I guess Dutchman won’t be giving the eulogy at his funeral.

I saw STP live in the 90’s, they rocked the house…..My friends and I had some great times back then, music can take you back. Seems like a lifetime ago and yet only yesterday at the same time.

When you can only imagine getting laid for the first time, your young.
When you can’t remember the last time you got laid, your old.

I saw STP open for RHCP on my 25th birthday. Terrific show and I was remarkably sober. 🙂

Dutchman says:
“Just another fucking addict. That shit isn’t music.”
Correct.
And stop stealing my thunder. I am TBP’s official music critic, which is the world’s easiest job, considering Admin’s awful taste in music.

I was 16 when Plush came out in 1993. I remember where I was when I first saw it on MTV. One of my favorite songs ever and for those who don’t like it you can go to HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!
Admin- All of the new readers will get up and leave if you drag Donnie and Marie into this. Don’t fuck up the progress, the only thing worse is Slim Whitman.

STP used to make good oil filters and motor oil, but when it came to music they were just another shitty grunge band.
Fucking grounge sucked and they all should have pulled a Cobaine before getting record deals.
What a bunch of depressing whinning little cunts they all were.
Contrast that to punk or metal where there was anger and defiance in the attitude. Grunge on the other hand was the calling of the depressed and pathetic.
Just another fucking addict. That shit isn’t music. Can’t believe this stuff makes the news.
But hey he died in Bloomington, MN, right by the Mall of America.
