That Black Chicago Superintendent will legally sell Dope and Birth Control Sundries out of the School Stores to the Black kids; he will allow the selling of porno, ammunition, booze and prostitution on school grounds for a cut. Of course, everybody at the school will be registered to vote in multiple surrounding counties and their grade will be based on the number of absentee ballots completed.
