Compared to many others, I would choose friend. I really liked Ron Paul, and the saying goes ‘an apple doesn’t fall far from the tree’.

Rand Paul is a politician, so by that standard he, like all politicians, is a foe.

Another question would be, if he is a friend does it really matter?

Shit is fucked up and bullshit, how does one man (or a few) fix all that?

Middling. Much better than the average shyster, but far too much of a Neocon to actively support him.

Anything with an R after it’s name is an enemy of liberty.

FOE!

Rand is a friend but not a great friend. We don’t have quite enough in common. I particularly dislike the gang he hangs out with.

He’s not truly a foe, he’s more of a shitty acquaintance.

Yes harry p.

A shitty acquaintance, but the best in the GOP rat gang running for POTUS. Big money types and NEO-CONS really dislike him.

Panders to the religious right and bends over for Israel. No friend of mine.

He’s a career politician. He may be one of the least objectionable in Mordor but I don’t trust him.

I use to like him until I saw him standing in front of the Wailing Wall with a beanie on his head with tears streaming down his cheek. At that moment I learned all about Rand I needed to know

Interesting answers. I still think friend. He knows he can’t win without the low IQ R’s in his corner.

Friend of Israel, friend to military industrial complex.
Apple may not fall far from tree, but he is an orange (Ron was our last chance and we blew it!)

He’s not as principled as his father in my opinion. I’m leery of Rand. In the Republican clown car of candidates he’s not my first choice.

His constant support for Israel and MIC is disturbing.

When he threw his support behind the Trans-Pacific Partnership (that secedes more of our sovereignty to “world” courts), I knew the truth.

He wouldn’t change much, enough, anything that really matters.

We are beyond fixing this place anyway. There is little, to nothing, left that is reworkable or fixable.

The whole system is beyond complexity, full of myths and corrupted beyond any “fixing.”

We help our rulers pretend we are “free” and “it matters.”

Barf. I really cannot believe it is full-color, multi-billion ad accounts, time to lie to me again already.

Sheesh. Disgust is too nice a word for the way this entire thing makes me feel.
