, and imposing automated fee and eviction schedules on tenants who fall behind on rents.
Speculative landlords are incentivized to evict tenants by the promise of higher rents, higher sale prices for vacated buildings, or the possibility of just leaving them vacant as the lawsuits against RealPage shows.
My ex was a regional manager for an apartment management firm and was a master at taking an underperforming complex and bringing it back to profitability. First thing is to clean out the obvious riff raff; clean, paint & spruce up the place; move-in specials and closely scrutinize who gets in; clean out the rest of the less desirable tenants; start raising rents and attracting better renters. I saw her do it at least a dozen times in our 15 years together and her bonuses were quite nice after each turnaround.

The NWO is going to largely achieve most of those goals by 2030 or soon after. Of course, they will exempt themselves from those requirements. They will certainly have single family homes, private property, private transportation, etc. The best thing to do is accept that those goals will become a reality, and plan accordingly. Complaining about, or ignoring, this reality won’t do anything except ensure that you won’t be prepared. The smart people will figure out how to avoid or circumvent many of those goals and make the best of those that can’t be avoided or circumvented. Many of the rest will not survive the world depopulation to 500 million people.
