So does the cartoon imply that all the other freebies like SNAP, subsidized housing, free college, government monopoly schools, affirmative action, and all the rest of the handouts of stolen taxpayer monies are now no longer available to the black kid??? Because they may be handing what looks like “the American Dream” to the Mexican kid, but inside that box is just a set of manacles and a short length of chain. This poor child will forever be the slave of the democratic party much as his ethnically-African acquaintance has been for the past 50 years.
