I was doing the background research for my lecture on Prostate Cancer in my IPAK-EDU Course, The Biology of Cancer, looking for treatments that enhance genomic instability – and Guess What?
I spent the first semester of my course, The Biology of Cancer, reviewing all of the aspects of The Hallmarks of Cancer. This morning, firing up Pubmed to continue preparing my lecture prostate cancer, I found this gem of a study, which happens to be a collaboration between my former employer, The University of Pittsburgh, and Southern Medical University-Guangzhou. I don’t know the authors:
Title: Integrated analysis reveals FOXA1 and Ku70/Ku80 as targets of ivermectin in prostate cancer
The authors exposed various prostate cancer cells lines to Ivermectin and found that ivermectin binds to two proteins: FOXA1 and Ku70/Ku80. This leads to the inhibition of androgen receptor (AR), E2F1 expression, and DNA damage repair activity. The cells stopped dividing (G0/G1 cell cycle arrest), experience extensive DNA damage, and die.
A retrospective study of the rates of cancer and rates of death from cancer among unvaccinated people who prophylactically used Ivermectin over a long period of time vs those who did not is in order.
Study Abstract:
Ivermectin is a widely used antiparasitic drug and shows promising anticancer activity in various cancer types. Although multiple signaling pathways modulated by ivermectin have been identified in tumor cells, few studies have focused on the exact target of ivermectin. Herein, we report the pharmacological effects and targets of ivermectin in prostate cancer. Ivermectin caused G0/G1 cell cycle arrest, induced cell apoptosis and DNA damage, and decreased androgen receptor (AR) signaling in prostate cancer cells. Further in vivo analysis showed ivermectin could suppress 22RV1 xenograft progression. Using integrated omics profiling, including RNA-seq and thermal proteome profiling, the forkhead box protein A1 (FOXA1) and non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) repair executer Ku70/Ku80 were strongly suggested as direct targets of ivermectin in prostate cancer. The interaction of ivermectin and FOXA1 reduced the chromatin accessibility of AR signaling and the G0/G1 cell cycle regulator E2F1, leading to cell proliferation inhibition. The interaction of ivermectin and Ku70/Ku80 impaired the NHEJ repair ability. Cooperating with the downregulation of homologous recombination repair ability after AR signaling inhibition, ivermectin increased intracellular DNA double-strand breaks and finally triggered cell death. Our findings demonstrate the anticancer effect of ivermectin in prostate cancer, indicating that its use may be a new therapeutic approach for prostate cancer.

I am getting a funny feeling that it may be possible to replace hundreds of thousands in surgeries and treatments in a whole lot of cases with a bottle of Ivermectin pills. $50 in pills now and then compared to pain, torture and bankruptcy. Obviously this must be stamped out by the royalties mafia.
I have heard of this working on a number of cancers and there is a local woman with stage IV breast cancer who was declared terminal who quit the approved treatments and started taking Ivermectin as an alternate or homeopathic type plan and is now cancer free.
With this one free thing, you can cure almost all what ails you… physically, that is.

