I don’t see how Obama could pardon that withered cunt for anything if she’s not been charged with a crime.
I’m really hoping that the FBI is conducting klinton investigations and preparing indictments on several fronts to include server gate, benghazi gate, pizzagate and foundation gate to be served on January 21st. Perhaps the FBI realized that the current corrupt obama admin would never indict or prosecute her so they are dotting eyes and crossing tees before they hand it off to the Trump admin.
Nixon wasn’t charged with a crime, just threatened with being charged if he didn’t resign.
The President has almost unlimited power of pardon for anything that has already happened but not for something that hasn’t (i.e. he could issue a pardon for all illegals already in the country whether they’ve been caught or not, but not for ones that aren’t here yet, of for all anti Trump rioters in riots that have already taken place but not for all future ones).
The power of pardon is probably the least restricted power the President has. It was used in a blanket manner for people both charged and not charged as early as George Washington’s pardon for the Whiskey Rebellion participants.

Then I guess Obozo should pardon himself. If I was Trump, my first act would be indict Obozo, Harpy, the Big NYC Banksters and Propagandist, and about half of Congress.

Hellary won’t last long in this world with her mental and physical issues. She’ll be so pumped up with drugs to keep her going she’ll just be a zombie. A fitting end to a corrupt life.
