I used to work at the 200 West area on Hanford. It’s an interesting place for sure. I’m going to be fishing the Hanford Reach of the Columbia River on September 30th this year for big King Salmon that go 40 to 90 pounds each.
The Hanford Reach is the last stretch of free flowing river on the Columbia and it’s going to be a real treat to fish it. I’ve chartered two boats and invited ten friends to come along. Seven friends actually, five of us are family………I had to kick my dumbass, idiot brother to the curb shortly after my dad died and my remaining brother and I had an opening for a sibling so we adopted a sister. She’s freaking awesome! She hunts geese and ducks with a .22lr shooting their heads off. (she doesn’t like having bird shot throughout the meat) She loves to hunt, fish & camp, she hates the govt, muslims and idiot siblings and she is a world class chef! What’s not to like? I always wanted a sister anyway!

Our city “rulers” are asses. Unfortunately, the man that owned the property and has repeatedly fought the city has recently passed away. Don’t know if the city will get it or the grown kids will keep it. As long as the city doesn’t get their dirty fingers on it, it’s OK by me.
