Sealed law enforcement requests to track Americans without a warrant through cellphone location records or Internet activity grew sevenfold in the past three years in the District, new information released by a federal judge shows.

Details about the growth come as the U.S. Supreme Court weighs whether to rein in such rapidly expanding demands.

Legal experts said the disclosure Monday appears to mark a first, and that neither the Justice Department nor private companies have previously made public such specific data about how often law enforcement agencies seek those court orders.

Reposting an expanded version for the Fourth of July because it is important on this day to know what was lost.

The American Revolution and Its Aftermath

The American revolutionaries could be subdivided into two allied “factions”:

Faction 1: anti-monarchist patriots who valued and were willing to risk their lives for liberty and freedom consisting primarily of yeoman farmers, small crafts, tradesmen and entrepreneurs; and,

Faction 2: anti-monarchist elites consisting of larger mercantilists, financial elites, other members of the colonial ruling class and Masons who wished to secure the vast new continent as their fiefdom.

The liberty and freedom-loving Americans came to be known as the “Anti-Federalists”. The elites came to be known as the “Federalists”.

Two of Sir Clement’s alleged victims claims were aired in an ITV Exposure documentary broadcast in June 2016, “Exposure: Abused and Betrayed – A Life Sentence”. Clement was accused of sexually abusing some of his alleged victims before they were teens. Clement is said to have abused his known victims over a 30-year period spanning the 1940’s to the 1970’s.

Another Mystery: Dead in Haiti, Forgotten in America

AS WE SAW YESTERDAY with the attack on the Republican Congressional baseball team practice in Alexandria, VA, the bizarre 2016 U.S. Presidential election continues to reverberate and to claim additional victims.

Seth Rich appears to have been an earlier victim. Nearly a year later, Seth’s death remains unresolved as the authorities seem uninterested in investigating it as the political assassination it almost certainly was. Interest in Seth’s murder was revived a few weeks ago, but seems to have abated once again.

While yesterday’s victims are fresh in mind, and Seth’s death seems on the verge of being forgotten a second time, others have disappeared from memory. We stop here to remember one, Monica Petersen.

Foreword:

On the tenth anniversary of her disappearance, the Daily Mailonline published an article that quoted Colin Sutton, a retired senior British law enforcement official. Sutton had been under consideration to head Operation Grange that was tasked to review the investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance. Sutton was counseled not to take the position because it had already been determined Operation Grange would be steered away from the Mccann’s.

Yet nearly 80% of all child abductions involve a parent and 90% of all child abuse cases involve a parent, relative, or close friend.

The Mccann’s have yet to be questioned under oath by Scotland Yard, the Met Police or Operation Grange. Operation Grange has never considered that Madeleine may have been abused by her parents and/or one or more of their vacationing friends, or that they participated in a staged abduction.

Madeleine Mccann | British Investigation is a Confirmed Fraud

Last Fall we became aware that the British government was engaged in a massive hoax and coverup pertaining to Madeleine Mccann. The British coverup and the reasons for it could not be fully known until two events occurred in the Summer and early Fall of 2016:

Clement Freud was exposed to be a near life-long pedophile in an ITV documentary broadcast in June 2016; and,
The Smithman imagesreleased by the British Operation Grange investigation in 2013 re-surfaced in the closing days of the 2016 U.S. Presidential election.

These two events provided the necessary clues to unwind the nearly 10-year mystery behind the disappearance of 3-year old Madeleine Mccann from her family’s vacation apartment in Praia da Luz, Portugal on May 3, 2007. We wrote a book, “Finding Madeleine”.

Not a single publisher would touch it.

ABOUT A YEAR after Madeleine vanished, Madeleine’s Fund had produced nothing useful. It was around then when two gentlemen with intelligence connections partnered up to pitch Madeleine’s Fund. e Fund had money and BK was hiring. The two partners were Henri’ Exton and Kevin Halligen. Exton was the more senior of the pair, however the contract was awarded to Oakley International, the rm of the junior partner.

According to a Sunday Times article on November 2, 2009,

“Madeleine had been missing for a year when Brian Kennedy, the millionaire philanthropist who had invested heavily in a fund to find the little girl, contacted Halligen’s firm via Exton.”
