More than 100,000 non-U.S. citizens are registered voters in Pennsylvania, according to testimony contained in a lawsuit demanding that the state admit its problems when it comes to non-citizen voting.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation argued that non-citizens have been voting in Pennsylvania for decades, and that problem has been evident in other states the organization has worked with—including New Jersey and Virginia.

But the state has not granted PILF’s open records requests to access the data at the root of the problem, the organization said in the lawsuit filed in federal court in Harrisburg.

“For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about non-citizens registering and voting — that ends today,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said.

Adams said the state already admitted that it allowed non-citizens renewing their driver’s licenses to have the opportunity to register to vote.

Pennsylvania officials, however, declined to comment on the lawsuit or the more than 100,000 non-citizen voters.

“We’re not going to comment on anything related to litigation,” said Wanda Murren, director of communications and press at the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Of the more than 100,000 non-citizen voters in Pennsylvania, one city commissioner found in September that at least 90 of those non-citizens registered to vote cast ballots in Philadelphia. Hundreds more non-citizens who did not vote were also on the voter rolls.

The PILF also went after a county in Texas for failing to release non-citizen voting records back in December.

We are in a full on Civil War in this country. We are being attacked from within and from the outside simultaneously. It is sick watching what has happened to this nation.

We are loosing / have lost our sovereignty as American Citizens. The sickest part is that our elected representatives are making it happen.

The Mayor of Oakland helped hundreds and hundreds of illegals evade ICE raids.

Colorado is establishing it’s own legal immigration status by issuing permanent resident cards to illegals.

Several other cities and States as well.

States and Cities get to choose what laws they want to obey and what ones they can ignore. Voting, immigration and so on.

By extension, the same goes for you and me, doesn’t it?

Ha. Define non-citizen. But first, define citizen. Need a hint? Who sits & whose sat upon? Sitizens are the latter. Whether it’s prefixed “legal” or “illegal.”

Parliamentary prions can, do, wormhole a lotta’ brains.

I knew it was you cuz I didn’t understand what you wrote.

In all fairness, I recognize that you could be a really brilliant person which in effect humbles me.

OTOH, ………….

I think it is the former, but certainly nothing that I could prove.

Touché. Then what shall we call them? Ottomans? (Turkeys, sure enough.) Maybe barstools (a lot of the sitters have passed the bar.)

Either way if you are not a legal US citizen you should not be able to vote. Start there an then work through the social issues. They are immensely complex but random bastardization if the constitution is guaranteed destruction of our society. If it needs to be changed than do so. States anarchy is not a good trend although I do support California succeeding.

Bob, if voting accomplished anything legitimate it’d be illegal. As it is, it’s just immoral & against the law – except in the jungle. I’m the king of the jungle, man-orangutan.

Citizen and non Citizen are legally defined in the USC (United States Code).

Look it up yourself if you don’t already and instinctively know it from the common daily use of the terms. It’s readily available online.

Legal is fickle finger o’ fatuousness. Can be anything. Yes today. No tomorrow. Yes again the following day. Or yes this county\state, no that county\state\fed.

Last time I was in Carolina, couldn’t get a bottle of cabernet in Berkeley county, but a couple miles away, Dorchester county, no problemo (or maybe it was the other arbitrary way around…).

“Blue laws.” Black & blue legality. Baptist “authority.” Whatever. Stupidity, venality, codified, made magically officially delicious.

Anybody that cites or reveres “legal” is a schmuck waiting to be circumcised, lipo waiting to be sucked. Unless, of course, they are waiting to snip, or suck.

You fail to understand the concepts of both “legal” and “illegal”.

You seem to have a problem using the English language as well.

Lol. That’s telling me. The con•cept is magical color o’ law interception & inter•dick•ting of other individual’s lives & other possessions by Anointed Assholes. “Hi. My name is better-call-Saul. I’m a lawyer.”

Are you a lawyer? Question goes to possible motivation, your honorkiller.

Next q’s, how far back did ol’ billie pen “the first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers” & what was *his* (character’s)motivation?

Don sings “get over it,” but I’d bet he knows you, like most, never will. “It’s your courtroom, boss, I just live in it.”

& if it’ good enough for me, better for others is just unacceptable. That whole equality in misery, schadenfreudery thing.

This is pretty much why this will be the last republican president you’ll see in a long long time. Texas is swinging demorat also, for rather obvious reasons.

I am in my 60’s and will likely pass beforehand re total implosion occurs. My children are looking at a n existence very different than the one be they grew up in. We have reached the tipping point and the left will not stop to gain Contol and move toward a he fantasy Utopia they believe s awaiting them. In my life time I have wantched much of South America move from Communism to Democracy and back. Much of it again a shot hole. I remember the Cuban Missoe crisis as a kid and the destruction he of and entire nation. I worked in Puerto Rico and watched left wing destruction ruin that nation. Canada has moved so far left in an effort to populate they are being over run and will soon experience a complete culture change as will Europe. One global government, one social class, consolidation of business owed and wealth and the rest in the streets. A very sad picture of what the future holds but half our population prefers to exist and not take any responsibility for themselves l. Like other nations that have gone down this road, eventually the other half will refuse to work to support them. Global collapse.

Chickenfeed compared to Mexifornia.
Civil war is coming. While I don’t advocate it, there are some people who are making lists of Democrats, college professors and administraitors(intentional misspelling), politicians and media types. They will be the recipients of special attention.

For years I wondered how the Germans stood by while Hitler destroyed their country. (Not comparing Hitler to any specific person). Complacency is killing us.

1st thing Hitler did was to take control of the Media.
2nd thing Hitler did was to remove all guns from citizens.

Reading the demise of our nation from within and out and witnessing how any argument against the leftist movement is meet with serious opposition from the very people charged with protecting our nation . Is there really any question why there is a movement to restrict and disarm Americans at all levels . Keep your powder dry !

I keep trying to tell my liberal prog shit for brains friends that creating a law against a gun is just as pointless as having laws on who can vote, in this nation of laws……

“The lawsuit cites the December testimony of a Republican election official from Philadelphia…
Al Schmidt, went on to tell the committee that that the actual number of noncitizens registered to vote may be lower, testimony the lawsuit did not cite…Because some people have become citizens along way, or maybe they got a driver’s license number and then some months later became a citizen and then registered to vote,” https://www.usnews.com/news/best-states/pennsylvania/articles/2018-02-28/state-disputes-claim-100k-noncitizens-registered-to-vote
