The only difference between the video and the real world is the typical millennial is much more introverted/less outgoing. In the real world, she’d be saying half of what she said to herself and prone to blank stares.
Some are. Khloe Kardashian said Donald Trump was an asshole because he fired her. He kept demanding things like Power Point presentations and spreadsheets and that wasn’t fair because she “was like homeschooled” and they didn’t cover any stuff like that!
My kids tell me stories all the time about idiots like the girl in the video behaving like that in college classes. Usually the more entitled they act the less ability they have.

That interview would be over the second I saw her with her phone in her hand. Matter of fact, I probably wouldn’t hire anyone who brought their phone into the interview room with them.

I’ll give her a job.
She can work *directly under me*.

Not sure if the one I post here is authentic, but it might have been what spawned the staged one @TheDanielBrea that Admin posted up top.
I looked for the name elsewhere, where you can see the face (you know, the FACE!)…and it’s not the same person.

My experience is that the millennials interview just fine, it’s the once they start working part where we have issues. Then I go to management seminars and shit like that where I’m told that “they work different” and I need to adapt. Been told a million times that Gen X’ers like me copied the boomers and younger generations won’t do that. Well, a’hem, getting into the office by 8 and working until 5 is non-negotiable for a entry level hire in my book. Secondly, senior staff use mobile phones for work use, junior staff with heads buried in iPhones are not doing work. I’ve personally had a few people reprimanded with just cause. I hate this generational war shit but what I was doing at 25 vs. people that age today is night and day different. It blows my mind and I primarily blame social media. It didn’t exist when I started working….and that wasn’t that long ago…
I would like an honest, non-snarky answer (real-life examples would be helpful),
from any employers out there:
are they *really* this bad?
Thanks.
Nobody can be that stupid; just a little comedy.
Don’ t bet on that!!
The video is SPOT ON.

unbelievable.
She does good parody, doesn’t she?!
Yeah, all she needed in addition to her upspeak would be vocal-fry to complete her asinine demeanor.
I would hire her and make her a star–in fact I’d validate her over and over…………
Ooops, never mind, I thought she asked to be violated not validated.
She’s already a porn star in her day job. Works under the name Riley Reid.
You’re welcome…

Blame their parents for not slapping them into reality years ago. Darwin will take care of this when the enablers stop creating false reality.
