I’m sure the Chili Peppers composed something I’d like. I just haven’t heard it yet. Variety is the spice of life. Glad you enjoyed at least some of it!
Before landing the gig with the Chili Peppers, drummer Chad used to play for a
band out of Detroit that never made it to the big time. Good for him though.
I like the SNL skit where him and Will Ferrell have a drum off.

Did security for the Chili Peppers in Denver. Maybe ’83 or so. I’d never heard of them but the kids at the concert sure knew them.
For one set they came on stage bare-ass-nekkid except for a sock on their dangly bits.
I didn’t care for the music.
