My sis-in-law took my daughter with her to the Michigan State Fair (now located in a parking lot! State Fairgrounds were sold to the highest bidder and 100+ year tradition dissolved, this country sucks) on Sunday.
It is a quick five mile drive, straight shot down a surface street.
Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m., I saw FIVE cops out and about.
Then it occurred to me that it was the last day of the month. Unused OT and gasoline vouchers had to be squandered or “lost.”
