Therefore if its illegal govt will have some policing authority and incentive to keep it illegal.
But if its legal, it will still be regulated and govt will still be involved to make sure people are folowing the regulations (ie not acting illegally).
I say we tell govt it just doesnt exist, that way they wont grow stronger via some action regarding it.

People who can least afford to gamble are usually their biggest marks, but hey it’s their life and their money. Don’t kid yourself that the IRS won’t be waiting online with a tax form for winnings over $600. Electronic version of rendering to guberment would be the same . Never understood why people gamble away their hard earned cash.