I’ve often thought of doing a 2, 3 or 5 day fast. Unfortunately, I can’t make it past 1:00 pm.
I’ve lasted 7.
Not sure if the lemon juice cleanse counts as a fast or not … lemon juice, water, maple syrup and cayenne …
Lasted 47 days on that once … lost a boatload of weight … the problem was that I didn’t carefully follow the advice on how to come off of that cleanse, and I ended up putting a large portion of the weight back on in just a couple of months.
You don’t want to go far enough to burn muscle mass instead of fat. There’s a lot more information to learn. Remember that just decades ago next to no one was obese and the very few who were fat weren’t nearly as fat as today and were often bigger stronger people, too.
There were like five fat kids when I was a kid and they were strong as heck and outdoors on their bikes, climbing trees, running, playing ball and hockey and sledding, etc. Being indoors was punishment.
The vid, from and MD and ranked top 10 in the world decathlon athlete , Dr Sten Ekberg explains this in detail. Watch the vid.
That’s what I tell my kids – they fight to stay inside, while I fought to get outside
The sugar in maple syrup doesn’t get you anywhere near a fast .
I’ve never been overweight and I lost 15 pounds on it and I’ve never gained it back plus it was the beginning of a complete dietary change for me and I’ve never looked back. I’m 66 now and its been 20 years ago when this happened. My metabolism changed too when I hit my 60’s so I only eat one meal a day and feel great from it. The funny thing is that meal is around 4 to 5 pm. Completely contrary to what the so called experts say to do. I took Ivermectin as a Covid preventive and it’s worked. I take something called Cardio Miracle and Lyposomal Vitamin C every morning too.
So … just before starting your fast, set your clock to 2 p.m. — that way you’ll have 23 hours of fasting.
Or … easier still … just don’t look at your clock.
My record was 9 days twice…a decade apart…in my 4th day currently…hope to break my personal best.
This is a freshly made fruit/veggie juice/tea fast.
I’ve done water fasts as well, usually average 3 to 5 days.
I’m taking Super Dieters Tea once a day when I know I’m going to be home for 4 to 5 hours after…this tea will clean your colon out. You don’t want to be out in public when this tea hits.
I can do about 32 hours sometimes. I think I have done 3 or 4 before but would rather not remember those times. I am pretty sure I would be nothing but dust by day 5.
I’ve had 3 friends diagnosed with cancer and took Ivermectin. All 3 now cancer free.
Giving it to my 89 year old Father In Law for a serious case of scalp cance he recently had cut out.
Is Fenbendazole comparable to Ivermectin? They are both antiparasitic.
They are both “Anthelmintic” drugs – do Wikipedia search to get a baseline of information – from other research I’ve done, they’re all in somewhat the same family and scientifically a few molecules different from each other and that is as scientific as I can or will get – people doing protocols sometimes use more than one – but again, research……… there are studies out there….
Note to self: Read all the comments before making a comment.
I wasn’t diagnosed with anything but my RBC and iron were getting scary and so I was tracking it for a few months but it all went away when I started taking Ivermectin. I think my blood actually turned a bit orange a couple times I took it.

I personally know people who have successfully recovered.
We know the powers that want to be will try and outlaw this and any other generic/inexpensive therapies.
When they do that means they want to kill us,plan and act accordingly.
I think doctors just want to do as many prostate exams as they can!
Actually, as a Medicare patient, it’s gotten so that they don’t do them unless you’ve got a history of prostate cancer … one of the ‘gifts’ of yomamacare …
Oh ok, well here in Canada, they run so much propaganda that guys at work were paranoid as fuck and all get regular exams…… I think once you start you can’t stop…..smh
A blood test is done these days not the old finger test.
Was at my PCP’ office a couple weeks ago for my physical.
Come time for the Ben Dover check, I drop trou and asked where should I put my pants, Doc?
“Over there in the corner, next to mine” was NOT the answer I was expecting or accepting.
Truth does not become untruth when repeated.
Old news but correct.
After research I have my better half on Iver/Alben due to PC – Anyone interested in the use of parasite medications for cancer – here is one story – then surf the categories to the right on the blog.
Good info here: SCOT inhibitors kill cancer. Can be included with Joe Tippen’s protocol

For anyone interested in more – sometimes a little difficult to understand and prolly a bit technical medically speaking…….
Me. This is just awesome.
Big Pharma. We better get this suppressed or it will ruin our business plan.
Wow sounds very promising as a less invasive treatment and cheap too !
Thank goodness my government made it impossible to get and threatened doctors if they prescribe it !
After all population reduction is the WEF , NWO & UN agendas and any possible treatment or medications that have positive results in life saving and extensions must be outlawed for all but THE BIG CLUB MEMBERS
Wow, without going into detail this is very timely. I would be interested in any information regarding a recommended protocol, dosage and length of treatment etc. I’ve done some searches and haven’t found any info yet. Does anyone have any info?
I too would like to know.
Lots of links here:

