BTW, 70% were injured or killed on the USS Liberty.
The survivors remained in place for 18 hours
before being “rescued” by our!! military. The
Liberty was 450′ long, and was a recommissioned
WW2 vessel. Formerly SS Simmons. Sailors were
warned against discussing this upon threat of prison
or worse.

I like dogs but cats make better pets .Plus cats are low maintenance and do OK by themselves.
Dogs see you as their master.
Cats see you as their servant.
FWIW, Cats were once worshiped as Gods in ancient Egypt. They haven’t forgotten it.
