The Financial Jigsaw Part 2 – Chapter 5 episode continues to track geopolitical chaos as the multipolar world rapidly emerges and the Banksters are panicking. The Western Money Cartel has only one option, a Global CBDC system supported by Digital IDs. A prerequisite is the elimination of the cash economy. But now Russia and China are challenging US dollar hegemony – let the battle begin – with the ICC moving to arrest the criminals
The two sides pointed out that the great changes in the world have accelerated their evolution, the status and strength of emerging powers in the ‘Global South’ countries and regions have continued to increase, and the world’s multipolarisation has accelerated. These objective factors have accelerated the redistribution of development potential, resources, and opportunities, developed in a direction conducive to emerging markets and developing countries, and promoted the democratisation of international relations and international, fairness, and justice.
Countries that embrace hegemony and power politics run counter to this, attempting to replace and subvert the recognised international order based on international law with a “rules-based order”. The two sides emphasised that the concept of building a community of human destiny and a series of global initiatives proposed by China are of great positive significance. As an independent force in the process of establishing a multipolar world, China and Russia will fully tap the potential of their relations, promote the realisation of an equal and orderly multipolar world and the democratisation of international relations, and gather strength to build a fair and reasonable multipolar world.
The two sides believe that all countries have the right to independently choose their development models and political, economic, and social systems following their national conditions and the will of the people, oppose interference in the internal affairs of sovereign countries, oppose unilateral sanctions and “long-arm jurisdiction” that have no basis in international law and are not authorised by the Security Council, and oppose ideological lines.
The two sides pointed out that neo-colonialism and hegemony are completely contrary to the trend of the current era, and called for equal dialogue, the development of partnership, and the promotion of civilised exchanges and mutual learning.
The two sides will continue to firmly defend the results of the victory of WW2 and the post-war world order enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, and oppose the denial, distortion, and tampering with the history of this war. The two sides pointed out that they must carry out correct historical education, protect the world’s anti-fascist memorial facilities from desecration or destruction, and severely condemn the glorification and even attempts to resurrect Nazism and militarism.
The two sides plan to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japan and the Great Patriotic War in 2025 and jointly promote the correct view of the history of WW2. The ‘Global South’, i.e. the majority of all countries, will very much welcome this. On the war in Ukraine (machine translation):
The Russian side positively evaluates China’s objective and fair position on the Ukraine issue and agrees that the crisis must be resolved based on complete compliance with the Charter of the United Nations. The Russian side welcomes China’s willingness to play a constructive role in resolving the Ukrainian crisis through political and diplomatic channels.
The two sides pointed out that they must stop all actions that have caused the continuation of the war and the further escalation of the conflict, and called for the crisis to be avoided from spiralling out of control. The two sides emphasised that dialogue is the best way to resolve the Ukrainian crisis.
The two sides believe that to resolve the Ukrainian crisis, it is necessary to eliminate the root causes of the crisis, abide by the principle of indivisibility of security, account for the reasonable security interests, and concerns of all countries. The two sides believe that the destiny of all peoples is shared, and no state should seek its security at the expense of the security of others
The two sides expressed concern about the real challenges of international and regional security and emphasised that in the current geopolitical context, it is necessary to explore a sustainable security system in the Eurasian space based on the principle of equality and indivisibility of security.
ENERGY REVIEW – WE HAVE THE POWER
The narrative that CO2 is the world’s biggest enemy, so we need to move quickly away from fossil fuels, has received a great deal of publicity recently, but it’s problematic from two different points of view:
(1) The feasibility of moving away from fossil fuels without killing off a major portion of the world’s population seems virtually zero. The world economy is a dissipative structure in physics terms. It needs energy of the right kinds to “dissipate,” just as humans are dissipative structures and need food to dissipate (digest). Humans cannot live on lettuce alone, or practically any other foodstuff alone. We need a “portfolio” of foods, adapted to our bodies’ needs. The economy is similar. It cannot operate only on electricity; any more than humans can live only on high-priced icing for cakes.
(2) The narrative about the importance of CO2 emissions concerning climate change is quite possibly exaggerated. Many other things are likely to cause short-term shifts in temperatures.
- Lack of global dimming is caused by less coal dust and reduced sulphur compounds in the atmosphere, thus reducing smog tends to raise temperatures.
- Small changes in the Earth’s orbit
- Changes in solar activity
- Changes related to volcanic eruption
- Changes related to shifts in the magnetic north and south poles
Politicians, educators, and the news media would like a narrative that explains the need to move away from fossil fuels, rather than admit that “our easy-to-extract fossil fuel supply is running out.” The climate change narrative has been easy to highlight, since clearly, the climate is changing. It also offers the view that somehow we can fix the problem if we take it seriously enough.
Today, we are in a period of conflict among nations, indirectly related to not having access to enough fossil fuels for a world population of eight billion. There is also a significant chance of financial collapse. The world is a little like the “Roaring 20s” that came shortly before the major 1929 stock market crash, and the Great Depression of the 1930s. After the Great Depression, the world entered WW2. There is now a huge wage and wealth disparity with energy supplies per capita stretched.
NATO and Russia are fighting a proxy war in Ukraine. Russia is a major fossil fuel producer; it would like to be paid more for the energy products it sells. Russia could get better prices by selling oil and other energy products to Asian customers instead of its current customer mix.
At the same time, the US claims primary leadership (hegemony) in the world but needs to import many goods from overseas. It even needs supply lines from around the world for weapons being sent to Ukraine. The Ukraine conflict is not going well for the US either. Nobody knows how this will work out. It is hoped that it will not escalate to WW3 (although some say it’s already here in disguise, similar to the WW2 ‘phony war).
All countries are dependent on each other, even though there are not enough fossil fuels to go around. Perhaps countries will try to sabotage one another, using modern techniques, such as cyber warfare. There is a substantial chance of a major financial collapse in the next few years. The level of debt is very high now. A major recession, with lots of collapsing debt, appears to be a possibility.

THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT is seeking to issue an arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu; now it must investigate his accomplices in the British government.
- The UK is providing arms to Israel. Recently filed court documents reveal that, as of January this year, the UK government had 28 extant and 28 pending “high-risk” licenses with Israel marked as “most likely to be used by the IDF in offensive operations in Gaza”.
- On January 18, Israeli forces bombed a residential compound in Gaza housing the emergency medical team of ‘Medical Aid for Palestinians’ (MAP), a British charity. Four British doctors were injured in the airstrike, alongside MAP staff members and a bodyguard.
- The attack was carried out by an F-16 jet, components for which have been supplied by UK companies.
However, the UK continues to arm Israel, rejecting repeated calls by campaign groups, former Supreme Court judges, and some MPs to halt them. British ministers are refusing to provide detailed information about these three areas of activity to parliament, likely to avoid prosecution for complicity in war crimes.
The UK’s Ministry of Defence (MoD) is, for example, refusing to give parliament further information about its training of Israeli military personnel in Britain or a military agreement signed with Israel in 2020. The UK government is also refusing to give any details about the spy flights over Gaza, which began on December 3.

There’s no conspiracy here, it’s all published and out in the open for those who choose to see. However, I realise that for many the prospects of these psychopaths being in charge of the future of humanity is so horrible that burying one’s head in the sand is the best option while we soldier on and hope it will all go away.
Unless we join together, face head-on what is coming down the track, and ACT to change the course of history, nobody else will save us.

It was a team effort across continents via published articles, using memes, mockery, and humour to defeat the villain. The WEF still stands but seems to be more insignificant by the day. We shall see if the offspring of Klaus reinvigorate and revitalise the organisation that stands for all things tyrannical, totalitarian, and dystopian.
