The reward for working is to pay taxes to support the sponges that don’t work.
Like Elon Musk , subsidizing every car and every solar cell the group of companies produce . Or the section 8 vouchers or as I like to call it welfare for landlords and local governments . The investor buys a nonperforming property renovates it to a specific series of standards and gets a government check far above any tenant would or could pay and the local government gets property tax from the the land lord so it’s a win win win for the landlord gaurenteed rent for the renter a free place to live and for local government for property tax that would otherwise be a vacant boarded up property . The loser the working taxpaying people that are forced to support this silly shit . Next we can go for our military misadventures around the world BILLONS AND BILLONS AND BILLONS pissed away ….
