Well, that sign was a huge waste of money. But hey, try anything except, what do they call that again? oh, yeah, policing and punishment of offenders. But, for that, you have to have police willing to actually do it. And no policeman in their right mind is going into that toiletbowl.

When I was young, we learned that in Church and had it reinforced at school by the Ten Commandments on the walls of our classrooms.
Then someone decided that was a bad thing to be doing in public schools.
You have to be able to read for a billboard to have any chance at being effective.

Too busy busting non-criminals for possession. Far safer to bust a pot smoker than go after someone with a victim and a gun.
