A couple of things…
God is within and in control of everything he creates – for the atheists, I will posit the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics as proof of our souls and Gods constant finger on the scale of life. That’s a lot to unpack, but believers grok this readily – unbelievers need to think about thermodynamics and how it is that myriad life even exists.
What occurred to me is this: what happens when things are made “illegal”?
Think about prohibition as a historical example.
These ill conceived laws will be useless. I’ll go back to R.Heinlein’s idea of freedom – we all have it, but few choose to exercise it due to fear of consequences. We are already at the juncture where consequences are being ratcheted up to induce fear (J6) by those ruling over us, and each day there are more rules, laws, taxes and restrictions loaded on our shoulders.
I think the consequences of laws like this will be diametrically opposite from what the “un-Jews” believe it will be. If we cannot speak of things, then man will most definitely speak of them.
And we do learn, albeit at different rates, so I think bird flu is unlikely to fly.
Lots of things are coming out…the messaging is failing…apocalypse is rising around us on all sides.

I see these impending unconstitutional laws as another chance for mass non compliance just like during the fake pandemic. Next time people won’t be so friendly towards those tasked with enforcement.
The only things that can bring an unbeliever to faith are baptism, hearing the Gospel, and divine intervention. I love your points, but they are probably going to fall on deaf ears. Also, you really take for granted how many people are going to know the first thing about thermodynamics, let alone contemplate its deep implications. I know God is actively sustaining creation, because His Holy Word says He is.
