The lady who’s walking around with a goose, (or is it a duck?) totally normal. And perhaps the guy on the leash, is a zombie, he sort of looks like one, hopefully the non biting type.
As for the rest, it’s a freak show out there, the Country has died and turned into something I not only don’t recognize, or understand, I don’t want to understand.

I happen to know that guy; haven’t seen him in years, though. He’s the son of a friend of mine. His name is Noah Tant. He’s an ex-Ranger who got kicked out of the Army because when he and a couple others in his platoon came back from Iraq, while they were stationed in Colorado, they were so fucked in the head they kicked in an old lady’s door and robbed her, just for the adrenaline rush.
He said that’s what they did in Iraq. That was his excuse. PTSD.

OK but what did the poor duck do?
It’s a sad shame actually. When I first saw it, I thought it was some weird public S and M display, not some service connected PTSD. He’s clearly got some serious mental issues. Of course that doesn’t excuse his terrorizing an old women,either here or in Iraq.
I used to take my grandmother to visit her brother, a WWII combat vet, who was in the Psych ward of the VA Hospital in Bedford, Massachusetts. There were some very damaged people there. It was heartbreaking.
Maybe there’s a point to bringing him out in public,to acclimate him to what passes for normalcy, but if not, if she’s just putting him on some kind of display, then she’s the evil one.
