C is spared because either a) the rock has a hole and it COULD get stuck on D’s ledge or, b) because of the hole it has less mass than the rock in C, and therefore at best the plank will go no lower than level, thus sparing C.
B and E are in no way affected.
A, B, C, and D get together, conclude that E wanted (and failed) to kill them …. and they gang on on E, and kill HIM.

B bites the dust, assuming E pushes the orb down the incline in the first place. Based on the the angle of the incline, the orb will reach a level of velocity that will allow the orb to clear the fulcrum of the plank, the cutout section of the rotating orb hits the other orb precisely at the upper third allowing the rotating orb to carry momentum up and over the stationary orb which then carry’s it over the wall and fitting exactly into the space occupied by B, assuming of course E starts the event in the first place.

The roller with the notch is 2 units in dianeter, which means its circumference is a bit more than 6. To not kill guy d it will have to rotate one and a half times, which means it iswill travel none units in 1.5 revolutions. A quick look at the ramp gives a ramp length of 5 units ( Pythagoras and all that). QED D is a goner.
Given the notch, the top roller weighs less than the other roller. It will have lost its downward momentum killing D, so will be unable to launch the other roller, and will not lower the teeter totter.
