Lex iniusta non est lex: An unjust law is no law at all.
Seventy-five years ago, it was established at the Nuremberg trial for doctors that never again would we allow medical experimentation upon human beings without their consent. Well, here we are, 5.5 billion people into the human experimentation of the COVID injections that have killed and maimed millions, and the principle of informed consent is dead.
All the government officials, pharmaceutical executives, and doctors involved in defrauding the public with taxpayer funding and violating the consent of humanity to mandate dangerous shots are absolved of liability. Meanwhile, a doctor who took his Hippocratic Oath seriously and allegedly saved nearly 2,000 patients (with FULL CONSENT) from the shots, is facing serious federal charges for conspiracy to defraud the government defrauders.
We’re all big talkers. We’d like to believe that if we were there in Germany during the late 1930s, we would have protested the budding genocide, which was first rooted in medical experimentation and coerced sterilization. But just like most doctors and scientists went along with the Third Reich, nearly every doctor went along with the Fourth Reich in coercing patients into taking a known dangerous shot because they were “just following orders” and “following the science.”
Dr. Kirk Moore, an experienced plastic surgeon from Utah, on the other hand, has risked his life and career to actually follow the dictates of the Nuremberg Code. Yet despite everything we now know about the shots, which should win him the Presidential Medal of Freedom for his alleged actions, he is the one facing prosecution for a disposing of a shot that is only on the market because of government fraud.
In January, Dr. Moore, along with two members of his clinic’s staff and a neighbor, were indicted on conspiracy to defraud the federal government by allegedly offering nearly 2,000 patients saline injections along with vaccine documentation while disposing of the real shots into the sink. To be clear, he is not being accused of tricking patients. He never offered unsuspecting patients fake shots. These were all people (or parents of minors) who desperately sought him out to bypass the genocidal, unconstitutional, inhumane, and immoral jab mandates, so they could go on with their lives unharmed by this terrible technology.
Prosecutors accuse Dr. Moore and staff at the Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah of pretending to administer 391 children shots, 524 adult Pfizer shots, 64 Moderna shots, and 958 J&J shots between October 2021 and Sept. 2022 just based on the inventory of shots that went to that office. That was long after it was known these shots were dangerous, yet Moore, not the Pfizer executives, faces up to five years in federal prison.
According to the AMA Medical Code, “When physicians believe a law violates ethical values or is unjust, they should work to change in law.” However, it adds that “in exceptional circumstances of unjust laws, ethical responsibilities should supersede legal duties.”That is clearly going to be part of Moore’s defense if he is indeed shown to have given people saline at their request.
Ironically, Moore is being accused of grifting and running a fake vaccine card ring and earning $98,000 off it. Dr. Moore, though, rigorously disputed this fact in an interview on my podcast and notes that when people asked him for his fee for COVID treatment, he told them to donate it to a 501(c)(3) medical freedom group. It would be absurd for someone who earns his money as a successful plastic surgeon to risk his livelihood and freedom for such a nominal fee. His side of the story is so much more believable because he was treating patients for COVID for free and never billed insurance, despite the fact that he was saving lives since March 2020. He didn’t need to turn his practice into a primary care clinic, but he did this simply to save lives. He is a national hero.
Now let’s contrast Dr. Moore’s alleged “crimes” to the allegations against Dr. Janine Rethy, division chief of Community Pediatrics at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington. A new lawsuit filed in Superior Court for the District of Columbia alleges that Dr. Rethy illegally injected NaTonya McNeil’s minor son and daughter with the COVID jab without her consent by lying to her children and suggesting that they needed the shot to go to school.
On September 2, 2022, NaTonya McNeil took her 16-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son to the Georgetown Kids Mobile Medical Clinic for annual checkups for school. According to the complaint, Dr. Rethy vaccinated both children without any consent from or even notification to NaTonya after the fact. The children told her the doctor made it clear that they were forced to get the shot to attend school, a false premise because there was no mandate in D.C. at that time.
Why is the FBI not investigating this doctor? Why is her name not all over the media like Dr. Moore’s, when she violated informed consent to forcibly inject a dangerous product, while Dr. Moore supposedly allowed patients to avoid the dangerous product by following their own wishes?
It’s time to right the ship by punishing those who violate the Nuremberg Code and rewarding those who follow it. The Utah legislature should pass a resolution commending Dr. Moore for his work treating patients and abiding by informed consent. The federal officials from Utah should introduce legislation defunding the federal prosecution against him and should nominate him for a Congressional Gold Medal for saving lives in multiple ways. At the same time, all liability protections for the vaccine manufacturers must be repealed.
There will be a reckoning one day. The question is whether we will do it before more lives are destroyed or after.

a physician is an individual trained to treat patients’ physical and mental diseases.
when an entity demands a physician do what the physician knows is against his VOCATION, ie, helping patients by treating them, he must let his patient stand behind him as he faces those who would instruct him to harm his patient. he must also accept that his position may cost him, but, in the end, he is a medical doctor doing what he must for his patients. so be it.
in health care today, we have two types of individuals who treat patients: medical doctors and technocrats. the technocrats were shown to be what they are during the covid fraud and that they are more numerous than medical doctors. it may be difficult, but find yourself a medical doctor.

Question. When the original premise is false how can one be charged when he is actually preventing the the fraud from hurting people? Would love to be on that jury.
