How is it that genteel manners developed? Intolerance creates intolerance, that’s how. It is better to avoid bloodshed, especially one’s own, by engaging in some form of civility.
You don’t enter one’s home (think country) and immediately insult your host. That would be a display of bad manners and an indication of inferior breeding. Who wants to associate with pigs, let pigs associate with themselves. You’ll be happier and the pigs will be happier.
I love this guy.
