Just spoke with an individual whom I have know for a long time. He worked on the construction of the Mandalay Bay. He told me that there were/are one or more “service windows” on most of, if not all, the upper floors for the emergency and/or other use of the window washers and other maintenance individuals.
These windows open!
Would be interesting to hear the answer if the question is posed to building management, Sheriff, FBI, etc.
If confirmed this may be the answer to the “4th floor riddle”?

New info on Vegas shooting. This shows waveform audio analysis of shooting that shows at least two shooters, but probably three. Also a new video I had not seen before. It also talks about insider trading before event. Then it shows video of the “killer” on October 6 at a casino along with his Filipino girlfriend, sporting a new haircut when the shooting occurred on October 1.
