Pelosi On Thin Ice? Violation of Legal Requests Is A Problem

Via The Blue State Conservative

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi claiming sovereign immunity in refusing to make public the purported evidence in the January 6th persecution is not viable.   The Legal clause applies to the right to not being ‘sued’ when the government acts “within” the jurisdiction of the US Constitution.   Obviously, the entire process of the January 6th Committee is outside of the Constitution and thus immunity would NOT prevail.   Nowhere in this law does it apply to the right to withhold evidence from the public in the prosecution of US citizens.   It is about being sued.

ILLUSION OF FREEDOM

“The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it’s profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.” – Frank Zappa

“The choice for mankind lies between freedom and happiness and for the great bulk of mankind, happiness is better.” ― George Orwell, 1984

The quote from Frank Zappa has truly come to fruition during the first two weeks of 2021. We have been living in a Surveillance State since the introduction of the Patriot Act in 2001 (Biden has boasted that he wrote the bill years before). Until Snowden and Assange revealed the depth and depravity of this un-Constitutional intrusion into our lives only the Deep State cabal knew the truth.

Most Americans ignored these revelations, as they continued to be distracted and entertained by their iGadgets and new social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and others. These social media companies parlayed people’s narcissist need for affirmation, likes and followers into multi-billion-dollar conglomerates with near monopolistic control over the distribution of news, opinions, and on-line communication of the masses.

“Lockdowns For Thee, But Not For Me” – Newsom, Pelosi Attend Dinner Parties While US COVID Cases Explode

Via ZeroHedge

As Joe Biden’s camp continues to try and walk back talk of another national lockdown, Democratic leaders are once again exhibiting via their behavior that social distancing restrictions and lockdown rules are “for thee and not for me.” In an incident that may remind readers of Nancy Pelosi’s quarantine-time visit to a San Francisco Hair Salon, California Gov Gavin Newsom has been busted attending a swanky party at one of California’s top restaurants.

‘Scram! It’s A Setup!’ Screams Pelosi Running Out Of Salon To Getaway Car

Via The Babylon Bee

SAN FRANCISCO, CA—Nancy Pelosi was minding her own business this week when a salon owner called her and said in a gravelly voice, “Listen, toots — I got a proposition for ya.” The salon owner then explained how she wanted her to come in to get a perm, absolutely free. “It’s a great deal — no strings attached. No funny business. Take it or leave it. Come around back. No cops.”

White House Implements New Policy Of Dropping All Illegal Immigrants Off At Nancy Pelosi’s House

Via The Babylon Bee

SAN FRANCISCO, CA—This morning, Nancy Pelosi began her daily routine. She put on a pot of coffee, brushed her teeth, and oiled up her squeaky joints. Emerging into the living room, however, she encountered a shocking scene.

President Trump was just leaving from having dropped off a truckload of illegal immigrants right into Pelosi’s living room, part of a new test program being implemented by the White House this week.

“Good luck, Nance! Ha!” Trump shouted as he jumped back in the presidential Ford F-150 and drove away.

Battle Royale

Guest Post by Jim Kunstler

The effrontery of Ms. Pelosi, Speaker of the House, in cancelling Mr. Trump’s State of the Union address in the chamber she controls is perhaps the worst insult to institutional protocol since the spring day in 1856 when Congressman Preston Brooks (D-SC) skulked into the senate chamber and smashed Senator Charles Sumner (R-Mass) about the head within an inch of his life with a gold-headed walking stick. Brooks’s attack was launched after Sen. Sumner gave his “Bleeding Kansas” speech, arguing that the territory be let into the union as a “free” state, and denouncing “the harlot slavery,” whom he imputed was Rep. Brooks’s dearest consort.

Nancy Pelosi Is Spending Shutdown at Hawaii Resort

Via The Washington Free Beacon

Democratic House leader Nancy Pelosi is spending the government shutdown at a luxury resort in Hawaii, the Washington Free Beacon has learned.

Pelosi, who has put blame squarely on President Donald Trump for the current government shutdown, was spotted Thursday vacationing in Hawaii at the Fairmont Orchid resort, where room accommodations range from $899-a-night for a standard room to $4,899-a-night for the presidential suite.

The resort, on Hawaii’s Big Island, features a golf course, six restaurants, and a 10,000-square-foot oceanfront pool. It also features a “Spa Without Walls,” where the 110-minute Ali’i Royal Experience is available for $369 and a 50-minute couples massage runs $549, according to the spa menu. While at the spa, guests can snack on a gluten-free grilled prawn summer roll for $19.

Trump canceled his Christmas trip to Florida and remained in the White House, saying on Christmas Eve that he was “waiting for the Democrats to come back and make a deal.” The president left the White House on Christmas to travel to Iraq and meet with American troops stationed overseas.

Trump has been holding work meetings since Congress went into recess, including one with Department of Homeland Security secretary Kirstjen Nielsen on how to fund the administration’s border security plan.

Pelosi, meanwhile, has been speaking to the press. She gave an exclusive interview to USA Today just before Christmas calling Trump a “fear monger.”

“He talked about terrorists coming in over that particular border, which wasn’t so,” Pelosi said. “He’s using scare tactics that are not evidence-based, and it’s wrong.”

Trump has said he will not sign a funding bill that doesn’t include funding for construction of his border wall. Pelosi is set to take over as speaker of the House in the new year, setting off an immediate standoff with the White House on legislation to reopen currently unfunded federal agencies.

This is not Pelosi’s first holiday vacation to Hawaii. In 2011, it was reported by the Hawaii Reporter that Pelosi had in previous years stayed in a $10,000-a-night suite at the Four Seasons Resort in Kona for her holiday vacation.
