WE LIVED

My wife and I both had shitty days today, me at work and her at the doctor. We were lamenting and regaling each other with tales of woe. She suggested we take a walk on the farm road near our house to clear our heads. I grabbed a baggy and filled it with Cinnamon Life Cereal to feed to Ricky the llama, who we passed on our journey. It was still 85 degrees with 85 percent humidity, so it was going to be a sweaty walk.

We started up Old Morris Road chit chatting about something or other. The second we turned onto the farm road, I heard a loud crack. I saw a car stop in the roadway, so I turned around and went back to Old Morris Road. A large tree had split in half and fallen directly across the road where we had walked less than one minute prior. There wasn’t a speck of wind. The tree had just cracked in half at that moment in time.

If we had delayed our walk for one minute, we may have been killed. I don’t know whether to take this as a good omen or a bad omen. Maybe the powers that be read my recent article and just mistimed the tree falling. I should probably make sure my brake line is intact tomorrow before driving on the Schuylkill. We survived to live another day and Ricky got his Life Cereal.

The tree below is only representative of the tree, since my wife didn’t bring her phone and couldn’t take a picture. The Towamencin Popo have the situation well under control, saving motorists from driving into the tree by positioning their super duper Popo SUV with lights blinking in the roadway.

I would say that’s a great omen .I wish something like that would happen to me . It would be good to know God still cares.

Just watched a Short film called ” It’ll Never Last ” Unusual Marriage Documentary about three white women marrying men from other cultures.Only 48:38 long.See for yourselves how stupid white women can be when they think they are in love.

That’s some interesting symbology. Trees and/or branches only fall on their own when they’re dead. There’s no such thing as good or bad omen. The meaning could be some aspect of your life is dead, has fallen away, and is now behind you.

But, don’t take my word for it. I’d wait for LLPOH to drink some cactus juice and summon the tree spirits for clarity.

Steph – you ignorant slut. Everyone knows it is peyote that summons tree spirits.

Cactus juice it is not. That be tequila. Or mescal. Peyote is dried, usually, not drunk as juice. Get with the program.

I know it’s a cactus. Lloph is being an overly critical prick. His hemorrhoids must be acting up again.

Llpoh? Overly critical? Prick? Perish the thought! You must have our fine upstandin’ injun confused with someone else. Why he’s pure as driven snow! Just ask him!

The omen is that the trees are universally dying, and we won’t be that far behind.

All it means is that you were in the right place at the right time. You got to hear the tree (of proverbial question) fall.

Damn… no cell phone. Just like the old days. Ain’t life grand some days?

“The tree below is only representative of the tree, since my wife didn’t bring her phone and couldn’t take a picture.”

That’s ok. Most of us STM’s grew up in a time when we got to experience similar things so we all know what it sounds and looks like. Might have to explain it to some of the younger crowd.

Dad took us camping one summer weekend in Montana. One night, just as we were drifting off to sleep we heard a loud crack and the slow creaking of a tree succumbing to gravity. Cornholes were puckering and unpuckering rapidly for what seemed like forever before that tree finally landed neat as can be right alongside our tent.

Believe in yourself, trust that God is on your side. Then left it all happen. You know enough about good and evil to judge between the two. Trust your judgment, trust your life and the person you have made of yourself and all the decisions you have made over many years and let things go as they will. It will all work out as it should.

So when you see a light at the end of the tunnel coming closer, don’t worry about it.

There’s always the possibility it isn’t a train.

Oh man, reminds me of a story that happened last year. Took my pup out for a walk from the camp front door. We had nearly cleared it when a 10 in diameter hemlock just falls to the ground just missing my suv and us. No wind, no nothing. Inspected it later and determined that I had used it for target practice for my new AR, putting around 50 rounds into it. But the dam thing fell 2 months later just after we passed. Seconds earlier it would have fallen on us. Lesson, I don’t know, don’t put 50 rounds of 556 into a tree that can land on you at some point later??

Admin,

That tree just fell at free fall speed.

WTC 7 also fell at free fall speed.

I think this is a sign from GOD to use your critical thinking and brilliant writing abilities to analyze and write about ((9/11)) from another perspective.

These professional architects and engineers are risking their livelihood to uncover the ((truth)).

http://www.ae911truth.org/

You and I both know no “official investigation” will “resolve” this issue.

Most people still think Lee Harvey Oswald was JFK’s lone nut assassin.. even though the United States House Select Committee on Assassinations proved there was a shot from the grassy knoll area… meaning a second gunman must have been present.

This might help you get started:

The Five Dancing “Israelis”
Arrested On 9-11
http://www.todayscatholicworld.com/mossad-agents-911.htm

One of the dancing Israelis said “Our purpose was to document the event.”

((How)) would ((they)) know to document the event and where to set up ((their)) video cameras for the best view?

((WHY)) were ((they)) dancing and celebrating while recording the attack?

((WHY)) were ((they)) LIVING as “art students” in the towers when they were ((MOSSAD AGENTS))?

((WHO)) benefited most from ((9/11))?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Consider yourself lucky….. Someone here in town was walking his dog the day after he retired, along side a calm lake. A tree no thicker than an arm came down and struck him on the head and killed him instantly. According to witnesses, apparently the dog sensed something was wrong, and had stayed behind his owner while on his lead, and was not injured.
You just never know………

Man. First of all, it’s just statistics. Someone in the world will have a close encounter with death maybe every few seconds or minutes every day. You just happened to be the experiencer at that time. Nothing karmic about that, unless you are deserving of something.

What happened was the Llama God wants you to wake the hell up. Feeding a poor llama on your walk for your own delight and convenience is just narcissistic if the food itself is as noxious and non-nutritious as your nasty, crappy cereal. At least give it an apple or a bunch of flowers you picked. Now you need to make it up to llamas or be further warned. But you must do it from the heart, because you want to, and not from fear nor a desire for a reward. Just do the right thing, as you do in all other things around here.

True story. Several years ago. we sold our small farm in s. central Pa. The couple that bought it had a party and invited family and friends. The wife had her mom on the phone at 10:am while mom was enroute, cruising down Waggoner’s gap. Sunshine-no wind-clear day. Tree came down and hit car moving at 55mph. Kilt her dead.

It is both.

Results of experiments show that on a molecular level, the results are directly influenced by the bias of he whom performs the test.

So, did you feel, “WOW! How f’ing LUCKY are we!”
or did you feel, “wow, we almost died, cripes what a world.”?

Or both.

If that happened to me, and many a time I have had a delay that put me far enough behind a major highway accident that I avoided, I would give thanks and gratitude to any being/energy that assisted in keeping me safe. Gratitude and love to them! This would prove to me that the Universe is working overtime to keep me safe. I must be on the right path.

For another unnamed other, it would prove his superiority over the rest of us. He truly believes that he is lucky more than good.

For yet another in my life, she would freak out, cry, have to go forth and tell everyone she met how she “almost died” and would allow anxiety and angst and despair to color her world.

And all these realities, and they are VERY real to those experiencing them, came from ONE action/occurrence.

From hopeless, angry, depressive, judgemental misery to the very edge of joy in less than 3 years, and nothing changed except my perspective.

Love to you all, so very happy that the Universe has your back!
