From the Press Conference, it seems that Trump has ‘sorta’ changed his Tune on the Russian Hacking and ordered by Putin. It wasn’t definitive – Trump went around the edges.
IMO, in this case, Trump lied; if he kept up with the Truth, it would have destroyed all credibility for the ‘intelligence’ agencies after he became President. Even Trump knows that condition would not be viable for his Presidency.
I don’t have proof – I would have to have been a fly on the wall.

This is similar to when Trump was calling prior admin officials ‘incompetent’ for Trade Deals. Trump was lying – as the officials knew exactly what they were doing: purposely following the globalization plans with offshore of U.S jobs to lesser developed countries and moving unskilled migrants into western developed countries.
If I remeber correctly Trump said something like “All countries intelligence agencies spy. That’s what they do. Including Russia”. That’s how I remeber it.
Kind of a generalized statement.

Trump can’t link more than 140 words in one moment before his train of thought derails.

Both political parties are beyond salvage even as the crooked banking system that owns them has rendered itself insolvent (Google: “1200 Trillion and Derivatives”). The Empire has no clothes and many are sickened by what they are being forced to watch. In the end, Russia didn’t write the emails. The corruption that is the DNC and their hack, Clinton, did and that is a cat that will not re-bag any time soon.

Specifically, what did Trump say that you call a lie?
He admitted, loosely (I don’t want to go to youtube and find/play the speech), that Russia/Putin did Hack DNC and or Hillary.
Did they?
I wouldn’t be surprised if they did, the same way we hack anything foreign and hackable ourselves.
But the question is were they the source the CIA and FBI is responsible for the leaks? And is the latest claimed report true or not?
But calling it a lie would indicate you know it -Russia didn’t- is the truth, how do you know it?
I’d like to see your proof they didn’t (which is what is needed to prove Trumps somewhat vague statement a lie).
