POTTSTOWN, PA — It looks like the Easter Bunny isn’t welcome in Pottstown.
Parents and adult community members, apparently, have made that clear.
A Pottstown Easter Egg organized by the Norco Fire Company has been cancelled this year due to “unruly crowds” of adults in recent years.
“We know that the majority of our community is not the problem,” the fire company said in a statement. “But we can’t risk injury to children because certain individuals can’t control themselves.”
Organizers were not specific about what type of unruliness had been present in the past.
Hopefully, adults will take this is a sign to get their act together before future events.
This is the result of 60 years of social policy from Federal government on down that insures that these people continue to rely on one or multiple levels of government for sustenance……at some point point the lack of responsibility and self-respect are completely stripped away and removed forever. Just look at Chicago, Philadelphia and many other socialist controlled cities……..

That’s PottsVILLE. Please don’t confuse the two. Pottsville, PA is worthy of a visit, especially the Yuengling Brewery. Just went there. Great tour and nice gift shop. We’re going back again to see the auto museum there. Don’t miss the nice, old courthouse.
