Ozie, are you talking about Eva Braun? I’m trying to decipher what that 96 between 88 means. The 88 stands for Uncle Hiltler. The 96 is police code:
“A 96 means either there is person with mental health issues that needs to be detained, or that a person needs to be detained.”
That would mean a Hitlerian has mental health issues.
