This POTUS election cycle has produced an enormous amount of hate between many various groups on the National stage — hate so thick it hangs in the air long after the participants have left.
The hate has also filtered down to the local level right here on TBP. The name-calling and shit-flinging has escalated to unprecedented proportions as of late. For example;
— it is well known at this point that I hate Trump-eteers …. people I have formerly loved, I have now given over to Satan
— Stephanie wrote a nice post about the political process which received several compliments. But, it was also peppered with hate speech
— One can’t even have an opinion about something so simple as A Wall. The anti-wallites call pro-wallites fucking maroons without a brain, and vice versa. Oh, the humanity!
— In my brilliant post ” The Potential Fascism of Donald Trump” some Anonymous (dickhead) late last night wrote that all my posts and comments indicate that that I am the new Village Idiot. And if that’s not bad enough, FIVE subzero-IQ simians here on TBP voted thumbs up on that!! How can this be??? Worlds are colliding!!
This is long overdue. It is time to clear the air. It is time for the Airing Of Grievances. (see below).
I would like to ask two questions today; a general one and a specific one (choose one, or both);
General Question on hate: How much has your hate grown in this election cycle (let’s say over the past six months.)
Specific Question on grievances with individuals here on TBP. (Notice I used “grievances”, since “hate” is such a strong word, and I still believe — perhaps, naively — that no regular here actually hates another.) So, with whom are you grieved, and why?

General: My hate has grown 850% in the last few months. I hate everything (copfuks, Free Shitters, Dems, Repubs, Oreo, unions, bankers, lawyers, commercials, CuNNt and Fux, ad infinitum.) Within 10 minutes of waking up I’m telling Ms. Freud, “Gawd, I HATE that fuckin’ fill-in-the-blank!!)
Specific:
— I have a grievance with rhs jr …. I’m fucken sick and tired of his inserting some non-relevant Bible verse in most every discussion!
— I have a grievance with bb …. Satan this, Satan that … WTF??? And his “relationship” with his cat is most disturbing.
— I have a grievance with Muck About … he wrote this in Stephanie’s post; “If I weren’t so old, I’d try and pick you up and have a lovely dinner at the eatery of your choice! And who knows where that would lead too! (Old is not necessarily impotent!!)“. I don’t know, but an old man soliciting sexual liaisons with a young spring chicken here on TBP is rather unseemly, imho.
— I have a grievance with dilligaf ….. that fucker is just following me around to shit on my parade for no discernible reason
I have a grievance with Westcoaster ….. he’s on the wrong website, he belongs on Salon … and, oh, yeah … FUCK BERNIE SANDERS!!
I have a grievance with starfcker …. having a naughty swear-word as part of your name is really quite offensive to this family-oriented web site
I have a grievance with flash …. I’m tired of him starting out many of his posts with “you don’t understand this, that, or the other thing” and if he ever again tells me to “read for comprehension” I’m going to kick him in the fuck.
I have a grievance with every Anonymous who has ever posted here … fucking cowards, grows some balls and use a name!! (Hint: It does NOT have to be your real name, ya morons!).
I have a minor grievance with the tin-foil nutters on this site ….. hardscrabble farmer who says we didn’t land on the moon ….. Bea Lever and his Bldg 7 free fall bullshit … and SSS for holding on to the archaic idea that Sweet Mary Jane is a gateway drug.
Well, that’s about it. If you’re not on the list, I have no grievance with you. Yet. Notice there are no ladies in my list — the Ladies Of TBP are simply awesome and amazing.
Lastly, be KIND in your grievances! As I was above. Ya don’t have to be a fucking asshole to air a grievance!! Air them respectfully — we don’t want a shitfest, do we? — and cleanse your soul.
I’m terribly disappointed. I didn’t even make the grievance list. I must be losing it.

Stucky, I’m very surprised and disappointed to even be on your list much less the top because I thought I was one of your TBP friends and Bible verses are so important to the Saints in these Last Days! I know you are a good Christian so I’m sure you will appreciate my reminding your friends of some very relevant verses: “whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven” (Matt 10:33) and “whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin.” (Mk 3:29) “And the smoke of their torment ascends up forever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receives the mark of his name.” (Rev 14:11). I’m sure The Lord is glad when you take His warnings seriously (Seriously Amen).
My hate has not increased as I make an effort to control it. I think that ‘hating’ is tiresome and hard on your health. It gets to be a bad and destructive habit. Cynicism, on the other hand, is overtaking my red blood cells. I only trust family and friends these days. Is it wisdom or cynicism? I think they are the same thing.

Stucky- As long as we are having a “Love-In” like back in the 60’s, I would LOVE for you to post more than you have been and that goes for T4C also. There is a certain chemistry when we are all fighting/posting at the same time. I know you have your hands full with the parental units and T4C went through some tough times with her health but it would be good to get back to where we were a year ago with shit flying at near free fall speed.
Been thinking about this today, Stuck. You are good at “throwing down the gauntlet” , no doubt.
SO – Here is me “letting it all hang out”.
Part of me feels as if I “dodged a bullet” by not being on your (Stucky’s) “grievance” list. The other part of me is Unconcerned. Sometimes I hate. At other times, I feel only love, forgiveness patience and understanding, with perhaps, a slight tinge of sadness. Most times, I don’t even know why until days later.
So, that all said, I wouldn’t say I have any grievances, per se. Only my own observations for now.
It is obvious, some of us here, myself included, post under different monikers. I think this can be a good thing since I tend to value the ideas and perspectives presented here on TBP over the name(s). I also think, at times, it is better to “piece meal” various comments rather than all coming from just one source / moniker because I, personally, would never want to be judged as a “mega-mind” as it might go to my head and this is the last thing I need. And, the idea of “plausible deniability” is comforting as well.
Yet, often, I find myself desiring to post under just one moniker here if only because of the simplicity. Since ideas matter and the political (socialist) progressives have always had thier penchant for the term “Forward’, I would choose, for myself, to post under the moniker of “Onward”. This to me, implies going forward in time and yet, in a different direction.
In any case, posting under one moniker can be risky to say the least. It’s easy to judge. I have been called everything here from a “troll”, to “squirrely” to “weird” to the “scourge of TBP.” Yes, some of these did hurt my “inner child, if only, because they came from people I respect here. Very much, actually. But then again, all of the name calling only made me want to double down, learn and get better. Moreover, after thinking about these names (as well as others “shit-thrown” on this website), they often make me laugh out loud in the middle of the night, even when the names were specifically directed at me.
We all have “good days” and “bad days” here. Amazing insights and commentary at times, followed by inane bullshit on other days depending upon one’s mood, I guess. And, more often than not, people are judgmental, with long memories and this can make all the difference in being “liked” or “unliked” on this Burning Platform. Some people are consistent and I admire this very much. Myself, I am always trying to figure shit out with an open mind and consider TBP to be a “process”. It is also very common here (and in life in general), that once one’s mind is made up, and the more they are challenged, the more they adhere to their “previously decided” belief. I am no different, but at least here on TBP the ideas can be debated and can make one “think”, sometimes, over a period of days or months. And, minds can change as truth Unwinds daily.
Overall, and in the end, this place reminds me of what I wrote about a chick who dumped me one time:
