Lot has come about this that you won’t find in the MSM.
Seems the kid took an already made commercial digital alarm clock out of its case and mounted its components in an aluminum briefcase, essentially making a countdown timer that only lacked the explosive to make it into a fully functioning time bomb.
Seems that his sister also has a history of trouble, having been suspended for making bomb threats against the same school and was the one that coached her brother to start calling it a “clock” after he was already in trouble for it.
You can test that “Muslim kid being persecuted for a harmless clock” theory easily by doing the same yourself (only cost about a buck or two if you shop at thrift shops or flea markets for the components) and carry it into any Federal building, most State courthouses, or on any airplane flight.
I imagine you will be treated far worse than this kid, certainly not celebrated by being invited to the White House. And it won’t make any difference if your name is Johnny or Ahmed, whether you’re black brown or white, the result will be the same.

If you are smart enough to see there are no explosives and it is a kids toy, you switch mode from FBI want-to-be Keystone Cops back to teacher. If you are a locked and loaded liberal moron, then you call the bomb squad SWAT team to make a total ass of all yourselves again. Lucky somebody in charge had some common sense or his house would have been attacked and burned down.

A Deadly Publicity Stunt?
It could be easily mistaken a bomb, all you would need to add is several sticks of TNT or Dynamite.

On Friday, my colleague Neil Stevens posted a story on how the “clock” brought to school by 14-year old Ahmed Mohamed was not only not his “invention” as he claimed but is was nothing more than mass manufactured digital clock that had had the manufacturer’s housing removed. In fact, the maker’s logo was still visible. All in all, what Ahmed did was carry on the Muslim tradition of having not invented anything since probably the 8th century. As facts unfold, we are going to see that this case is far from an example of ‘zero tolerance’ run amok and anti-Muslim police going crazy and it is a calculated stunt aimed at damaging some specific politicians.
