Socialists always promise things they know cannot be delivered.
Or at least should know since there is an unbroken record of failure among every nation that has gone down that path.
But surely it will be different this time, after all doing the same thing doesn’t mean getting the same results.

2016 will be the first election where Millennials voters will potentially outnumber the Boomers. They basically put Obongo in the WH the first time but their vote dropped off a great deal in 2012.
Hopefully they have taken the Red Pill on the evils of an out of control fed.gov and realize that a fed.gov big enough to give them all the free shit they want is also big enough to put them in a cage (albeit a gilded one) for the rest of their lives.
Naw. Free shit trumps FREEDOM every time.

Oh, but the gray socialist doesn’t point to those failures of socialism, he points to the lily white Scandinavian countries instead. But how many urban blacks, useless white trash and other deadbeats do those countries have to support? There’s also the little minor detail that our expensive pharma costs massively subsidize those European countries. Same could be said for our military spending.
