This guy wrote the book “Wheat Belly”. Doesn’t exactly look like he could run a marathon. People throughout most of the world have been eating wheat for millenia and now some are afraid of it. They want people to eat “paleo” from a time when the average lifespan was 29. Whatever happened to common sense?