You’ll find no better source of info anywhere.
Yep FB for sure – join groups – use search tool – it’s a wealth of information patients helping patients, Joe does live sometimes – lot of information and have to do your own research and decide. Joe’s protocol is kinda spendy, and personally I read a lot and have formulated our own protocol for my husband. Iver/alben is a good combination IMO – albendazole is the human version of fenbendazol – again, you can do searches.
You forgot this one flash 🙂

There is a lot of stuff out there – Jane McLelland has a good book out there “How To Starve Cancer”. It’s a lot to read and overwhelming at times. Rest in Jesus then baby steps.
She has a FB group, too. https://www.facebook.com/groups/off.label.drugsforcancer
I haven’t joined her group yet – it’s a little overwhelming at times being this teams cancer coach. I have a medical background – 25+ years transcription – so I have heard a lot – I know just enough to be “that patient” – who doesn’t wear the mask EVar – I have worked in Urology so I know the “Protocols”. I have a lot of information from both arenas medical/natural – it’s in knowing how far to go in each. It’s not a pretty thing I’ve already walked this path a few times, but not with this new information on parasite medication – there is a lot of success stories so I am encouraged.
Tales from the front lines, by Rev6. Kudos for your comments.
A word from a professional is always welcome
Ivermectin is an antiparasitic drug. Well, a few years ago I discovered this site –
– and the author recovered from stage 4 cancer using a dog dewormer, also an antiparasitic. It appears that these kinds of drugs, as cheap as they are, repurposed, and no longer under patent protection, beat poisonous chemotherapy and novel treatments hands down. As if I needed another reason to despise the medical establishment.
Yes. Fenbendazole.
Some veterinarians have been using Ivm for cancer treatment in dogs and cats with some pretty astounding success. I wil see if I can dig up some of the old cases studies and reportd on vets using it after it went off-label.
ZFG, out.
P.S. that shit is a wonder drug.
My husband and I are convinced that is why our dog lived so long being on that monthly 🙂
You Ivermectinites could start a new religion … The Church Of Ivermectin. Jesus saves, but Ivermectin saves MORE! Take two tubes of Ivermectin and call me in the morning.
Ivermectin has been around for how long. 20 years? And they are just now finding out it cures cancer??? I ain’t buying that bullshit, and neither should you, my gullible compatriots.
not if your fiends at FFizer can help it, bub.
THEY WANT IT ALL.
Solid statement, Stuck.
I love the stuff but ain’t gonna start devouring it “just cuz”.
without looking it up,i believe that ivermectin has been around since the mid 70 s —

Prior to criticizing, just try (John Upledger).
Not relaated to that particular problem, but my favourite.
I’m Paul the apostle
preaching ivermectin gospel
I’m not angry, no I’m not hostile
Just want ya to love ivermectin
gonna make you a true believer
I just wanna modify your behaviour
just want you to love ivermectin

Why write a story and say you don’t know the authors of a study!?
CMON
He identified with the institution, so he wants to be clear he has no personal familiarity with the authors in case it might be inferred and bias suspected.
Ivermectin also makes your dick bigger. Ask me how I know.
Sure you are not mistaking being a bigger dick for having bigger one?
Boom.
Or it makes your hands smaller.
I’d be happy to be included in a retrospective study of the rates of cancer and rates of death from cancer. My last vaccine of any kind was in 2006 and I have prophylactically used Ivermectin since September 2021. On a side note, all of my old age aches and pains disappeared soon after I started taking it. I plan to continue taking it the rest of my life.
Yep, my husband mentioned that he never felt better after starting it – aches, pain, energy 🙂
What dosage are people taking?
If you join any of the FB groups you will see that the doses vary – it’s not an exact science – so the doses are all over the board. Not a firm answer. Some believe it causes liver problems, others have good labs with no liver issues. You really have to do research and decide, but definitely research. The information is out there.
There are so many factors to consider we will probably never know all the permutations.
Liquid form one mililiter per 110 lbs
Horse paste just set the lb dosage displayed on the stalk.
Jack,
a very ball park answer is 12-24mg per day with that being based on weight. Thats a typical dose for covid treatment. As a cancer therapuetic, I don’t know but I’ll bet that’s also in the ballpark.
I was taking standard horse dose for my weight from the horse tube. It taste like apples.
