I would rather not share how I know this but a muzzle loader is the only firearm a convicted felon can possess following end of probation. I owned two of them and have used them to hunt and harvest deer. I may share it one day; it contains story about a vigilante prosecutor and two victims of his misleading messianic zeal. The best part of the story is x rated…and is about empowering women and protecting children albeit in a non conventional way.

Hmmm, quite intriguing, do tell.

The 99% true story is told daily in my head. I once expressed it this way:

Wild In His Sorrow

Love without trust
Hope turns to dust

He’s wild in his sorrow
And divines tomorrow

Pictured and framed
Shackled and shamed

Seeking solace and forgiveness
The lonely heart of love’s business

And this:

INFAMOUS SUCCUBUS
(For Hazelle)
Words and melodies of a thousand songs

Won’t let you know where my thoughts belong

Psalms of loss and ditties of beauty

Escape some vanishing sense of duty

Coded messages creating what’s not

Burning emotions tendered not bought

The rushing sense to greet achievement

Leaving behind all sense of bereavement

Suckled by a needless nurse

Pacified by a loving verse

Spinning tires to make a mark

Greeting strangers in the dark

The shadows of light of all that will be

Outrunning blues’ beams of misery

Noises surrounding with a vibrant pitch

Who you are so easy to switch

Names and places come and go

Slight admissions for the show

Rewarded by some reason unseen

It’s not money, it’s more obscene

Hidden beneath the surfaced dirt

Lies a child whom her parents hurt

Varies by State. Some ban them for felons, and some define anything using a propellant and projectile as a firearm for anyone.

WA, NY, NJ, Il, CO, and MI residents should check to be sure, probably should also check others as well.

Most muzzle suffers and 1898 and earlier firearms are completely unregulated under Federal gun laws.

Depends on your state; in New York it is a felony to have any firearm including a muzzleloader as a convicted felon.

Thank you Rich, it is a delicate balance for a felon. I like Orange Is The New Black. I had more than one discussion about this with my proby and my attorney. I am in Florida. If I had the cash, I would go for a pardon when my probation is over or at least go for reinstatement of my right to vote and own firearms. I am not sure if it is worth the co$t.

Stupid is as stupid does , the question is how do people this foolish get into Office ? Look at the congressional black caucus and their combined antics . Surely this half wit darky represents a district with a large portion of low IQ voters .
That’s how we end up with so much foolish clown like behavior , Frederica Wilson , Maxine Waters all seem to fit the narrative . These people are unfit to have anything to say about anything that remotely effects me or my family yet I am to respect them and their Office as if they are my equal or better . Fat Fucking Chance !

“how do people this foolish get into Office ?”

Don’t sweat it; I don’t think you live in his district.

Excuse me. If anybody still takes chaps such as that one next to Tucker seriously, God help them.

I’m pretty sure this particular firearm is the cause of their hue & cry about muzzleloaders.

“For the first time since the National Firearms Act (NFA) was created in 1934, civilians across the country can enjoy suppressed shooting with SilencerCo’s latest innovation: the integrally suppressed Maxim 50 muzzleloader. In addition, this product can be purchased right now on the web with no regulation (no 4473, no $200 tax stamp, no photographs, and no fingerprints) and be shipped immediately to the customer with few exceptions.”

Watch the clip. This fool seemed to think a .50 caliber ball from a muzzle loader was equivalent to a .50 BMG round. He thinks a .50 caliber muzzle loader with a “silencer” is equivalent to a s
“silenced” .50 caliber machine gun round.
I don’t believe a suppressor would even work on black powder because of burn rate and wouldn’t work very long regardless as the baffles would plug quickly from all the dirty particulates associated with a muzzle loader.

If you want to go by hard facts in statistics then the only reasonable solution to save young black men would be to make it illegal for African Americans to own guns. They are responsible for the gun problem in the inner cities. I will take my chances with the rare occasional mass shooter and keep my right to bear arms while you hope the police make it in time to help you.
